Arrived there late at night after a plane flight ready for a good sleep and they had cancelled our booking as we hadn’t replied to emails they sent. I did not receive these emails literally until I walked in the door, and I’d been refreshing my email all day to download boarding passes etc. though this may have been a gmail glitch it seems odd that they require you to confirm through an email when we pay a deposit through hostel world to secure the room. Surely that is enough!!

Centrally located yet quiet, which was great, although it’s located at the back of a pharmacy, so always awkward getting in. Room was clean enough, it just had an unpleasant Worse thing was the temperature. The AC was showing as on at 16C but it very much was not doing anything. It was super hot at all times and I had my personal handheld fan on me at all times to be able to cope. Other than that I was looking for a break after busy hostel life and this was ok.

I do not recommend standard room. It was humid, not so clean, with not so good smell.

For the price a decent room! The staff was super lovely and provided great service and recommendations for the city. Things to consider: The mattress is really hard, there are ants in both the bathroom and bedroom, and unless specifically mentioned in the room description, the room might not have a window.

This was not a homestay like we know it. It was more like a small hotel. We stayed for a week and there was no cleaning. We had to ask twice for clean towels. The staff was friendly and even helped us with printing documents. Location was good but very noisy during day and night. Netflix was perfect!

The bathroom didn't look like it was cleaned at all. There were used toothbrushes in the shower and hair in the sink. Lots of ants along the wall. The staff were incredibly nice though, they cleaned the room immediately after we notified them about the issue.

Had a very pleasant stay in a well located hostel and it it's a good base for exploring HCMC. The room was okay, clean and tidy. This is a very busy city and as a result there is some general city noise heard but not excessive or overly concerning.

I missed my bus due to traffic, so a very last minute booking and the double bed room was perfect. Not noisy and very clean !

Chambre très bien, spacieuse et très propre. Le personnel est vraiment sympathique. Située à quelques pas d’une rue bien animée pour ceux qui veulent sortir, tout en restant calme pour ceux qui préfèrent se poser.

Bonne localisation. Même si l'hotel est proche de Bui Vien, les chambres sont très calmes. Tout est bien équipé et l'hôte est très accueillant

Absolute great host! Accommodated even when I missed my booking and miscommunication.

I had a very comfortable stay. The staff is super helpful with recommendations about everything.

My flight was delayed by 4 hours so I was not able to check in until 3am. I messaged Long and he talked me through everything about how to self check in. This was so helpful and saved me a lot of stress on arrival. The room was clean and very spacious. I would definitely recommend this hostel if you are looking for somewhere safe to relax.

A budget stay that would do in a pinch. A little rough around the edges - the “window” in our room looked into a an open shaft in the building that didn’t let any daylight in so the room felt like a small fluorescent box. Also, there were constantly ants in our room, in the bathroom and above our bed, especially. Even after the room was cleaned by staff, the ants were back within a few hours. The staff were always very kind and accommodating, so this seems more like a facilities issue…

The staff couldn’t be more helpful and sent us a list of food recommendations and of things to see around the area, which we really appreciated! The room was big, clean and had everything we need. It was very quiet for the location (considering it’s only round the corner from the walking street) but the room soundproofing wasn’t the best. Overall though we had a great stay - no social area but that kept things very quiet and peaceful ☺️

The homestay is very well located, next to a busy street, nice cafés and restaurants. The stuff was very kind and helpful, they gave us many recommendations for the city. We also did the laundry service, which was also very good. The room was spacious and mostly clean. The furniture was a bit outworn, especially in the bathroom.

Nice location in D1 close to a lot of good restaurants and down the road is famos party street of HCm very big room too air con and smart tv

Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Location excellent with a bus station across the street which has a direct bus to the airport. Delicious pho next door. Worth every penny. Room was kept clean and even has a microwave. They even provided a booklet of all the activities and its prices from the neighboring tour agency. Can be quite noisy at times due to its proximity to the traffic junction. Definitely a great stay and highly recommended to those looking to enjoy the nightlife!
