+ IL GIORNO IN CUI SONO ANDATO VIA!
- TUTTO!! Zero pulizia , puzza immensa di fumo nelle camere, materassi tutti stracciati e macchiati , acqua solo fredda nelle docce, asciugamani a pagamento per lavarsi… Un’esperienza da non rifare assolutamente e sopratutto da non CONSIGLIARE!!!

- As I have the chance to leave another comment I will just respond the bullshit that this hotel has replied to me in my previous feedback. They say I defamed the hostel by commenting my experience there. I am a long time traveller which has stayed at several hostels around the world and trust me that I am quite objective when it comes to delivery a feedback. And denying what a customer is saying won't help you to take responsibility and improve the business. The hostel is not in good conditions and it doesn't look like the pictures at all. The bathrooms specially are nasty and the whole place looks abandoned (I can't understand how they say it has been renovated). The rooms are OK, but not comfortable due to the noisy lockers and the size. Service is not existant, the guys in receptions are just sitting there and won't move around assisting, tiding things up or socializing with guests. They have no idea what a hostel represents. Thet say the building is historic.. seriously? And that justifies the bad conditions, the high prices and lack of service? Anyway, I don't recommend this place and for me it was a waste of money. I would rather stay in Napoli town next time. There is nothing to do in Portici
Place doest look like the pictures at all. It was kinda close to the train station, but everything else was bad. I was staying in a private room, and the window did not let through the sunlight. Bathroom door was stuck. Felt s bit unhygienic. Not recommended

- La camera aveva un odore forte di scarico proveniente dal bagno. La domenica non trovi nessun addetto alla reception, se hai un problema ti devi arrangiare.

+ Almost nothing, the hostel is not worth almost 30 euros per night in booking (40 per night in their site) and it doesn't look at all like the pictures online. Very disappointing. Luigi the receptionist was the only upside, he was attentive and welcoming.
- How to start. The pics online show a very modern hostel with cozy facilities but that's not the reality at all. I think most of the reviews on Google are fake because it's impossible for this place to get a 5 stars rate. The building is old like most of the buildings in the area, and the hostel looks abandoned, with no life. The management should make some renovations and maintenance work, give it more love and care. The rooms are fine with AC but lockers makes a lot of noise thou. The bathrooms are the worst part, they need more cleanliness and care. Showers with mold everywhere, some lacks a door, toilets lacks lids.. Common areas look tired and untidy as well. Everything needs more care overall.

Unfortunately, our stay was not as we would have wished. On the first night, the club in the same building was very loud until 3am. In addition, the sanitary facilities and especially the public kitchen were very dirty. Otherwise, we found the location between the Amalfi Coast and Naples positive, but this did not justify the price and the conditions.

Idéalement placé entre Naples, le Vésuve, Pompéi et Capri,l’auberge est agréable et propre. La cuisine est un peu moins agréable et il manque des ustensiles comme couteaux et petites cuillères, mais on peut manger sur la terrasse donnant sur la cours et c’est sympa. L’ensemble est calme, loin de la frénésie napolitaine.
Ideally located between Naples, Vesuvius, Pompeii and Capri, the hostel is pleasant and clean.The cuisine is a little less pleasant and there are no utensils like knives and small spoons, but you can eat on the terrace overlooking the courtyard and it is nice.The whole is quiet, far from the Neapolitan frenzy.

- La struttura era poco nuova.
+ Super Lage. Wasserkocher in der kleinen Küche unten. Unkompliziert.
- Badezimmer (Duschen, Toiletten) ungemütlich, nicht ganz bequem, alt. Zimmer sehr einfach, ist ok, aber nichts besonderes.

+ La infrastruttura, la comodidad , el trato amable de su personal

+ Auberge de jeunesse très propre et lits confortables. Nous n'avons croisé aucun membre du personnel, arrivée tardive et départ de bonne heure.
+ It’s an older hostel, but comfortable, very clean, fantastic customer service, and great wash and dry laundry service.
