- Radnik hostela me je napao zajedno sa jednim migrantom kad sam legao da spavam dosla je policija i nisu hteli da mi vrate novac a stari gost sam bio tamo,zaobilazite ljudi ako ne zelite nevolje

- Viajábamos dos chicas de 21 años y nos metieron hombres mayores en la habitación. Fue realmente incómodo.

+ It was not a dirty place.

- Location is very inconvenient as it is surrounded by a group of restaurants and bars who were staying every single night till 3 to 4 am and partying with so loud music. After I found out and asked, I've been told that locating is always like this, so you won't be able to sleep at night regardless of different seaons 🤷 Another bad thing is the staff, particularly the owner of this place (Sandra). According to my experience, the owner was discriminating between guests based on their different backgrounds. Sandra, unapologetically, wanted to evacuate a room I was staying in because she had a sudden opportunity to rent the room to a large group of travelers even though I have paid the cost of my staying in advance. But unfortunately, ( Sandra) have ruined my vacation plan as I had to find a new place to stay at last minute after I failed to convince her nicely regarding her unfair decision and reminded her about the work ethics but she responded very rudely with anger and aggressive tone which left me in a huge shock!

- Too noisy 24/7 The administrator can start showing the room after midnight. There is no quiet hour, it is impossible to sleep. Someone always comes in and turns on the lights even after 23.00. Even after midnight it is very noisy from the common areas and so on.

- It was very loud, partying in the common rooms untill midnight. The air con was broken, it was extremely hot in the room. Consequently, of both I slept very badly.

+ Very good location, historic center, cafes/restaurants. The hostel is simply one of the best in the city, very clean everywhere, especially the bathrooms. Sometimes I feel like I live there alone, because every time I go to take a shower, I don't notice that anyone else has used it before me:) The staff are incredibly warm and kind. I also saw that there are separate studio rooms for an even more comfortable stay, but of course they are more expensive. There is a private courtyard where it is very pleasant to drink coffee and have breakfast.

- It is worth mentioning that it can be noisy at night because restaurants play live music and the street is generally quite noisy until late at night, but for me this is not a disadvantage.

- Upon arrival, we found the sheets stained with blood, with clearly visible stains. The room assigned to us was also located immediately next to the reception desk, and the noise from the reception continued throughout the night, making it impossible to sleep. In the morning, during cleaning, the staff repeatedly banged the broom against our room door, disrespecting the guests, permanently preventing us from sleeping. The outdoor parking recommended by the hotel is advertised as costing 16 euros for 24 hours, while the actual price is 2,500 RSD, equivalent to approximately 21 euros. When we asked for clarification, the hotel attributed the discrepancy to a supposed recent price increase, a claim directly denied by the parking attendant, who confirmed that the rates had remained unchanged for over a year.
