The staff girl specially was not friendly at all!! Did not care about the guests! Bathrooms were not clean! The location is not at proper place, looked like a garage.
I was in and out of here fast, I'm not sure I can give a great report on this location. Large dorm setup where men moved around a lot + turned on lights during the night, a nice complimentary breakfast spread in the morning with a lot of sweets.

Ho passato due notti in questo ostello e seppure entrambe insonni a causa di un’altra ospite, ci tornerei volentieri. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo, stanze enormi ma ben riscaldate, bagni piuttosto puliti e colazione inclusa davvero abbondante. Struttura e porte risultano un po’ datate, letti a castello un po’ rumorosi ma nel complesso veramente consigliato.
I have spent two nights in this hostel and even though both were sleepless because of another guest, I would gladly return. excellent value for money, huge but well heated rooms, rather clean bathrooms and breakfast included really abundant. structure and doors result in a very dated, the room in the castle a very noisy but overall really recommended.

Fairly large clean room, good beds, decent shower, atmosphere a bit dull, many students stay there as tney are enrolled at uni. Good deal as breakfast is included

Tutto perfetto, l'unica scomodità è stata non avere una presa vicino al letto né una lucina.
Everything was perfect, the only inconvenience was that I didn't have a dam next to the bed or a flashlight.
buon ostello. ma per la pulito ed accogliente. ma l'unica cosa che alcuni dipendenti mi sembrano che abbiamo la puzza sotto il naso

Fantastico hostel en a 10 min de todo. El personal ha sido muy agradable y las instalaciones me parecen espectaculares. Un 10 en todo.

Personale cordiale, posto pulito e zona ottima. Contro: molto caldo anche di notte. si sentono le auto in strada.

Great stay! Warm atmosphere, huge room with a large locker for your backpack or suitcase right next to your bed. Everything very clean. No kitchen for your own use. Definitely recommend if you stay a few nights in Ferrara. :)
The staff is very kind; spacious, clean rooms with new furnishings, clean bathroom, and a plentiful breakfast included in the price. I loved my stay here, hope i ll return

mi sono trovata molto molto bene durante mia permanenza. Il personale è gentilissimo, struttura rilassante, pulita e accogliente. Un giardino interno piacevolissimo. Sicuramente un posto giustissimo dove riposarsi nel cuore della meravigliosa città di Ferrara.
I have been very very well during my stay. the staff is very kind, the structure is relaxing, clean and welcoming. an interior garden is very pleasant. surely a perfect place to rest in the heart of the wonderful city of Ferrara.

sono stata qua con un'amica, ci siamo trovate benissimo. l'ostello è molto pulito e curato, il personle gentilissimo e disponibile. assolutamente consigliato!

I liked everything about my stay here, there is a cute garden that was perfect in the summer heat, the staff was helpful, and there is breakfast included. The only down side for me is that there is no aircoindition in the dorms, only some fans and it was very hot these days.
