Instalaciones y limpieza de acuerdo al precio. Muy buena ubicación. Lo MALO y por lo que no volvería a elegirlo es porque me cobraron impuestos que supuestamente ya estaban incluidos en la tarifa.

Gets the job done Wouldn’t want to stay for long The breakfast was 6.20-8.20am which was odd and if you went past 8am there was nothing left (they didn’t refill anything)

Das Zimmer war zweckmässig, sauber und das Bett sehr bequem. Dusche war super warm und der Wasserdruck perfekt. Sicherheit ist auch top und Tee gibt es zu jeder Zeit. Die Lage ist auch toll.

Excellent location and never felt unsafe. However, loud renovation work going on in the next room and super early breakfast meant that we were woken up most days. Room (private) was nice and had all the basics. Looked a little shoddy in places but nothing awful. Wasn’t the cheapest but I do think there are far more expensive places in the area. If you love getting up very early then this place is pretty perfect and we had a good time, just were a bit disturbed on occasion.

Insgesamt eine gute Unterkunft mit gutem Frühstücksbuffet. Rund um die Uhr Möglichkeit Tee verschiedener Sorten zu trinken. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, nachts aber etwas kühl. Manche Zimmer haben aber eine Heizung. Das Personal spricht gutes Englisch. Es besteht die Möglichkeit sein Gepäck bei mehrtägigen Ausflügen dort zu lassen.

Fine hostel. Breakfast ladies are very sweet. Wifi didn't work that good in our room 206 Good price for a private room with own shower.

Great property a short stroll from the plaza’s in Cusco. It is an uphill walk from the centre but this was fine for us. Free hot water/tea/coffee’s by reception which was appreciated by us. Decent breakfast on the terrace looking out over Cusco. Used the laundry service which went very smoothly, dropped off in the morning and it came back that same day in the evening, clean! We also used the kitchen on a couple of occasions, had everything we needed but it could have been a little clean...

This was a nice room to stay in after hiking. Seems more like a hotel than a hostel and this is reflected in the lack of atmosphere. Fulfilled its purpose well though

A great place to stay in Cusco! We had a double room which was nice, very good hot shower, nice staff. Only problem was that it was quite loud in the mornings when breakfast started (generally thin walls, you hear a lot). But I’d still recommend this place, we stayed a bit longer than intended and didn’t regret it!

Can’t beat the location. Wide variety of rooms we booked a private double en-suite and it was everything we needed and more. Staff were so kind.

Excelente!... La mejor atención y ubicación. Un. hostel super recomendable. A 3 cuadras de la Plaza Mayor... Todos muy atentos y predispuestos a las consultas y necesidades. Nos fuimos muy contentos! Gracias!!

Loved our stay here! Clean and comfortable, perfect for a quiet stay around hiking. We stayed before/after the Salkantay trek and got upgraded room both times which was great. Only downside is rooms on the top floor have skylights so make sure you have an eye mask. We were also allowed to check in having gotten straight off a night bus which was really appreciated. Great laundry service and staff were lovely!

Exactly what I needed for a 10 day stay in Cusco! Very close to Plaza de Armas. Staff is amazing and offer laundry services (which was incredible after the 5 day Salkantay Trek). I love that they offer private rooms for a reasonable price as a solo traveler. I would definitely stay here again!

Personale molto cordiale e disponibile a rendere il nostro soggiorno confortevole. Stanza "quadrupla" essenziale, spaziosa e pulita. Miglioramenti: 1. Colazione "semplice", potrebbe essere più "ricca" 2. Al pagamento con Carta di Credito hanno applicato una maggiorazione del 5% al prezzo finale e dei servizi tour per spese bancarie.

We loved our stay at Kaaro House! We spent 2 nights there and then another 1 after our Salkantay Trek. The rooms were clean and homely, the beds were very comfortable with extra blankets available in the room and the showers were hot. We must mention how friendly and helpful the staff were - Ruth and Rosmery on reception were so kind to us. They were very responsive via email and WhatsApp, and helped us arrange a taxi pickup when we arrived, gave us information and the local area and let us stor...
