Location is great. Very difficult to find with Google map. Took me an hour around the neighborhood. Asked 3 people and found it. Small sign by door. A young guy was helping me with directions for next day than a pretty young girl came in that he knew than he lost interest in helping me. Kitchen not clean . Pans had dried food still in it. Cabinets dirty. Had to re wash stuff. Beds too close to each other with no room. Bunk beds would have been better? I would not stay here again.

The staff doesn’t inform you about anything. There was rotten food on the table for breakfast. There is no effort from staff to make a fun environment. They should spend a little bit of money remodeling the place. Everything looks very old. There’s just an ugly vibe everywhere

mama mia the worst experience ever. i never saw conditions like that first there's no privacy such as i reserve female room the saff men and woman they can come at anytime and in any condition already the door of the room don't close - 2sd they said te breakfast included there is no breakfast it's just cornetto and they come late after 9am -3rd they don't mention that the room will be in the 4th floor without elevator and it's very old building the window of balcon is not closed the room is cold

The facility is really poor , the mattresses are really old concave ones, bathroom don’t get a daily clean up , the living room sofas are falling apart as the rest of the whole facility, there are no working energy outlets what makes your life very difficult these days.

it was the worst experience of my life the boy he was so rude to me and girls there was bad smell during entrance I will suggest you please don't go there are 6 persons in room he charges 30 euro like 180 euro for room with no facilities you can find a room in Capri for 100 Euro

Got robbed on my way alone walking back to hostel by a man in midnight !!!! Credit card was swept continuely 3 days 3000usd plus cash 250+euros ! After I left a bar drunken condition at about 3AM , this city is scary for the robbery and pickpocketing ! Be super careful at night ! I can’t lock my card because the sm card only with data to use , also didn’t expect the thief dare to do like that . My credit card touches money machine it works automatically need no password . Be careful

Creo que el precio es bastante caro para ser un hostel y dormir en una habitación compartida entre 8 personas. Mi experiencia hubiera sido un poco mejor sino fuera por los mosquitos que habían. El staff es maravilloso y hacían que la estancia fuera más agradable.

abbiamo alloggiato in una camerata mista per due notti e la nostra esperienza è stata pessima : camerate miste non veramente miste , pulizia scadente , stanze con cattivo odore , struttura indecente , personale non qualificato (impossibile un dialogo in italiano, stupita dato che siamo in Italia) . Consiglio alle donne di trovare un altro posto

The worst place I ever stayed in, first they have to put and advertising there’s a lot of stares and no lift, second the rooms doesn’t even have a key, they just open the dorms, came into your room to request payments, they only speak nicely to people who speaks English if not you are a stranger! The beds have bugs I got a rash on my back, the place is smelly and the bed covers had hairs from other guest (dirty), the prices they charge are not accurate on the property and attention! I don’...

I had an excellent expirience in this hostel. It's nice to have your own bed (not bunkbed), and the dorms are really comfortable and clean. The social areas are really cool too, as well as the staff. I would definitly come back.

Looks scary when you get there but once you get up the stairs it's a lovely old bulding. The staff is very nice, the rooms are big with a small balcony. Beds are comfy. The free granita is very appreciated! It is very well situated to visit the city. There is one thing they could do better: The bathrooms should be checked more regularly by the staff.

This hostel has a really great vibe if you are looking to meet or hangout with people. The staff are super friendly and really helpful for any tips for Naples or other areas. The toilets are maybe a little old but they aren't dirty just a little smelly sometimes but the rest makes up for it.

Really nice homey hostel, not as commercial as other hostels and definitely the best one I stayed at in Italy. Great Staff and Owner. There was also Free Lemon Slushies - Well done

The one drawback here is that the rooms are barracks-style with very little privacy. Just open rooms with beds. Other than that it was great. Jerry, the owner manager, is very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable @ local things to do. He gave me great recommendations for Naples and Amalfi Coast. There's complimentary breakfast and drinks in the evenings. The location seemed sketchy at first, but it turned out to be friendly and fun eith great nearby cafes.

Best hostel oat

Best hostel I’ve ever stayed at tbh. The vibes were so chill, the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Free breakfast every morning and free snacks and free drinks (alcoholic as well). They really take care of you here, it felt very homely. The bathrooms and rooms were clean. And the fact that there is no bunkbeds is so lovely.

This hostel was the best place to stay in Naples, great vibe, lovely people, no bunk beds in dorms a bonus.. Great facilities and very helpful staff, loads of cool communal areas to meet other guests. Especially the kitchens. I will definitely stay here again.

I think this is what it felt like to backpack during the 80/90s… the hostel has the vibes

i only stayed here a night but it seemed like a great hostel. very friendly staff, all the rooms were nice and spacious, the facilities were excellent. its a bit of a walk from the train station, but other than that theres not much more you could ask for!

Stayed for 4 nights. Comfy, friendly, and not too far from things

This is a brilliant hostel! The staff are accommodating, the building is beautiful and the rooms are spacious! The building itself is an older Italian city complex with multiple levels, each with its own balconies and big windows. It is clean and well taken care of, close to a metro station, and the breakfast is delicious. Every hostel I stay will forever be measuring up to this one.
