Great for a long layover!!!

An absolute lifesaver! I arrived at 1am and had a flight at 10am, so booked into the Capsule Hotel not really sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised. The staff were really friendly, they talked me through setting up a locker for my bag and provided flip flops to reduce the noise. The capsules are spacious, with lights and a USB charger, ear plugs, water and a mirror, and provided a good nights sleep. If you are literally looking to get your head down they are perfect!
