+ Couldn’t communicate with host

+ Unfortunately the whole adventure with Conqistafor was very disappointing, starting, we could not check in early or leave even our luggage there before 3pm, very unfriendly staff, even we had an Spanish local person for the translation. Then, the location is far outside on a busy highway, not the promised location in booking.com. we don't know about cleaness and interiors bc we haven't arrived there , even though we had to pay no refund. It looked very tempting from the profile. Like I said in the beginning, it was not holding at all what it promised in their profile and advertising

- They were not helpful to us with our bags. We did not know it was an Airbnb. It was also much further away from the center than it says.

- Everything.. especially could hear everything from next door. It was a nightmare and I moved to another hotel during the night.

- A una cama le faltaba una pata Ofrecían parqueo y al llegar no me dieron parqueo

- Antes de hacer el check in, ellos me mandaron un link de pago por un monto diferente al de la reservacion... el valor estaba equivocado, estaban cobrando un 50% mas de lo que decia la reserva, sin embargo, sino pagaba, no entregaban las llaves. Tuve que pagarlo porque fue un dia antes del viaje y ya no tenia oportunidad de encontrar otro alojamiento debido a que eramos un grupo grande... Trate innumerables veces de recuperar el dinero que me cobraron de mas, pero no fue posible... Al fin me respondieron un correo electronico que iban a depositar a mi cuenta de banco, pero nunca lo hicieron. son unos ladrones.

- No pude entrar. Pedí ayuda al encargado y no llegó nadie. Pido devolución del dinero.

- ITS NOT A HOTEL. Its a aibnb. VERY DANGEROUS, NO SECURITY.

+ Spacious rooms in a real Guatemalan house.

- A little far from the center about a 20-30 minute walk.

+ La habitacion

- No había tv

+ Las instalaciones son hermosas.

- Que es un Airbn y no un hotel como se describe. No hay personal, la ubicación no está señalizada y tuvimos casi dos horas para encontrar el lugar. Además no tiene parqueo y las habitaciones está conectadas con otras sin posibilidad de colocar llaves. Muy inseguro.

+ La cama era muy confortable. La casa en sí muy amplia y decorada con muy buen gusto. El área de ubicación de la casa bastante tranquila para poder descansar.

- Los demás huéspedes no respetaron las horas de tranquilidad establecidas. La luz del corredor la dejaron encendida toda la noche y la cortina de la habitación no la bloqueaba. El estacionamiento nos dijeron que era un pago extra, estando desocupada una plaza.

+ Tranquilo, seguro u buena ubicación

- Todo estuvo bien

+ Quiet pretty place. Very big comfortable room. Clean. Location is a bit off center but is reachable easily by car in 5 minutes

- Communication with the staff running the property is a bit rough. No English for the checking in guidelines or English support on the phone when was needed. Had some trouble

+ Mooi gebouw, lekkere loungeplek en je kon je water bijvullen

- Het lag ver weg van het centrum. Minimaal 20 minuten lopen.

+ Un lugar muy hermoso,tal como se muestra en fotos..muy comodo,muy limpio, exelente elección..

+ Facilidad para la reserva

- Hubo una confusión con la habitación por error al enviar mensaje por parte del alojamiento, el personal no lo manejó de la mejor manera
