Oak Land House

+ Rooms was very dirty, Washroom not cleand, Leanen bed are smelling very badly.

+ The proximity of the location and the room with its wifi capabilities. The room was immaculate although I wish the pillows could have been better. But nice yellow lights for a peaceful stay

- The behaviour of the staff, they are non attentive (probably racist) I asked for an extra dustbin and did not register with them why i would need it and upon reminding after 1 hour they were defensive as to why I need it (was traveling with my wife who needed one for the bathroom because she was going through her monthly) and i also saw one person of the staff beating stray dog out of their compound in the night which is animal abuse. Be careful with the staff here because they have no civic or hospitality sense. No one came to clean our rooms and the garbage we kept outside our room and moreover they kept used plates on your balcony table. Absolute filth staff and it's house keeping staff
