- Appena siamo arrivati il proprietario ha voluto 10 euro per esserci presentati alle 20, non abbiamo capito il motivo ma va bene così, ma la cosa assurda è che avendo noi un cagnolino ci ha raccomandato che nn salisse sul letto, gli abbiamo risposto che non era abituato , avevo pensato che forse essendo una stanza ben curata e nuova allora si sposrcasse, appena sono entrata un copriletto disgustoso , sposrchissimo, lenzuola macchiate, bagno sporchissimo

- 網頁上提供的住宿訊息模糊，我誤以為自己是訂了雙人房，在櫃檯被收取雙倍房價，感覺設計者在設計網頁時提供的訊息較模糊。 各項設備也大大的不如網頁上寫的，⋯⋯，很失望！ 第三天早上，房東突然無聲無息的打開我們的房門，這是很不好的經驗。

+ Host was pleasant at my first arrival. Communication was good prior to my arrival.
- Lack of maintenance- Room was uninhabitable due to a drainage issue and host refused another room (despite other rooms showing as available on booking.com at the time) or to refund. He claimed he could not smell it but then tried to cover it with air freshener to no avail. Host advised booking.com I did not arrive (despite our texts and my pictures proving otherwise) and booking.com have been no help in refunding either. If you do decide to book here, please book directly through at least so you can dispute with your card provider if you have the same issue! Misadvertising- Superior room doesn't come with balcony despite advert showing this, so don't pay premium if you're expecting this. Cleaning- sheets were stained, shower tiles and door covered in soap scum but appeared ok otherwise. Location- A group of creepy men are positioned permanently outside the entrance who shout at you and follow you as you walk past (see P.za Giuseppe Garibaldi, 73, 80142 Napoli NA, Italy on an online maps site for evidence). This made abruptly leaving the hotel at 10pm even more uncomfortable- don't recommend for women or solo travelers. Total scam- please avoid this place at all costs or book direct if you're desperate for accommodation and save yourself the hassle! I had to ask booking.com to provide the option for a review so I could highlight this experience to others. *Since the host is keen to lie and say I never arrived, I'd like to update my review with some pictures of my belongings inside the room. I have a pretty good life, thanks- would have preferred to avoid the review route but feel I need to warn people of a lying host who refuses to refund £200+ for a room when their rooms smell of human excrement :)
- My daughter and I planned to arrive in Naples around 10pm, having travelled from Florence, so I searched for hotels that would accept check-ins around this time. Several only accepted check-ins around 6-7pm. This accomodation stated that it would accept check-ins up to 11pm so I went for this one. However, I didn't spot that in the small print there is a 20 EUR charge for check-ins after 6pm....which I only found out when we arrived. This was an unpleasant surprise and if I had known this when I booked the room I would have stayed somewhere better for the same amount of money. We were packing up in the morning and the bathroom started to flood, and water went outside of the bathroom - the water came from some kind of thing next to the toilet, it wasn't sewage, the water was clean, but I'm not sure what the thing was. I wouldn't stay here again.

- In spite of the fact that their official check-in times are 14.30-23.30. They had added in my opinion with a tricky way an additional information saying that after 18.30 for check-in 10€ surscharge cost will be demanded! This is deceptive,unfair and tricky. I have also written about this issue to booking.com. Be aware!!!
+ J'ai aimé la gentillesse et l'accueil de Carmine. Une telle qualité humaine mérite que l'établissement soit à la hauteur.
- La vétusté de l'ascenseur qui est trop petit, en mauvais état avec des portes battantes, j'ai failli y laisser un doigt, le fait d'avoir à faire trois codes pour rentrer, une carte aurait été mieux. Le fait d'avoir la bouilloire et le frigo hors de la chambre. La bouilloire de la première chambre était remplie de calcaire. La lampe ne marchait pas. J'ai changé de chambre et cette fois c'était le verre qui était rempli de calcaire. Les serviettes trop usagées. L'odeur persistante des égouts dans la deuxième chambre et si j'ouvrais la fenêtre il y avait une odeur de poubelle venant d'en bas et le bruit ne permettait pas le repos. Je n'ai pas apprécié que le frigo ne soit pas dans la chambre alors que le site laisse croire le contraire, chose qui a entrainé que la femme de chambre jette mes provisions sans me demander. Heureusement que Carmine a fait le nécessaire pour trouver une solution.

+ Funcionário super atencioso e, embora seja um pouco esquisito pra chegar a noite, a hospedagem fica de frente para a estação do trem.
- Colchão muito desconfortável.
+ la ubicación , estaba todo limpio, habitación para 4 personas con el baño dentro de la habitación, excelente!!!

+ Vicino alla stazione del treno
+ Bemötandet! Läget för vårt ändamål, nära centralstationen och flygbussarna. Trevligt med en balkong också.
- Lite för mjuk säng.
+ La posizione: proprio a lato della stazione centrale, eccezionale per poter prendere un treno presto al mattino. Lo staff: il gestore gentilissimo, mi ha aspettato e fatto fare il check in tardissimo, a causa di un ritardo dell'aereo. La stanza (ero sola in una stanza da 4): molto pulita, il bagno impeccabile. Il condominio: molto pulito, non può entrare chi non ha il codice. C'è ascensore.
- La zona della stazione, come tutte le zone intorno alle stazioni, frequentata da gente non proprio raccomandabile. Però non ho avuto nessun fastidio.
+ Tutto pulito, Host gentile e disponibile, ideale per una notte di riposo al volo, o come nel mio caso per riposarsi un paio d’ore dopo un viaggio di lavoro. Tornerò sicuramente se ne avrò l’occasione. Posizione comoda per tutti i servizi.

+ The fact that property (room) is well designed , no physical keys entry , motion sensor lighting , nice shower , it has a nice balcony view of Mt. Vesuvius , very good location
- The building is a bit old and smelly outside , the elevator is a bit scary , a bit pricey , breakfast could had been better , but this does not really matters , as the room is faultless , it has a nice balcony view of Mt. Vesovius and has very good location
