- There is no bed as advertised in the pictures. Just a wooden structure. You cannot sleep at all. It's a scam. Worst hotel i ever stayed in.

- I got scammed by this hotel. They charged me 200 baht because they argued I had broken the towel, which is absolutely not true. How can I literally tear apart a towel that I have used just once to take a shower? I would not recommend. On top of that, the WiFi is terrible so you have to use your own internet.

- First of all place was heavily noisy due to construction 🚧. Room was not well covered with curtains, washroom was not that much clean. My 1.5 year old daughter was badly disturbed due to this noise especially also the room sun light which was not covered by curtains. They have me room on 4th floor and the other all rooms were equipped either not a le to stay due to construction noises. The staff visit my room and they saw all those issues and agreed with my concerns are genuine and real but they were unable to give me any suitable solutions. Even though I asked one extra chair for my daughter's they refused. Anyway I only stayed one day but hotel charged me for three nights for the earlier checkout. They might have some policies but I was only living them due to their poor living situations but they don't care about all those matters and the chargere me two nights extra around 2800 BHT and then agreed to leave their place. First of all they know I was coming with 1.5 year old kid and they must informed me about the construction noises before my arrival but they used my booking.com trust and charged me extra. Which was unfair and unethical. I came all the way from north America after taking 21 hours flight and they treated me woth all of bad manners. Anyway this place is not good for families also I wanna booking.com has to take my concerns seriously and make sure this will not happened with others in future. I lost money which is okay but I don't wanna other face these issues.

- Very small room. Unusable wifi. Really, very thin walls. You can actually hear the people in the next room snoring or talking. Definitely not worth the money. I checked out before my reservation ended.

+ 非常差，在缤客的定单上的房间照片与实际情况差距非常大，饮用水都不提供，需住客自己买，比商店的正常价格贵了许多，还说是二星级酒店，完全是骗人的。

- Einfach schrecklich . Ich denke die haben jahrelang nicht geputzt. Diesem schrecklichen Geruch kann ich nichts beschreiben. Decken, Wände, Boden alles war für mich schockierend.

+ Very nice Staff, the older people dont really speak english, but are very nice and consideret. It is very quiet for being in the middle of the city. There is a very nice sitting area outside, graeat to sit at end of the day when it cools down a bit. The room are not huge, but absolutely enough, if you are planing to modtly just sleep there. It is very clean

- O espaço físico do quarto era muito reduzido, a estrutura de madeira ao lado da cama não reduziu e muito o espaço do quarto.

- Camera un po piccola, ma dotata di tutto. Se non avete particolari esigenze, allora va benissimo. Se cercate il lusso, cambiate.

+ Very kind staff. I arrived at 1am and the desk woman showed me the laundry area so I could do late night load of laundry which was very much needed.

+ Ottima sia la camera che la struttura, ed in posizione centrale, personale molto presente e disponibiile a risolvere eventuali problemi, cucinino a disposizione, area comune. Buona pulizia.
