+ The staff were helpful and I felt pretty safe as a woman travelling alone.

- I got bed bugs here and had to check out early! I would not recommend!

- Very antisocial hostel. The front desk wasn’t helpful in terms of providing information. No city maps provided or organised activities. The hotel has zero organisation or activities that facilitate and help travellers meeting other people. I propose a simple WhatsApp group that the reception clerks can ask of you want to be added. This requires zero effort from the staff but helps travellers meet each other and organise activities and outings. If you are hoping to meet people that’s not the hostel for you.

- The communication was very difficult with the staff. Before confirming my booking, I request to stay up until 9:00 pm. They asked me to pay for an extra night. Upon my arrival, I confirmed with the receptionist that I would be paying for my stay until May 4th. Just to double-check, on May 2nd, I asked the receptionist, and surprisingly, he denied my stay. He stated that he had other customers who already booked. I had to wander off the street and at the hotel lobby from 3:00 pm until 8:00 pm. I was also accused of damaging the curtains hanger on my arrival. I reported to the receptionist that there were pieces of concrete on the floor that needed to be cleaned. the next day, I received a text message warning from my clinic, asking me to be gentle with the curtains. I asked the receptionist to change my room, and they did not have a room until I left. During my whole stay, I did not open the curtains because I was told I was going to be paid if it fell down.

- Очень все грязно, уборка делает одна девушка, которая ель успевает. WIFI в комнате очень плохо работает, чтобы работать в интернете нужно выходить на первый этаж или в комнате отдыха. Хостел прямо на оживленной улице, ночью очень шумно.

+ Le personnel très agréable et arrangeant, la décoration, la cuisine où on se sent à la maison, le rapport qualité prix très correct pour le standing. Très propre même les parties communes!

- Le petit déjeuner inclu léger et pas de grande qualité, le dortoir de 4 un peu à l'étroit, très mauvaise insonorisation et les personnes pas très respectueuses même si c'est pas la faute de l'établissement

+ Hôtel bien placé à côté de la gare (parfait pour prendre le bus pour ayuttahya par exemple). L’hôtel est propre et moderne. Le rooftop est sympa.

- Nous avons tout aimé. Il est très excentré pour le centre de Bangkok (mais notre souhait était d’être proche de la gare)

+ 有簡單早餐可食用(牛奶好喝👍😂)，每日有人原定時清潔公共區域。 女性房間為自行獨立一床(非上下鋪)，床底下可以平放行李箱(30吋可放置)，並且附鎖，若白日需外出較為安心。 飯店旁邊有洗衣店、超商，對面有一間餐廳，周遭環境佳。

- 浴巾三天免費更換一次，若須每日跟換須加錢。 床旁插座僅一個插座，建議可自備延長線。 飯店離bts遠，需依靠bolt。

+ It’s a very nice and beautiful aesthetic. There bathrooms are clean and spacious. There is space in the kitchen to keep some items and they provide a nice selection of instant coffee. The staff were very professional, kind, and helpful.

- The quadruple room we book for $58 for one night was way too small. There wasn’t enough room to have our things and change for four people. The breakfast was lackluster, including only two types of cereal, a waffle maker, and some orange juice. If breakfast included is advertised, it should have some more options, even just fruit. The soundproofing in the rooms were terrible, making it difficult to sleep. 1) we kept hearing motorcycles zoom through the front street all through the night; 2) other guests came in around 1am, and were showering and shouting in the hallways until 3am. I’m sure there are quiet hours but they are not enforced.

+ Everything was perfect, I wanted a bit of downtime during my short stay in Bangkok and I got exactly that. This place is more of a hotel than a hostel, extremely aesthetic and beautiful interior (and exterior), very comfy, great kitchen area, I wanted a lower bunk and it turned out perfect because in the female-only dorms, every bed is ground level, you essentially have your own little cubicle it’s great. The staff are also very kind. I loved my stay, thank you so much!

- Quite far out of the center of town (didn’t bother me that much seeing as I was looking for down time) Otherwise literally nothing wrong.

+ Ostello bellissimo, meglio di molti hotel. I letti sono spaziosi e molto comodi (praticamente una piazza e mezza) e se c'è la possibilità vi fanno scegliere se stare più o meno vicini agli split dell'aria condizionata. Bagni e spazi comuni sempre puliti e ben tenuti. La posizione è appena fuori dal centro, ma comunque a 10/12 min a piedi dall'MRT o 5 min a piedi dalla stazione degli autobus. Il mood è sempre tranquillo e silenzioso (cosa che personalmente ho apprezzato), non aspettatevi un party hostel. Al di là della struttura e dei servizi, quello che mi ha fatto amare questo posto è stato lo staff. Sia i ragazzi alla reception che gli addetti alle pulizie sono assolutamente adorabili, gentili e disponibili. Io ho soggiornato per due settimane e sono stata benissimo, se tornerò a Bangkok sicuramente prenoterò di nuovo.
