+ They ask me the first booking to delete and make again infront if them so the price go up they should not threat the guest

- Very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, the staff were unhelpful, and the facilities didn’t match what was advertised. Definitely not worth the price. They try to force us to pay with dollars instead of Thai bath.
- They gave me the room key when I check in and when I go to the room , it was couple inside the room.😅 I have to went down to check with reception but the the receptionist just gave me the new key in different room and doesn’t say sorry about the problem. Also I have to bring all my 8 luggages down when check out as they said don’t have staff to do , I have 3kids with me. I don’t think it this hotel good idea when you travel with kids. The wort thing for me is the lady at reception. Her attitude so bad.

+ I was relocating to BKK and travelling with my dog. Not having to worry about his comfort or access to the property was of high importance. The hotel is located across the road (use the overpass bridge) from the stadium and university, which gave him plenty of green space to explore. Great buffet breakfast, super friendly staff and just a very easy location. Note it is a very busy road, right near MBK which means a lot of traffic and people (but quiet once inside the hotel.
