- Yo vendo arretes de Ecuador para financiar mi viaje. Yo cuando salia del hotel ofrecia eso al personal que trabaja alla y una señora que trabaja con limpieza llamada Rosa, me queria comprar unos. Me dijo que como llega la quincena en 3 tres dias que me va pasar la plata por yappi. Ya han pasado mas de 3 semanas y no me ha enviado la plata. Tampoco me esta respondiendo los mensaje, veo que ya me bloqueo. Me molesta demasiado este trato, que me robaron efectivamente unos arretes y llame al hotel ahora y lo único que me podrian decir es que Rosa esta en vacaciones. Si no me lo resuelven esto rápido estoy considerando llamar a la policía. No merezco ser tratado asi y pense que en un hotel tan bonito y lujoso como ese no pasan cosas asi. Que pena tener esa experiencia pero es la verdad.

- Minha experiência neste hotel foi bastante decepcionante. Ao chegarmos, percebemos imediatamente que o local não corresponde às fotos apresentadas no Google. As instalações são antigas e mal conservadas, com móveis velhos — inclusive armários que não fechavam corretamente. O quarto carecia de itens básicos: não havia cabides, nem suporte para sabonete. Além disso, encontramos duas baratas, o que comprometeu totalmente a sensação de higiene. Ao retirar um lençol, percebemos que o de baixo estava sujo, com cabelos, o que é inaceitável. Solicitei um secador de cabelo, que me foi prometido, mas nunca foi entregue. Outro ponto negativo foi a água quente, disponível apenas no final do dia. Pela manhã, quando precisávamos sair cedo para passeios, éramos obrigados a sair sem banho. A justificativa dada era de que o problema vinha da rua. Diante dessas condições, não nos sentimos confortáveis nem mesmo para tomar café da manhã no local. Não indicaria este hotel para ninguém.

- We had to cancel part of our trip. The lady at reception promised a refund to my card within 5 days. Even after reaching out a multiple times, the hotel still didn't issue the refund after one month. NO REFUND as promised. Very disappointing.

- Está justo a la par de un bar/restaurante, la música no los va a dejar dormir en toda la noche. Pedimos un cambio de habitacion dado que estabamos a la par pero no nos hicieron caso.

+ Do not stay here. This “hotel” is the biggest deception I have ever experienced. The actual hotel and rooms are NOTHING like the photos. The Marinn Tropical Vibes is advertised as a 3 star hotel and the inside, upstairs on the second floor, where all of the rooms are located is dingy, dark and musty. It is a non smoking hotel, yet there were cigarette ashes outside our door on the hallway floor and a strong cigar smoke smell. There were zero amenities in the rooms. Not one. We looked at several rooms before leaving late at night after an incredibly long day of travel. No blankets on the beds, no soap in the bathrooms, no hair dryer, no hangers in the closets. No hot water. Simply a large, barren room with an awkward bed in the middle. There were cracks in the walls and in the middle of the main entry door. The door could not be locked from the inside. There were dirty fingerprint smudges on the walls and door as though the rooms hadn’t been painted in 15 years. Before making the reservation, I read many of the reviews and none of them reflected these things. I read that it could get noisy on the weekends and specifically asked for a quiet room when I booked our two king rooms with views. When we got back from dinner, the club music had started and was so loud it shook our room. I didn’t realize the “hotel” was next to a club. This was also on a Wednesday night, not a weekend. I had also asked for our rooms to be next to each other when I made the reservation several months in advance. They were not. We spent so much time trying to make the situation work by going downstairs and speaking to the staff who did try to assist- However, the problems could not be resolved. There were too many. Each time we went downstairs there were loud people in the lobby who were not staying there. They all appeared to be drunk and on drugs. We wondered if drugs were being sold out of the “hotel.” The vibe was scary and we did not feel safe.

+ Estuve alojada en j a habitación con el piso rajado que tenia que caminar prácticamente cuidando de no cortarme los pies !! Reporte y me hicieron caso omiso luego el baño se tapo y me dejaron alli sin solución y fui a reportar la verdad no lo recomiendo!!

I was staying in a room with a cracked floor that I had to walk practically taking care not to cut my feet !! report and I was ignored then the bathroom closed and I was left there without a solution and I went to report the truth I do not recommend it!! the facilities and there was no solution to my concerns

- Al momento de llegar al hotel, me indican que no mantenía ninguna reserva, ya que me indicaba la recepcionista que estaban teniendo problemas con el app de booking sobre las reservas. Previamente había escrito por medio chat y no recibí respuesta por parte del hotel. Me parece muy mala esa gestión, ya que con tiempo previo, organiza sus planes, tiempo y dinero. Tomando en cuenta que tuve que realizar doble traslado ( de camino al hotel y de regreso)

+ Tengo todo el mismo lugar porqué está ubicado en Isla perico y flamenco mucho lugares para comer la zona súper segura y se encuentra de todo para mí opinión me gusta mucho el lugar.
- Ése es el problema la música no pará asta 12pm si te molesta no puede quédate en esté holte para mí no tuvo mucho problema. Porqué estamos en una zona de bares y restaurantes.

- O hotel estava fazendo obras no corredor exatamente na porta do meu quarto! Um horror! Quebrando piso, parede, pintando, uma poeira absurda e barulheira! Nunca vi isso na vida! Além disso o hotel está velho, o quarto e corredor tem cheiro forte de mofo e o café da manhã é bem fraco.
The hotel was doing works in the hallway right in front of my room door! a horror! breaking the floor, wall, painting, an absurd and noisy dust! never seen that in my life! besides the hotel is old, the room and hallway have a strong smell of mold and the breakfast is very poor.

+ Es war sehr sauber. Zwar gab es leichte Abnutzungsspuren hier und da aber alles in allem waren wir für eine Nacht sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück ist schlicht aber deckt alle Grundbedürfnisse ab.
- Die Fenster sind sehr schlecht isoliert gewesen im Zimmer. Wenn draußen ein wenig lauter geredet wird, denkt man das Fenster ist komplett offen.
It was very clean. there were slight traces of wear here and there but overall we were very satisfied for one night. the breakfast is simple but covers all basic needs. the windows have been very poorly insulated in the room. if the outside is a little louder, you think the window is completely open.
+ Breakfast food is decent. I loved the coffee station and the waffles. Staff was super lovely at all time. Rooms are absolutely clean and comfortable, and the balcony view was magnificent indeed. Loved everything.
