BED STATION Hostel Khaosan

I paid €78 per night for a private room expecting comfort and good sleep, but got the opposite. The room was small, dark, poorly equipped and not properly clean. Cleanliness standards were disappointing for this price. It faced a loud party area, karaoke, shouting, and bass vibrating the bed until midnight, plus construction at 4am. Noise wasn’t disclosed. Staff blamed me and offered no real solution. Not suitable for light sleepers.

Por el excesivo precio, la atención es lejana y fria, no te dan toalla, ni te dan agua potable, el bar del hostal es administrado por una empresa externa y no es tan agradable el trato. Si tuviese que recomendar un hostal, definitivamente sería Revolution by The Bliss, no este.

The ABSOLUTE shittiest hostel I’ve ever come across it’s like the staff hates everyone and are ready for a fight at all times. Also will try to loot your money anyway they can. The man at the reception is the most disrespectful and despiseful.

my rating isn’t 3.1 so don’t lie. i hated my stay here was unclean facilities where poor ( gym hasn’t been updated or cleaned in forever, pool was unclean). The hostel stinks and the staff that work overnight are very rude and not welcoming whatsoever

The worst hostel experience we have ever had. We booked for 3 nights and left after the first. we arrived just before midnight and there was music blasting by the pool (past curfew). The entrance smelled like urine and axe body spray. We went to rinse off and the restroom there was used toilet paper on the ground. Neither of us slept at all because people were having sex in the room next to us. The walls are paper thin. We were not offered a refund. Do not book!

I had a terrible experience in this hostel. Here was the claim i sent via email, as the didn't enable any other channel to make the claim at hostel. When I get to the room the floor was not well cleaned and there was a sensation of humidity. The A/C was under maintainace with some towels spread on the floor as the AC was still leaking. I request for a another but the just said the hostel was full and no solution was given, I left. The toilets were also dirty. They don't invest in housekeeping

Other comparable hostels and even cheaper, provide towels and more, this doesn’t. The staff aren’t personable at all. They act like you are bothering them. They also don’t offer much tips on the city or don’t have knowledge of the city or just don’t care.

Darling was an incredible host for the nights in AND nights out!!! Was my first time at hostel and made friends for the rest of the trip.

We had such a great stay! perfect for our first few nights of a long south east asia travel, would definitely come back. lots of event on in the evenings and such a great atmosphere! Nabi, louis and pimmy at the front desk was super helpful and so friendly. got us checked in quickly and printed off tickets for us! Loved staying here

Everything was perfect from start to finish! The place was clean, comfortable and exactly as described. Communication was smooth and easy. Nabi was incredibly kind and helpful during the whole stay. I truly had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place to anyone. 10/10 ⭐️

Grimy and dark dorm rooms with only one toilet and shower between 12 people. Staff were unfriendly and often rude - wouldn’t recommend

Had an amazing stay here! Beds were spacious, rooms and bathrooms were always clean. I was on the top floor so I didn’t hear any music after hours. Great location and so many things to do nearby or a quick grab ride away. Super social in a good way. The staff were the highlight of this place. Especially Sin and Nabi, they are incredible ladies who know how to make anyone have a fun time. Sin got the party started and Nabi even walked me home one night and made sure I was a safe all night �...

Just feel like you pay a lot for not a lot. Went on the pub crawl which was already expensive, to be given ‘porridge’ rice as the meal. Vibes were alright but location is just so far from anything good aside from Khao San Road

Central location close to Khao San road if you are interested in the party scene. Pool area is nice and social. Toilets and showers are uncomfortably warm. Beds are really hard and uncomfortable, we slept really badly. The doors to the dooms slam really loudly and the air con is freezing cold and dirty and made us sick.

loved the vibe of the hostel felt safe and clean there. Except for some of the staff everyone was super nice and i met so many new nice people!!

I recommend this hostel only if you want to party a lot . Speakers so loud up to 12pm i couln’t sleep.i was in a room with 7 others girls and it was dirty , bathroom for 8… But people seems to enjoy a lot . I think you will like only if you plan is too party and drink a lot :) and we heard club of kao san road all the night from the hostel … bad experience

A great atmosphere, so many activities like pub crawl and walking tours. Great place to meet people and make friends. Really good location, walking distance to tons of clubs and activities and markets and temples. The beds are clean even though they’re a bit hard. Music blasts until midnight though so sleeping before that is near impossible.
