- Building work going on all around the hotel on every side yards away even crane swinging across the swimming pool. Train line nearby very noisey

+ There is nothing I like.

- The service was Unprofessional. The sheets were very dirty. The water in the shower was cold. There were many mosquitoes. The staff were extremely unprofessional. The hotel is farther from the city center than stated on the website.

+ The location is near to the international Airport

- This hotel will shut down the electricity before your check-out time!!!! Imagine that they will shut down the electricity just to push you to leave!

- スタッフの対応。 ルームクリーニング後、窓を全開して放置した為 夜に帰宅すると蚊が大量に室内にいた。 レセプションに対応を求めた所 スタッフは帰ったから無理と言われた。 また掃除途中の濡れた雑巾が 床に放置されていた。 冷蔵庫が壊れてる。

- Location, construction noise in morning, i feel unsafe in the room as my room another building

- It is just next to the high way and MRT, very loud.. We had someone’s socks in our room… no comments.. It is far away from the airport, and definitely not a good choice to rest between the flights..

+ Nothing. I have traveled to Thailand 3 times for over 3 weeks each trip and this was the worst hotel experience in Thailand. I can't believe it's considered a 4 star hotel

- Everything was bad from the moment I checked in. I had to wait over an hour for the room to be ready and I arrived an hour after the posted check in time. No hot water. The room smelled like old cigarettes. When I lost the room key the hotel charged me 1000 Baht to make a copy.

+ The room was spacious enough and clean

- We as a small group with kids had booked the hotel for 2 nights. We had a late night flight to take from Bangkok and so requested the hotel at the start of our stay for a late checkout (by 2pm). Even though we had three rooms booked, the request was to allow only to keep 1 room for couple of hours which in spite of repeated requests for late checkout the staff did not budge to. The hotel is close to the airport but far from the malls / Sukhumvit/heart of the city. You would need to take couple of metro trains to reach the city or a taxi (but peak hours traffic is ufffff). Hot water - another issue.. On informing the hotel, they arranged for an engineer to look into the issue - but issue was solved. So our stay continued without hot water in the bathroom.

- المكان ظلمه. جدااا مرعب. بمكان معزول. ومافي بقاله او اي شي جنبك. فغليا. مرعب ومعزول المكان الغرفه ريحتها بواليع. والاثاث قديييم جدا. مع العلم دشيت الاستيديو. ودشيت الغرفه. الاثنين ريحتهم خايسه. واثاثهم قديم. اهربواااا

- Checkin time was late, the team couldnt get into the room till 4PM

+ Very welcoming and clean.

- Sun loungers in shade all day, need putting on the opposite side of the pool.

+ Le standing de l'hôtel est à la hauteur du prix. La piscine est superbe, c'est un vrai plus après le tumulte de Bangkok. Les chambres sont grandes et parfaitement insonorisées.

- Notre arrivée aurait pu être mieux accomodée. Après 24h de voyage, chargés de nos valises pour 4 avec nos 2 enfants relativement épuisés on nous explique (à 15h) que notre chambre n'est pas prête... ce qui est entendable évidemment. Nous demandons donc l'accès à une chambre de courtoisie pour se laver, se changer etc... mais on nous a expliqué qu'il n'y en avait pas. Pas de possibilité de solution intermédiaire, nous avons donc du ouvrir les valises en plein hall pour récupérer nos affaires de bain et errer au bord de la piscine jusqu'à ce que la chambre soit prête. Je pense que, vu le prix, cette situation aurait pu être évitée. Autre point un peu négatif, la zone petite déjeuner est tres bruyante, mais il y a beaucoup de monde et la qualité du petit déjeuner compense. Enfin, l'hôtel est très éloigné des zones d'intérêt. Tout est à minimum 40minutes car le trafic est infernal. Parallement l'hôtel est plus au calme.

+ The stuff is so generous and welcoming. Beautiful place. So quite and peaceful when the mosque is off

- There is a mosque nearby with a loudspeaker that kills the mood when it's on

+ It is a 15-minute walk from the airport train and was perfect for our last night in Thailand before our flight back. The staff was amazing, and they offered a shuttle service to the station. The pool area was very calm and peaceful. There is a gym.

- The breakfast buffet was nothing special and almost identical to the one we'd had in Samui. It was good, but we would have loved more local Thai options.

+ La gentillesse du personnel, la surface de la chambre, son équipement, la proximité du métro pour rallier l'aéroport.

- La chambre manque d'insonorisation avec d'un côté, un axe majeur routier très bruyant et de l'autre, le métro.

+ Location good, next to train station with golf buggy shuttle service. Nice swimming pool and small cafe restaurant with good food and happy hour.

- More of an apartment hotel than a wellness resort. The apartment we were allocated was basic and dated. The bath was very large and shallow, more like a shower base than a bath tub.

+ Lovely pool and gym and outdoor/indoor lounge area.

+ Mooi en groot zwembad, aardig personeel en heel netjes.

- Alles beviel ons

+ La chambre pour 4 personnes est exceptionnelle, de par sa grandeur et les equipements, le personnel est au petit soin. Le petit déjeuner est varié et la piscine magnifique! Malgré la proximité de chantiers en courts, c est un endroit parfait pour se reposer lorsque l on est en transit👍

+ Beautiful nature, friendly staff, nice coffee shop on site. Laundry service was nice. Food was delicious. The pool was stunning.

+ Le personnel du gentillesse extraordinaire. La propreté de l'établissement et la réactivité du personnel quand nécessaire.
