Lillehammer Hostell

The room was too small for 4 people that have plenty of luggage. Nevertheless, this hostel is convenient for persons tavelling by train.

The rooms are really small and there were no place to lock things - that’s the only negative point I have on mind it was clean, they have a kitchen, the breakfast was good, and the staff was really nice :)

My stay at Lillehammer Hostel was short but great! I was passing through for a day and found the check in very easy. The staff were friendly and showed me to my room. The room itself was very clean. I was travelling over the Easter Holiday so it was pretty quiet in the hostel. Would stay here again!

I had an amazing experience here. Completely clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and the location was as convenient as it gets.

Great location, good breakfast. Not a social scene since I was there during off season but had a dorm to myself and the kitchen luckily. Very quiet/lovely stay.

fantastic location at the train station. kitchen is basic but functional. not the fault of the hostel but had a strange long term stayer in my dorm whose belongings take up most of the small room. the included brekkie was fantastic.

Really enjoyed my two night stay! Amazing location right in the train station and with the 1pm check in, was able to check in and dump my bags right after I got off the train. Stayed in a female 4 bed from that was clean, cosy and really comfortable beds. Great facilities with a shop in the train station and the staff were lovey. Communal kitchen but no actual common area, not a big deal to me but just a heads up if that’s what you like. Definitely recommend!

Great hostel! Super clean, and the location seriously can’t get any better being right at the station. Facilities are really nice too. You can’t go wrong, super easy and stress free stay.

Very good hostel! The rooms were very clean and we had enough space for our personal stuff. The kitchen and the shared room were very nice and clean as well and there were various board games and books. We booked breakfast and the breakfast buffet was very good and it included coffee, tea and juice, which was very nice. Also, the hostel is directly in the train station which is practical if you travel by train. I felt very safe during my stay there. Would definitely come here again!

Kleines süßes Hostel im Bahnhof mit sehr nettem Personal

Excellent hostel: essentially hotel quality but with self-catering facilities. Perfect location right on the station (check-in desk is on your right as you exit). Room, breakfast and guest kitchen all fantastic! There wasn't much atmosphere, very quiet and no one else chatting much at breakfast. This might be more of a general cultural difference, though. It was fine as we were a family group happy to keep to ourselves, but would be a problem if you're a solo traveller wanting to meet others.

Every staff are all so friendly and helpful, before my stay and throughout - also thanks Geir for answering my million questions for skiing etc. Super central. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped, 6 induction rings, microwave, oven for cooking . Also lockers in room and storage room if you have skis with you. I rented skis from Nordseter Fjellpark and they were able to pickup from the hostel as well (for a cost). This is more of a hotel vibe than hostel if you're expecting to socialise.

Gut geführtes Hostel+ Hotel,Zentrale Lage ,Preis-- Leistung ausgezeinet ,ruhige Lage,gute Atmosphere Mit hat es da sehr gut gefallen Zur Sauberkeit möchte ich etwas sagen; das Bad + Zimmer sah verheerend voll aus,war belegt mit nassen Handtüchern .Ich dachte,dass das alles der anderen Frau um Zimmer zuzuordnen war,die ein Messi war Der Service hatte das Zimmer nicht gereinigt,es war anscheinend einfach liegen gelassen worden.Das fand ich nicht OK.

Great hostel. It is mostly family oriented, but it has an amazing breakfast buffet, the rooms are new,comfy and clean. The staff was really welcoming and helpfull. It is actually in the train station but you can't hear the trains at all. Also very centric. Value for money met 100%.

Sehr tolles Hostel!

Ottimo ostello, si trova proprio nell'edificio della stazione di Lillehammer ha un'ottima insonorizzazione quindi non preoccupatevi degli eventuali rumori dovuti al luogo . Cucina comune ampia e pulita fornita di tutti gli utensili, compresa la lavastoviglie. Dormitorio comune pulito compreso di lenzuola e asciugamani. Colazione compresa nel prezzo ampia e varia. Personale cortese e disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

One of the greatest hostels of the hundreds where I have stayed. When I look for a place to stay, the first thing I always look for is how close it is to the train station, and the Lillehammer Hostell was right in the station. Amazing! It was so clean, and the breakfast was incredible.

I had an amazing experience here. Completely clean, comfortable, friendly staff, and the location was as convenient as it gets.
