+ Personal muy amable y atento. Solamente estuvimos un par de minutos y decidimos retirarnos.

- - No está frente a la playa como lo indica la publicidad, está en una montaña con vistas a playa maderas. - A pesar que la habitación es amplia tenía pesima limpieza, mal olor, humedad, filtración de agua. Las sábanas olían mal, el agua del grifo y ducha es salada, no te puedes ni lavar los dientes, nada de privasidad en la habitación, pues estaba a la par de un área común del bar y las ventanas que daban a la misma area del bar sin buenas cortinas o persianas. - No tienen aire acondicionado en sus habitaciones. - La calle no es tan accesible, definitivamente necesitas un vehículo alto. - Piscina se veía sucia.

+ The views were lovely.

- Sadly an employee entered our room, which we had locked, whilst we went out. She proceeded to take my AirPods. Luckily you can track the airpods on the “Find My” app and noticed that they had been to a place in SJDS that I hadn’t visited. After telling the manager I went to the beach and returned about 5 hours later, to which he had found the AirPods. He admitted that and employee had taken them and been into our room. He found it incredibly funny and frankly was quite disappointing. We no longer felt safe leaving our valuables in the room. The showers are cold and salt water which made my other half extremely ill during our stay. I would avoid staying here due to the location and the staff. There are better hostels which are considerably cheaper. The ‘beach access’ is a dangerous walk down a hill with a unestablished path.

+ Las vistas del local y su arquitectura

- La atención, cobraron de más, pésima expericiencia. Un sitio puede ser limpio y tener una arquitectura industrial bien identificada, pero no es posible cambios de precios en tarifas y cobros adicionales el cual el cliente no está desacuerdo

+ The view is amazing, the staff is super nice and helpful and the food is quite good.

- The queen room is absolutely atrocious, I can’t believe a room like this exists. It says pool views but it’s actually a room in the middle of the restaurant with a direct view on people eating at the restaurant, and because it’s a one way mirror, people are looking through your room. As it’s in the middle of the restaurant you can also hear all the noise from the kitchen and the music from the restaurant. This room was such a waste of money.

+ L’emplacement et la vue

- Beaucoup trop cher pour ce que c’est. Nous avions une chambre double et l’état de celle ci était vraiment de mauvaise qualité. Nous avions des rideaux de douche à la place de vrai rideaux et nous étions juste à côté du lobby donc entendions tout. De plus, s’il y a du vent vous vous prenez des rafales dans les fenêtres ce qui empêche clairement de dormir.
