I paid for a night that I didn't use because I changed plans and was told me that if I returned I could use the night I hadn't used. Once I returned, I couldn't use it anymore. Anyone who lies for $10 doesn't even deserve a star in my opinion.
The hostel is an absolute nightmare. I don't know what they're doing with their huge industrial AC in the rooms, but after one night there, everyone's coughing non-stop. Rooms also had a disgusting stench, and the staff refused to open the locked windows. You shouldn't order food there either. It's not good, you never actually get what you ordered. But perhaps the worst thing is the atmosphere. The hostel has absolutely no vibe. The advertised activities usually don't happen either.
If you don't drink, and prefer quiet, intimate, meaningful conversations with like-minded travelers, don't stay here. This place is just so fake and unauthentic it makes me angry.
Don’t stay here unless you want to be robbed. We got there, thought it was great nice room, pool etc then we went on an organised tour with the hostel and came back to no money. The money was locked away, we reported this and they couldn’t have done less to help. Staff said they were checking cameras & calling their boss but was at the bar with a pint when I went to find them. We’ve since met another girl who stayed there and she was robbed at the same hostel.
Shocking hostel. No curtains on any bed. Terrible WiFi so I had to change room. They basically give you a towel as a blanket but air conditioning is on blast. And annoying Brits coming to drink in the room. Compared to other hostels you also have to have your own lock.
The rooms are very modern and nice, however the blankets provided felt more like towels, I wasn’t too bothered but definitely noticed! As a solo female traveler, I wouldn’t return. I was placed in a room with all other local old men, and I definitely felt uncomfortable as they were very close to me. And even after moving rooms, I struggled to make friends as the hostel was full of older men and local families. Other than that, facilities were very good and felt very clean!
Party hostel, all around beer and get drunk. if you like, highly recommend, if not, don't visit.
The hostel it’s self is more like a nice hotel or resort. The facilities are excellent, everything’s clean, and the pool and bar area are awesome. However, the atmosphere at the hostel resembled university freshers week more than an authentic travel experience. Constant loud music and rowdy people (all Western of course). People were just turning the lights on at 3am and shouting in my dorm and of course one messed up couple decided to have s** at 3am. The hostel itself are not at fault ...
Very clean, very social, but I did not like it at all, sinds it was a very party hostel, the music was loud the whole day, even in the evening in the bathroom. But if you like party, this is your hostel! (I did not hear the music in the room, so that is good)
The hostel was extremely cute, it's very social, the bathroom and amenities are spot on, the ac in mixed dorm wasn't working properly, I get it's a hostel but we were kept up all night, some guy pissed all over the floor... Which I stepped in... lucky I didn't drag him out and wipe his face in it... checked out early as I couldn't hack no sleep again.... The hostel it's self is really good but if you get a bad group your buggered.. and no offer to refund the room unlike others Ive stayed in

Lovely hostel, cheapest and best value for money on my travels so far. Super spacious dorm, bathrooms are okay though the floor is often wet, great social area with pool and games.
My first social hostel. We booked a private room — small with basic platform beds, but clean with AC, coffee, hairdryer & elevator. Facilities were great: pool, bar, good food/drinks. But the social side fell flat. Events had zero hype from staff. The pool party was just us, no music or host. People are shy; you need staff to kick things off. Mad Monkey did this better. Solid base, needs energy. 7.7/10.
The staff were amazing, i can’t remember all of their names but Sky helped me with booking everything while i was there. The standard of cleanliness was one of the best I have seen across SEA. The beds were great. The hostel can be social if you want it to be, but i found it wasn’t the easiest to socialise, it has a “big chain hostel” vibe if that makes sense, almost making it like a hotel. My one critique is that food drinks and activities are on the more expensive side at the hostel.
Great hostel, extremely modern and clean and great value for such nice facilities. Atmosphere was a bit mixed throughout my stay but most of the time there were people around to hang out with. Would definitely come back
perfect place to stay and discover siem reap
Not the most social hostel but the facilities are amazing and it is so clean - one of the nicest hostels I’ve stayed in
Really good hostel! All of the facilities are great and modern, the beds are probably the best i’ve experienced so far in SE Asia. Lots of things to do there if u wanna be social, equally easy to chill and just do ur own thing too. Staff were so nice snd helpful. Would deffo stay again and to anyone thats thinking to book here u should do it !
Really have no complaints about this place! I stayed in a private room and it was insanely comfortable, clean, well-equipped, and stylish, especially for the price. Helpful staff, good communal facilities, and daily activities. I stayed at another popular hostel in Siem Reap too but this was nicer all around! Thanks guys, I would definitely come back.
Really nice hostel!
I enjoyed my stay here! The rooms and beds were really nice. I will say that reception told us we could get a free water refill from the bar, but the bar staff seemed really grumpy about it when we asked. But other than that it was a great experience.
The most luxury budget hostel! I’d recommend to solo travellers and people travelling in groups. It was super social and clean PLUS the girls bathroom had a hairdryer and straighteners, soooooo bougie xx
Great hostel loved it here. Super comfy beds and massive dorm rooms. Social without being loud party vibes. Good food, friendly staff, and super clean. Would deffo recommend!
Loved this hostel. Looks nice, very clean, very nice dorms and beds are comfy and feel very private. Food in the hostel is nice and a good price. Social but not party, eventhough you can if you want to. Close to pubstreet and the rest of the vibrant city. Staff is extremely helpful and kind. Only negative is that they only give you a blanket and you cannot change the aircon temp, but you have to pay extra for a duvet, clear ripoff.
Great hostel, great location, great staff. Always cleaning, big rooms, nice pool.
Everything was 10/10! So clean and spacious! You can socialise as much or as little as you want too! All staff were amazing but Alice and Ellie were some of the nicest people ever! Defo reccomend
excellent value for money, great location, good events/ice breakers and fantastic facilites, would stay again
Amazing hostel, super social but nothing too crazy. Staff are so friendly (especially Tevy) and the rooms are lovely and clean.
Amazing! Best hostel yet
What an amazing hostel! Definitely coming back. Sweat staff and it’s very clean. The bathroom is full of everything you need including a hair straightener. The beds are good quality and very clean. There is a lot of party’s but the rooms are good isolated and you even have a silent room downstairs 👏👏👏
Amazing hostel, so clean it felt like a hotel! Good food and nice pool as well. They organized a good sunrise tour of Angkor wat
