This guy didn't let me to check In even after I have paid that token amount to confirm my booking, please refund me

I did not like the staff they are not helpfull.

Noisy, unrespectful people

the rooms of hostel are small. no hot water for bathing, and the water pressure was low. Rest everything was fine

Cleanliness standard was very poor. I do not recommed.

there was almost no water in one bathroom and jet . AC wasnt working. electricity sockets didnt work. place is good but needs a lot of maintainence and visitors convinience is being ignored.

the hostel was fine and clean , the vibe imo was a bit dead tho...as a feedback maybe it's nice to atleast have a hostel whatsapp chat so people can make hangout plans and enjoy

Firstly they didn't give us our bed saying that they aren't booked just by booking them on this website, but we also need to complete half the payment beforehand so as to book the beds. We reached there and didn't get the beds and had to stay at another place for the night. Next day we got beds in the hostel and the place was quite average. The washrooms are very bad and the water pressure is very low. The beds are comfy but shake a lot.

Our host priyansha was an amazing person and made the stay very homely.Amazing hospitality and good facilities. Can’t wait to visit again.

The place is nice with a cool terrasse. The area is nice. But the closest beaches are not so nice and it is far to reach anywhere without a scooter.

Fast wifi

A homely stay with an amazing community feel. The rooms and beds are neat and clean and very comfortable. Food was fresh and reasonably priced.

Exceptional stay at Rootsvilla -- Highly Recommended I can honestly say it was one of the best hostel experience in goa. The hospitality, it feels like home away from home. Cherrs to Vaibhav (co-host). If you are plannig to goa don't hesitate to stay at rootsvilla. You will leave with amazing memories, new friends and a desire to come back.

Located in a serene place, I had a lovely experience at Rootsvilla. The dorms and communal washrooms were clean, the common space was lively, and the overall atmosphere of the place made you feel like you belong there. Would definitely recommend this hostel to solo/group travellers.

Amazing experience at this hostel. Good food and comfortable dorms. Most of all met some awesome people, shared convo and played some games. Hosts make you feel welcomed. Definitely coming back soon here.

This is one of the best hostels that I have been to. The staff was so humble and friendly. It's a great place to meet solo travellers and get done with your work if you are on a workation. Abhay and Priyansha - Thanks for being such lovely hosts and hope to see you soon 😊
