DO NOT BOOK. The property emailed me promising a FULL REFUND because they couldn't fulfill the booking. Instead, they illegally charged my card €39 on Dec 22. Manager David admitted they took the money but refused to refund. Hostelworld already refunded the deposit, proving the host is at fault. This is theft. I've reported them to my bank and the European Consumer Centre (ECC). STAY AWAY!
The place was very dirty! It was not nice to spend the night there. I was here over my birthday. There was a lot of dust and spider webs by the window and under the bed. The bathroom had mold and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly. The shower pressure so terrible.
Unterkunft nicht sehr empfehlenswert. Das Bad war total dreckig, nasse Flecken an der Decke und allgemein hat man sich nicht wohlgefühlt
The bathroom was totally filthy, wet, there were stains on the ceiling and in general you didn't feel comfortable.

very disappointed. was not emailed any check in information as promised, nobody at reception. when i called to get the code, they hung up on me before I’d managed to enter the room (I wanted to stay on the line until I was in safely as I was solo travelling). No wifi information, I did “chat to us online” asking for wifi and never got a response. Ants in the kitchen. Terrible communication from the “host”
The worst experience in my life. Mold in the bathroom, room without light, the kitchen didn’t have a microwave or woven. Disgusting
AVOID! Very disappointing. The apartment smelt of mold and damp despite airing it out for hours. The bathroom drain was blocked, leaving water from previous showers, and the no door on the shower caused puddles on the floor. The room was unbearably hot. The provided towels were stained and smelt damp. The "kitchen" lacked an oven. Every morning workers outside smoked and talked loudly, waking us up. Wires and devices scattered around were concerning. Overall, an unsatisfactory experience
Didnt receive any key or checking information. The reception closed when arriving and was waiting in front of door for 30 minutes but still no way to get in. Need to book another place for the night.
scammed me out of 10 euros wanted to do my laundry they said they will do washing and dry gave my clothes back WET and then they were all smelly told them about it and said “that’s how far the machine drys” the audacity to give my clothes back wet and not even at least refund me for the the dryer part i could have went to the laundromat if i knew if this is how it was gonna be all i got was a apology and them saying they could hang my clothes?? then why didn’t you do that before handing ...
Made me wait 1.5 hours for a mistake they made. In the end i did not need to be there, so i waited for nothing, they also did not apologise at all. The room wasnt clean, with a lot of ants everywhere. Also told me I still had to pay an amount, wich i had payed in advance already. The location isnt great either.

Property was alright for a short stay. Cleanliness and security were the biggest issues - mould in the shower and parts of the bathroom, apartment had an ‘off’ smell, bed reading light didn’t work. Female dorm on the bottom level didn’t have any window shields or guards, so opening a window meant very easy access to anyone walking past the apartment from the outdoor area. Very frienly staff...couldn't be more conveniently located to see the palace. It was quiet, great places to eat...not perfectly new, but beds are clean, kitchen area is great...bathroom shower could be cleaner. Wonderful staff. Great value for money. Would stay here again.

Not good. Shower was awful, it was dirty, doors broken, nothing to hold the shower head, and full of rust and bugs. Staff were helpful but asked a few overly personal questions which was uncomfortable. Kitchen was very under equipped. Was secure with keys, but in a bad area of town, female dorm shouldn’t be on ground floor, especially with curtains that don’t close fully. THEY ONLY TAKE CASH PAYMENTS, and refuse any other form, won’t compensate for withdrawal fees either. Don’t book.
I stayed there for one night. The room was clean and the facilities were great for the price. Plus, the underground is right across the street! I’d definitely recommend you this spot if you’re looking for somewhere quiet and peaceful!

Everything was fine, but they told me they accepted cash payments when I just arrived, thats was weird and hard

Un apartamento viejo y sucio, las instalaciones parece que están abandonadas, muy mal hospedaje.
An old and dirty apartment, the facilities seem to be abandoned, very bad hospitality.
Cheap apartment but far from the center. Also, this is not where you are going to meet people, there is no space to eat, the kitchen is not even in the bedrooms. Moreover, there was not even the minimum to cook (not even a knife to cut or peel or a colander.... In addition, the staff is not very friendly.
The place is clean and the location is right across a metro station, so not too bad. However, I had a few issues while I was there. First, they start cleaning even before checkout time regardless of people are sleeping. Second, the cleaning lady left her key in the keyhole to our room, so anyone could've walked in. Third, they let a couple of girls leave their bags INSIDE OUR ROOM BEFORE THEY WERE CHECKED IN. So not only did they wake me up, this is a major safety issue!!

Wie der Name sagt eher einzelne Appartments als ein klassisches Hostel. Mein Zimmer hatte eine eigene Küche, Bad und einen Aufenthaltsraum. Die location ist super angebunden an U4& U6, es wirkt immer noch relativ zentral. Ich habe mich insg. sicher gefühlt. Sauberkeit war ok. Insgesamt ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das einzige was mich gewundert hat war wie oft man vom Staff angesprochen wurde und dass die Zimmer teils schon ab 09:30 gereinigt wurden obwohl Leute noch geschlafen haben...
As the name suggests, it was more individual apartments than a classic hostel. Mein Zimmer had its own kitchen, bathroom and living room. The location is super connected to U4& U6, it still feels relatively central. I felt safe in general. Cleanliness was okay. Overall a great value for money. The only thing that surprised me was how often you were addressed by the staff and that the rooms were cleaned as early as 9:30 even though people were still asleep.
This hostel was very affordable and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s definitely a quiet hostel and not too social however the others staying in my room were lovely and good to chat with. It was perfect for me as I needed a few quiet days to rest and recover whilst ill and on a long stint. The courtyard is lovely to sit in and the kitchens are big and good for cooking.
Waar voor mijn geld! Misschien wel eens naar de douche deur van kamer 2 kijken..
Maybe we should look at the shower door from room 2.
Comodo alla stazione della Metro, ma non vicino al centro muovendosi a piedi. Pulizia scarsa e arredamento scadente (luci non funzionanti, box doccia incompleto, finestre con chiusura difettosa). Area esterna dissestata e non pulita.
Comfortable at the metro station, but not close to the center moving on foot. poor cleanliness and poor furnishings (not working lights, incomplete doccia box, windows with defective closure). uncomfortable and unclean external area.
Great for solo travelers/couples who aren’t interested in meeting new people and who are okay with a longer walk/commute into the busier, more touristy neighborhoods. Super comfortable apartments that are fully equipped, lovely outdoor space to relax as well. Definitely not a social hostel, reminded me much more of an AirBNB but definitely a great option if that’s up your alley.
I had such a lovely stay at this hostel! The staff are truly special—kind, friendly, and full of good vibes. I stayed in a six-bed dorm, and it was perfect whether you’re here for one night or several days (which wasn’t the case for the other three hostels I tried in Vienna). Each dorm has its own kitchen, and there’s a big outdoor space. Good for families too. I’ve tried other hostels at the same price, and this one has by far the best price–quality ratio. Thank you again ^^
The location was great and the rooms were lovely. Everything was cleaning each day and the staff were working really hard. The rooms could do with a deep clean like in the corners and the bathroom tiles. Lovely nonetheless
