- Staff isn’t guest friendly I got a smaller room with no balcony, different from what it was shown. No toiletries, no towels everything had to be asked and there was no phone as well in the room

+ Food is costly than outside

+ La cosa bella dell’hotel è la parte comune o ristorante. Le camere non sono male e il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottima. Lo staff è molto molto gentile, soprattutto il proprietario o manager, è stato davvero un angelo nel farmi sentire benvenuta e a mio agio, oltre che nell’aiutarmi nel trovare un taxi quando sembrava impossibile.

- Un po’ rumoroso per via della strada e le scale andrebbero sistemate un pochino.

+ View is amazing from the roof....and playing stuff is also available. Very clean. And every facility is there.

- Since it is situated in Old manali at height of 1.5 km from mall road...hence it is little bit difficult to reach there. Food rate quality is not that much good and quantity is comparatively lesser.

+ Friendly staff and comfy rooms at the heart of Old Manali- cafe has good vibes with live music often.

- This property is right on the main road so although it makes it really convenient for shops and restaurants it is loud all day and night- especially in season.

+ It was a lovely stay, I enjoy the people, food and the view to turn out to be beautiful from this superb property. The property is very cozy, nice sitting area on the roof and pretty cafe on the ground floor.

+ Great community feel. Was invited to play fiddle 1 night and had some great games of chess. There are also other games available including pool and table tennis.

- The only reason for me not giving a 10 is that smoking was allowed in the bar area.

+ Great friendly staff but don’t come on too strong. Lots of common areas inc games to socialise (pool, poker, table tennis etc) but big enough to find a quiet corner to recharge your batteries and take in the panoramic view.

+ First I f all the host of the property is amazing, Varun is like a good friend and I have stayed here almost twice just because of him. This property is in the centre of mall road and very accessible. They have cozy dorms, good view amazing food and very hospitable. This place is like another home for me. Also, I got to witness my first snow fall this winter and the view turn out to be magical from their rooftop.
