Nos dieron una habitación que estaba sucia las toallas usadas el gel en la ducha… bajamos nos quejamos, nos dieron otra q estaba mejor más grande, sin jabón y sin toallas suficientes. We were given a room that was dirty the towels used the gel in the shower... we went down and complained, they gave us another one that was better bigger, without soap and without enough towels. The cleaning staff had not gone to work. It seems very expensive to me for what it is, a student residence without any luxury of anything. The dining room service was quite unpleasant we ordered gluten-free and it seemed to bother her to give us the food as if she were paying for it... the breakfast itse...
Nasz pokój był nad patio, a śmieci z innych wyższych pięter zalegały wprost pod oknem. Przez 4 dni nikt tego nie sprzątnął. Lokalizacja była bardzo dobrze skomunikowana z autobusem lotniskowym. Śniadania więcej niż skromne, personel nie mówił po angielsku. W sumie 7,7 zasłużone.
Our room was on the patio, and the garbage from other upper floors was right under my window. for 4 days no one cleaned it. the location was very well connected to the airport bus. breakfast was more than modest, the staff did not speak english. in total 7.7 earned.

Très bien situé pour visiter la ville. Excellent rapport qualité prix et le parking qui se situe sous l’auberge est parfait et surtout le moins cher sur Bilbao.
Excellent value for money and the parking that is located under the hostel is perfect and above all the cheapest in Bilbao.
Very comfortable. It’s a bit far from the town centre walking but an easy metro for 20 mins. The only issue was there wasn’t soap provided in the rooms / general toilets.
Wi-Fi no es gratuita, tienes que firmar un contrato a coste cero.Para eso tienes que rellenar un formulario con información personal, en 2 puntos tienes que rellenar una casilla respondiendo SI sin otra opción, si la dejas en blanco no obtienes la WiFi gratis. NO ES WIFI GRATIS COMO DICE EL ANUNCIO DE LA RESIDENCIA. Perdieron mi reserva,no encontraban el e-mail de confirmación que yo SI tenía. Un mal trato y todavía estoy esperando unas disculpas. No me informaron del desayuno incluido, e...
Wi-Fi is not free, you have to sign a contract at zero cost.For that you have to fill out a form with personal information, in 2 points you have to fill in a box answering YES with no other option, if you leave it blank you do not get the free WiFi.NOT WIFI FREE AS THE RESIDENCE ADVISORY SAYS.They lost my reservation, they could not find the confirmation email that I had.A bad deal and I am still waiting for some apologies.I was not informed about the included breakfast, etc...
this hostel is more like a hotel with hostel amenities - that no one used. like they have this really amazing space on the bottom floor for socializing, and there was literally no one down there and i went down several times. so if you're hoping to have any social interaction here, think again.. it's a really nice space and I don't know why it's not taken advantage of. I think the staff need to organize events and maybe have a whatsapp group to help facilitate the use of their social space. but ...

Es más un Hotel que un Hostel, en mi caso con 27 años, la gente que había por ahí era estudiante. en todo caso, buena gente, sin problema, el de seguridad también muy amable. Sin problema. Al lado del campo de fútbol y también al lado de la estación de buses y Cercanías.
It's more of a Hotel than a Hostel, in my case with 27 years old, the people who were there were students. in any case, good people, no problem, the security is also very friendly. no problem. next to the football field and also next to the bus station and Cercanías.

A 1 cuadra del estadio de San Mamés y a menos de 5 Minos de la estación de metro. Perfecta ubicación y la habitación privada en excelentes condiciones

The residencia is located right on top of the busstation of San Mamés (Intermodal) which makes it perfect for travelers who stay for 1 night. About 20 minutes walk to the old centre/Guggenheim.
Nachtbewaker kon materiaal van gemeenschappelijke ruimte niet geven. Met uitzondering van 2 tassen geen keukengerief aanwezig in kamer

Lovely , helpful staff, great location, close to the tram station that gets you to the Guggenheim and the old town. Grocery store nearby….loved it…
great location if taking bus into bilbao and not too far from the old town or Guggenheim. Accommodations comfortable and bed comfy! Staff very nice and shared spaces inviting. Also it was great to have laundry facilities- fresh laundry when extended road-tripping is key!

Please stop scrolling, this is the best accomodation you can get in Bilbao. Ten out of ten. Everything is perfect!
LA STRUTTURA E' SITUATA IN UN PUNTO STRATEGICO DELLA CITTA',LA FERMATA DEL BUS CHE COLLEGA L'AEROPORTO ALLA STRUTTURA E' VICINISSIMA,EVICINO CI SONO FERMATE DI TUTTI I MEZZI PUBBLICI . CAMERE CON ANGOLO COTTURA ,E ARIA CONDIZIONATA.PERSONALE SEMPRE PRESENTE NOTTE E GIORNO
Great place to stay in Bilbao. It’s right next to a metro station, easy access to the green of the river, and a 20-30 min walk to Guggenheim etc. Can metro to the old town for Pinxtos or lots of good local bars! Staff were friendly. All great new facilities. I had a great stay in the studio style single room.
