- Very bad staff,first time my life to crazy people I meet hostel,she every time scared me whit police ,and I go to street wait for taxi and she say-go next street wait taxi,I say this not your territory,she start smoked and stressed, I write for this hostel to a higher court, and I will talk to my lawyer, on principle, because the attitude is simply terrible

+ We had the whole room for ourselves.

- Everything else! 1. This is not a party hostel and very far from city center. 2. The staff is not helpful as the they are new. 3. The people were a mix of 40s- 50s 4. Very bad rooms and uncomfortable beds. The linen was having holes. Felt like homeless.

- 房間在另一個建築，所以你必須走到外面吹冷風才能到餐廳吃早餐，然後廁所和浴室只有各一間，廁所小到只能允許男生站著上廁所，女生根本就沒辦法使用，整體整潔度也很糟，不懂為什麼評分可以這麼高，我去過歐洲十幾個國家，從來沒有住過這麼爛的青旅，我最後一晚甚至寧願損失一晚的住宿費也要換到別的青旅，真的比那好超多，真的別再去住了！你一定會後悔！ The room is in another building, so you have to go outside to blow the cold air to go to the restaurant for breakfast, and then there is only one toilet and one bathroom. The toilet is so small that it can only allow boys to stand and go to the toilet. I don't understand why the rating can be so high. I have been to many countries in Europe, and I have never lived in such a bad youth hostel. You will regret it!

+ Отказали в поселении из-за возраста (более 40 лет), хотя это не било указано на booking. Дискриминация! На стойке регистрации работники не владеющие польским. Правда, позже вызвали того, кто владеет.

- Такого ще не було в моїй практиці, щоб не поселили в заброньований номер через вік (звичайна дискримінація!). Хоча на booking не були вказані вікові обмеження. Можна подати до суду за нанесену моральну щкоду - увечері фактично опинилася на вулиці -неможливо було знайти житло (були святкові дні). Довелося виїхати з міста, щоб не ночувати під голим небом. Обурливо!!! Не змогла вирішити службові питання.

- It’s ironic that all around the Hostel are no smoking signs yet the 4 person dormitory has a window that doesn’t close and faces the street with a ledge out the front that everyone sits on and smokes so the room is a constant smoke cloud and you can’t breathe. When telling the front desk if they could put a sign telling people to not smoke in that area in order to fix the issue they were extremely rude and unhelpful. Follow up email was sent to address the issue with no response… if you can’t stand the smell of smoke filing your room for the whole night do not stay here.
