THC Gran Via Hostel

The room was nice enough. My huge issue was that the wifi wasn’t working in my room. At all. I work remotely and it caused so much stress. I tried three local coffee shops and none of them would let me work. I eventually had to pull out my computer and work on a bench in the lobby.

Very good location, clean and nice room. I could go back to this place, the drawback is that no elevator exists, so a lot of steps yo third floor. Howevet after all drink and good, You get some exercise..

I was only one night, and I arrived relatively late in the evening and left relatively early in the following morning. The staff was kind and polite, there is always someone in reception. The location is very good (a pity there is no elevator in case you have a lot of baggage), and I sis not see any type of facilities to interact with others, unless you meet them in the corridor. No complaints from my side, maybe with a longer stay I could add a more detailed review.

The multiple keys and having to look the room from the inside is a hassle. No windows…hot and dark

It was clean and comfortable ~ the staff I met with were courteous and helpful ~ what more does one need for an overnighter in Madrid. I would thoroughly recommend the Gran Via.

Camera con bagno, piccola e pulitissima, cambio asciugamani quotidiano (che abbiamo gradito tantissimo!!) Personale al desk supergentile e disponibile per ogni spiegazione e richiesta, la posizione è poi comodissima, in una traversa della Gran Via, eppure silenziosa e confortevole. Raccomandatissimo!

A normal and budget hotel in a very convenient location. the cleanliness is perfect.

La señora de limpieza muy grosera nos dijo que no podíamos esperar el taxi dentro, que nos saliéramos. Fuera de eso todo excelente.

Camera con bagno, piccola e pulitissima, cambio asciugamani quotidiano (che abbiamo gradito tantissimo!!) Personale al desk supergentile e disponibile per ogni spiegazione e richiesta, la posizione è poi comodissima, in una traversa della Gran Via, eppure silenziosa e confortevole. Raccomandatissimo!

Incredible place! I would say I would try to ask for a place on the 2nd floor rather than the more aggressively used 1st floor. It's nothing fancy, but everything works, it's comfortable, and the people are kind. Super centrally located and I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed in a private dorm as I needed a quiet night before my flight. Clean and comfortable in a great location and felt very safe. Staff were also very friendly. Would stay again
