BEDBUGGS! Do not stay! The people in the front desk knew and didint say anything. When we requested a refund no questions asked, he gave it. It was terrible!

Hostel staff is pretty nice and location is super helpful to travel the night market especially Khao San night market. But there is one men who's making a noise and he was drunk all the time. The owner should not allow that kind of person. After we travel a lot we need to take a rest.

Hostel correct mais salle de bain et toilettes sales. Lits pas vraiment confortables. Climatisation ne fonctionne pas la nuit donc il faisait extrêmement chaud dans le dortoir, impossible de dormir. Personnel agréable et bon emplacement proche de Khao San et de restaurants

las habitaciones son terroríficas, huele muy mal, y literalmente duermes con desconocidos al lado, no recomano gens el hostel, una experiencia de molt mal gust

In this hostel there are people who stole your money from your backpack. Is people who is living in the hostel but they are not turist. They have a Tecnic that they found your money in your backpack and don’t stole everything, just a part. That is what they did to me. They don’t stole all my money, just a part but was a lot. They stole from me a lot of money. DONT BOOK THIS HOSTEL.

Terrible place the staff had no clue what they were doing I had a reservation and they still made me pay the full price even though I already paid partial. The guests were absolutely terrible they were making noise until five in the morning getting drunk. I asked for a late check out and they wouldn’t let me check out even five minutes late. They have no water only for sale no free water for the guests. Overall a terrible experience.

I was disappointed with this hostel. For the same price and in the same location I have stayed at much better hostels with hot showers, some security (there was none here, anyone could walk in everywhere at any time), better facilities generally (eg. More sinks, curtains on the beds - there were none here) and a more welcoming atmosphere. I would not recommend this place and would rate it lowest out of the 4 hostels I stayed at in Bangkok.

The vibes were a bit strange, the place was full of old strange men, and one of them even was named in my room. The dorm bed setup is strange, in which the bed is shared and separated by a semi-transparent partition.

Overall, it's okay. The staff are friendly, the location is good if you want to be close to khao san, and there is a nice chill out area on the ground floor. However the facilities themselves are bad. There is absolutely no locks on either the hostel's main door, or the rooms. There are two bathroomsw, with one missing a sink, for 2 dorms. The hostel turns off the AC at 12 until 4pm. They claim this is as most guests are not in their room, but there was still 5 people sleeping in the dorms.

Very hot in dorm during day and at night, no AC just fans. Lockers not on same floor as the dorm we stayed in and no key required to enter hostel or dorms. Okay stay, good location, very few bathrooms for use and were always occupied.

This was actually an amazing hostel- my last review was so innacurate do not ever go near Shine Power the dudes insane. But yeah this one, Born Free, SO SO NICE. Its a 10 min walk to Kao Sahn and you have to take your shoes off before you enter kind of vibe. So peaceful quiet clean and safe. Definitely not a party hostel. You will sleep like a baby

The beds are not the most comfortable thing on earth but its okay. Really good location.

Hostel au prix abordable et fournissant le nécessaire pour se maintenir propre et reposé. Le bâtiment est authentique, tenu par des locaux. L'ambiance y est toutefois assez morne, la convivialité n'étant pas non plus encouragé par l'accueil absent et presque froid de l'équipe de l'hostel... L'implantation en revanche est idéale, offrant à la fois une proximité de Kaoh San Road aux fêtards ainsi qu'une certaine tranquillité pour les autres. En résumé, adresse fonctionnelle...

It was a super chill and nice hostel in a very beautiful area. The interior was amazing and the staff very nice and helpful. The cats were the sweetest! We would really recommend it!

Really nice cosy vibe in an old thai building, nice chill areas upstairs and downstairs, cute cats, nice people, the area itself is cute and local if you explore, would avoid kaosan road tbh!

Really chill place. Common areas are so nice to lounge around in. Great location. Bathrooms clean. Beds are a bit hard though and my sheets kept coming off.

You got literally what you’ve paid for.. It is a decent hostel, worth the price! Really chill, room very spacious, small locker outside the room, big bed but in my opinion a bit uncomfortable (but still I got what I’ve paid for) No hot shower, but honestly the water wasn’t even that cold! So overall, was a good and chill experience

Very cute neighbourhood, crowd was kinda dead while I was there, seemed like people were busy doing their own things. Lots of fun things to do and see

great price ratio, but the beds do not have curtains and the ac gets switched off during the day. So the rooms get pretty hot. And it is not social etc

Friendly staff, comfy bed (but no curtains), kitchen included (but no free drinking water), nice chill area and the area around is really nice with a lot of vegan restaurants and some second hand shops. Not very social, but totally solid hostel!

Great location,clean hostel. Chill lounge area with cool music and staff are very friendly and helpful.Worth the price. RECOMMENDED!
