IRIS Hostel

- No es un apartahotel, es un hotel y le sobran todas las estrellas. Las fotos no corresponden a la habitación. Mucho más pequeña. Estores viejos y se desmontaban, entraba toda la luz del edificio de enfrente. El ruido del tráfico se escuchaba perfectamente. El ruido de la habitación de al lado, se escuchaba todo, desde andar por el suelo. Sólo pase una noche y pedí anular la reserva y el reembolso. Se negaron. Pésimo servicio.

- Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées et surtout elle ne sont pas INSONORISÉES !!! Mes voisins ont bu et écouter de la musique jusqu’à 2 h du matin. Impossible de dormir. On entend toute leur conversation

+ Śniadanie: na plus jajecznica robiona na świeżo.

- Pokój mały, brudny, pleśń na suficie w łazience. Okno na hałaśliwą ulicę, brak klimatyzacji (był wiatrak ale strach go było włączać). Zapadająca się nierówna podłoga. Jakość wędlin i serów na śniadaniu, mały wybór. Chleb tylko tostowy.

- Cienkie ściany, niewygodne łóżko, malutki prysznic, ogólnie słabo.

+ lokalizacja, czystość, możliwość zameldowania w nocy, sympatyczna obsługa

+ Posizione ottima: in 15/20 minuti a piedi si può raggiungere la stazione principale della città e il centro storico. Hotel silenzioso e camera pulita, dotata di tutto il necessario (c’è anche il phon). I ragazzi alla reception gentilissimi e molto disponibili per qualsiasi necessità. Consigliato

+ Guiet area not far from the central station and Galeria Krakowska. Friendly staff, there is the possibility to leave luggage

+ Дуже класний затишний готель. Близько до вокзалу та центру. Чистота в номері, зручні ліжка, чай, кава. На поверсі навіть є микрохвильова) Сніданки смачні та різноматні. Дуже рекомендую!

+ Comfy bed and nice and warm temperature in early spring. Staff was great. We did not have breakfast so can't comment on that.

- Room was tiny. The room is a bit aged and could use some some tlc. Same goes for the bathroom.

+ All girls at reception are amazing! They kept our luggage two times! Thank you girls!

- Breakfast could have more options!

+ W pokoju były wszystkie niezbędne przedmioty, smaczne śniadanie, wygodne łóżko, czysto.

+ 位置好，离火车站及Flixbus 车站步行十分钟左右

- 还是用老式钥匙不太习惯，入住期间房间不给打扫，只送了两瓶水进来

- Estuvimos alojados cinco noches, de las cuales solo tres días nos hicieron la habitación. A pesar de poner el cartón en la puerta en el que se indicaba “please make the room”, no nos la hacían, es más, entraban y nos dejaban el mismo colgado del perchero. No entendimos el por qué.
