J’ai trouvé les sanitaires pas très propres, vraiment minuscules, avec très très peu de places pour poser ses affaires pour se doucher, peu d’aération donc un peu irrespirables. Par ailleurs, c’est étrange d’avoir une chambre réservée aux femmes aussi éloignée des sanitaires réservés aux femmes… La literie était propre mais vraiment très légère compte tenu de la température, nous avons eu froid.
I found the toilets not very clean, really tiny, with very very few places to put your things to shower, little ventilation so a little unbreathable. besides, it's strange to have a women's room so far away from the women's toilets... the bed linen was clean but really very light considering the temperature, we got cold.
Honestly, the experience was terrible. The toilets and showers were shared by almost ten rooms, each having at least six people. Someone started using the washing machine at 1 a.m , One of the roommates was snoring all night, the other one was speaking while sleeping, it was super hot, and there was noise even outside. I couldn’t sleep at all and left early in the morning. Paying €48 for that was crazy, I’ve stayed in way better hostels in Italy and Europe for half the price!
Terrible because they messed up the booking and then said sorry there’s nothing we can do. Booked a room of 3 but then they said the best we can do is a 2 and a 1.
The staff was rude specially one person where we ask for the welcome drink an hour before as we have to leave and he was inconsiderate and rude. One old guy in staff is really nice and this person was opposite of that person. The beds are not great and the sound they make is insane so avoid them if you want to have a good sleep time. The vibes other than that was good.
One of the worst experiences I’d had in a hostel. I’ve left 2 emails with you guys about how when I rocked up the receptionist made a comment saying well you’re not from Israel but your capitalist country isn’t better. I’m from New Zealand the treatment and his attitude was terrible and definitely won’t use your chain again. Asked in the emails for a refund or to get back but never got a response. Disappointing
Not worth the price. Stayed in a room with 10 beds, for two nights. Got charged $450. Place has a terrible smell the whole time, staff wasn't very helpful. no key cards, used a weird app to unlock doors. no curtains on the beds for privacy. This hostel is clearly in the business of hustling people. They over charged me upon arrival because it's more expensive on certain nights than others? Which is not listed online. This place is great for people trying to party, otherwise this place is awful.
Stayed here 2 nights. Every time I went to shower I was told the bathroom was closed for cleaning. I was given no alternative shower. So no shower for me! I went to ask reception about it but no one was there both times. I didn’t have time to wait around and ask if I was allowed to shower somewhere. If I knew this was the case I wouldn’t have booked a hostel, I would’ve just pitched a tent outside somewhere and brought a sleeping bag. This was also at 7am both days - a common time to showe...
The hostel is in a very good location and nice common areas and services. We reserved a private room for 110 euro per night and the quality of the room was low. Bed was very uncomfortable, bad quality furniture and sad atmosphere. Not worth the money
Very dirty toilets and showers all day long. It is not being cleaned properly. During all my stay the bathrooms lacked toilet paper and were dirty and smelly. This is unacceptable for a hostel that claim to be a ‘premium hostel’ with one of the highest bed prices in the city. I told this to the staff, they said they will send someone to clean the bathrooms, but everything remained the same. They don’t really care. You can definitely find better and cheaper alternatives..
AVOID THIS PLACE! took us half an hour to check in, unprofessional staff, noisy beds, dirty shower and toilets and loud noise till morning since the bar is open to locals

Amazing hostel! Its my second time staying at an Ostello Bello and i have no complaints. This one is in a central location and two minutes from the metro. The staff were super helpful and answered all of my questions also they were super nice and friendly! Everything was just perfect I really recommend staying here and if i’m ever back in Naples I would definitely come back’

A nice hostel. Would have been nice to have had some comfier chairs in the inside bar area, as the patio got cold at night and there was not really another indoor communal space. Confusing layout too - would have been great to have had a tour or even a map of the facilities on the different levels, I almost missed out on the rooftop terrace because I couldn't find it, and I had to search to find the laundry area too. The rooms were very nice and clean though, and the staff were lovely.

El Ostello Bello Napoli no es solo un hostel, es una experiencia con alma. Limpio, bien ubicado y con muy buena calidad-precio. Lo mejor, su gente: Francesco nos recibió con una amabilidad fue increíble !! y Andrea en el bar siempre atento y con grandes recomendaciones ! Un lugar con vida, donde te sientes bienvenido desde el primer momento. Sin duda, volveremos a Nápoli y nos alojaremos en este maravilloso Ostello Bello que va en sintonía con la vida misma y la humanidad de su gente !
El Ostello Bello Napoli is not just a hostel, it is an experience with soul. Clean, well located and with very good quality-price. The best part, its people: Francesco received us with a kindness was incredible !! and Andrea in the bar always attentive and with great recommendations ! A lively place, where you feel welcome from the first moment.
War cool, super Leute kennengelernt. Nette Bar, man konnte spielen ausliehen und leckere Cocktails trinken. Würde ich immer wieder machen. Gefehlt hat mir Tanz Musik ✌️❤️.

El lugar es ok, son muchas habitaciones y mucha gente se queda ahí, es como quedar a dormir en un colégio. Se ve mucho mejor en las fotos que en la realidad (igual que las personas en las apps de cita). El staff, principalmente los voluntários con quien charlé, super buena onda y muy dispuestos a ayudar. El espacio no está mal, pero los baños compartidos es lo que más resta puntos en esta evaluación, no huelen bien y estás pegado a la otras personas.
The place is ok, there are many rooms and many people stay there, it's like staying overnight in a college. It looks much better in photos than in reality (just like the people in the dating apps). The staff, mainly the volunteers I chatted with, super good-natured and very willing to help. The space is not bad, but the shared bathrooms are what are missing the most points in this evaluation, they don't smell good and you are stuck to the other people.
La estancia ha sido muy agradable, el hostel tiene muy buen ambiente y los trabajadores muy amables en todo momento. Si vuelvo a Nápoles repetiré😊

Close to the ferries and close enough to the train station. The staff was great. Very friendly, helpful and made you feel comfortable.

Great value for money, showers and toilets were a little rough but you get what you pay for, would maybe come again.
Rooms were clean, beds were comfy and good size blanket and sheets. Bathrooms were also clean and had multiple toilets and showers. Showers warm and clean. Staff were nice and friendly however,often found it hard to get attention at the bar (no staff present) or couldn’t make certain drinks or food that were on menu when ordering but small issue overall. Nice outside sitting area. Felt very safe as each door and area had pass codes which I liked! Had the breakfast, was basic but did the job!
Super great hostel! The staff is so nice and try their best to help you:) There is a nice big kitchen with a lot of free food as well:))

Front desk people were the nicest! Great place to meet people, and the staff was top notch! Great hangout areas too including pool table and foosball! Highly recommend
great Hostel. Staff is warm and walcoming. They have free food (pasta and pasteries) which makes stay really nice, also the people who stay there for longer time really want to do night outs so it's more social than you might think at first glance. I had great time and met some good people, Thank you Ostello Bello! will definitely come again :-)
This was a great hostel. Staff was very helpful, it was kept clean, and it was very secure with multiple locks before getting to your bed. I had a great stay and would recommend!
