pour la précision, c'est ma première auberge de jeunesse. Je suis assez peu sociable et je voulais tenter de sympathiser, mais il y avait peu de monde et donc pas trop d'ambiance. C'était très propre, agréable, lit et douches confortables,gérantsympa, vraiment super. Ça manque de moustiquaire au fenêtre, des papillons de nuit sont rentrés un des soir (a ma grande terreur). Honnêtement, je recommande, même si quand j'y étais l'ambiance n'était pas incroyable c'était une expérience ...
to be precise, this is my first hostel since I was a child. I am rather unsociable and I wanted to try to sympathize, but there were few people and therefore not too much atmosphere. It was very clean, nice, bed and comfortable showers,gérantsympa, vraiment super. It lacks mosquito net on the window, night butterflies came back one evening (to my great terror).
The Hostel checks all the boxes to be good. Clean beds and comfortable common spaces. However, you will have to create your own cozy atmosphere because the isn't one.
Nice, clean, comfortable and spacious hostel that reminds me how the original concept of hostels was years ago. It feels like being in someone else’s home that is very well kept. The guy that received me is a very chill person and eager to help. He extended the door code duration so I could come in and out few more hours after checkout, that was the cherry on the cake. Totally recommended place to stay. I also loved the city and how nice is people everywhere, definitely a place to visit again.

Beautiful little hostel!! Everything is very clean and the owner is great! Definitely a chill vibe-not so much social. It’s in a great location and walking distance to pretty much everything!
Close to the center, electronic access, great beds, everything new and clean. The shower even has floor heating. When I’m coming back to Cluj I’m staying there again.

Das Hostel hat eine super Lage und es ist nicht weit bis in die Innenstadt als auch sehr gut erreichbar vom Bahnhof. Das Hostel verfügt über alles, was man benötigt und ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem Möglichen. Und Robert, der Gastgeber, ist sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit und gibt einem gerne Tipps für die Stadt.
The hostel has a great location and it is not far to the city center as well as very well accessible from the train station. the hostel has everything you need and is very well equipped with everything possible. and robert, the host, is very attentive and helpful and will gladly give you tips for the city.
I had a great stay, very good location, walking distance from city center.

Wat een heerlijk hostel! De kamer is heel ruim en de tafel in het midden is fijn om even aan te zitten of je spullen te sorteren. De keuken is schoon en netjes en het sanitair ook. Fijn dat de douches goede privacy hebben. De locatie is goed, op loopafstand van het treinstation en het centrum van de stad, die absoluut een bezoek waard is. Host Robert is geweldig, we hebben mooie gesprekken gevoerd en hij geeft goede tips over de stad. Een absolute aanrader!!
What a wonderful hostel! The room is very spacious and the table in the middle is nice to sit at or sort your things. The kitchen is clean and tidy and the sanitation is also. Nice that the showers have good privacy. The location is good, walking distance from the train station and the city center, which is absolutely worth a visit. Host Robert is great, we had nice conversations and he gives good tips about the city. An absolute recommend!!

Hostal perfecto para tu estancia en Cluj! Estuve en este Hostel por 2 noches y mi estancia fue muy agradable! Se encuentra a 10/15 min andando del mismo centro de la ciudad y de todas las atracciones turísticas Zona común muy espaciosa con todo lo que puedas necesitar durante tu estancia. Cama muy cómoda y taquilla enorme para poder dejar tus cosas Muy recomendado y el dueño fue una persona muy amable en todo momento
I stayed in this hostel for 2 nights and my stay was very pleasant! It is located 10/15 min walking from the same city center and all tourist attractions Very spacious common area with everything you might need during your stay. Very comfortable bed and huge box office to be able to leave your things Very recommended and the owner was a very friendly person at all times
Choco hostel must get a 5 stars rating. I had a very comfortable stay in a shared dorm. The rooms are very spacious, the bathrooms clean (thanks to other clean travelers) there’s a modern dining area with cooking facilities & lots of room for storage. Robert there was very informative & went above & beyond to everyone’s needs. You will be happy to stay there too!

Eine moderne, helle und vor allem sehr saubere Unterkunft mit freundlichen Inhabern. Weil ich mit dem Zug angekommen bin, war auch die Lage für mich sehr gut. Ich würde hier definitiv wieder übernachten

Great hostel, especially for its value! The facilities are clean and Robert is very helpful. My stay was a bit more quiet, there was not a lot of other people, but it’s the perfect location if you want to stay for a couple of days in Cluj. I highly recommend it!
