- Nichts hat mir gefallen. Das Hotel war nicht in der Lage einen Transport / Fahrer vom Flughafen ins Hotel zu organisieren.

- הטלויזיה היתה מקולקלת כשהגענו- החליפו לנו את הטלויזיה. אמבטיה עם סימנים שלא יורדים מגעיל ולא נאטמת כך שאי אפשר היה להשתמש בה. ריח של ביוב במקלחת ( לא כל הזמן) כשפנינו לשירות חדרים אף אחד לא הגיע, פנינו שוב ואמרו לנו שיש מישהו בדרך אבל אף אחד לא הגיע לסדר את זה. ריח מסריח מהשטיח במסדרון הקומה שלנו. היינו צריכים לעצור את הנשימה בכל פעם שיצאנו מהחדר וכשיצאנו מהמעלית לחדר. כמו כן, שימו לב שיש שתי "כנפיים" למלון ורק מקום אחד לארוחת הבוקר. זה ממש כמו שני מלונות שונים. המרחק לארוחת הבוקר ולבריכה הגדולה הוא כ 10 דקות הליכה. עכשיו אנחנו מחכים בצ'ק אאוט כבר כחצי שעה מפני שמנסים לחייב אותנו בארוחה שלא הזמנו. חבל שזה הטעם שנשאר מתאילנד כי שאר המלונות שהזמנו ברחבי תאילנד היו פשוט מעולים לא פחות.

+ Nothing! We surprised our daughter for her ninth birthday and wanted to spend a good time at this hotel. To begin with, We were put in a cheaper wing with no special facilities.. for $400 a night - There were ants on the bed, the first night itself was so comfortable. And we all had rashes on our body. The bathrooms, carpets and other amenities looked and felt like there was no maintenance and the hotel needs an uplift. Carpet smells like there is water leaks. Breakfast wasn’t offered at the same place as other guest who would harvest booked directly with the hotel at double tariffs. For a 5-7 star hotel the standard was pathetic. We made videos of the ants roaming on the bed and crawling from behind the bed and reported to the housekeeping team they offered to deep clean the room but did basic cleaning. When we requested to change the room and the wing, the hotel wasn’t supportive. They somehow agreed to change the room while we went out. When we came back the room was organised in the same wing and the manger on duty suggested us to show us a proof of there were ants on the bed and accused us for fake rashes and that we should get a doctor to check whether it was something else. When I showed her pictures and told her to check with her housekeeping team and asked I wanted to escalate to the floor manager. She checked and spoke to some senior and came back offering a voucher for us to use in the hotel. By this time we were completely put off by their service and asked for a refund as it was 11:30pm and our little girl was tired and her birthday was about to start. When we said we dnt want anything but refund, they refused. We were quite upset by this time and asked this to be escalated and speak to the supervisor and she went in the office and came back and said that we have been in the hotel 2 days and they will only refund us for 2 nights. But we only spent one night and we were out all day.

- 프론트의 직원은 그 호텔의 얼굴인데 웃으면서 반기는게 아니라 손님이 이야기하는도중 말을 끊고 요청사항에대해서 해결하려는 마음도 없는듯 하고, 같은 아시아인인데 백인과 차별을 두는듯하고 아무튼 첫인상이 너무 좋지가 않았습니다! 특히 본관이 아닌 wing에 근무하는 프론트데스크 직원을 해고해야한다고 생각합니다!

+ The room size and cleanliness were as per normal standard.

- I was not impressed with the services. I had a late check-in at 3.45pm., but the room was not ready. We had requested a late check-out at 2 pm.,and the manager had agreed. The staff advised us to wait in lobby for 15 minutes while the room was prepared. However, after 15 minutes had passed, no one come to check on us, and no welcome drink was offered. I became very upset and went to the reception again to inquire about the room. The manager apologized and explained that the delay was due to our late check-out request. I replied that this should not be relevant, if we had requested a late check-out, and we should not have been given a late check-in. The manager could have declined our request on the spot, and we would prefer to have the room to be ready by 3 pm. as promised. The manager apologies, saying the room was still not available and took me to the lobby Lounge to get a complimentary drink. When another staff member escorted my cousin to the lounge, the staff asked my cousin "what are you doing here? - มาทำอะไรหรือคะ" This was completely inappropriate and wrong to ask a guest. By 4.15 pm., no staff had checked on us, so I decided to inquire at the reception. The staff member (Palm) informed that the room was still not available and left me waiting. Eventually, I approached another staff member and received the key card at 4.30pm (45 minutes wait). The staff member handed us the key cards without providing us any information about the hotel services, such as the location of the swimming pool, the restaurant for breakfast, or other hotel facilities. There was no explanation - just the key cards, we were left to figure things out on our own. When we checked out at 1:00 pm, I noticed that a foreign guest was checking in and was offered a welcome drink. This made me feel discriminated against in my own country. The service at Shangri-La was far from impressive, and it was deeply disappointing.

- Después de esperar más de tres horas nos dijeron que teníamos que ir a otro edificio que nos llevaban en auto así que no nos quedamos el hotel y nos fuimos a otro hotel

- シャングリラは大変気に入っているホテルなので何度も宿泊しています。今回は中国系と思われる特定企業グループのパーティがプールサイドで行われ、スタッフ動員のためか、レストランはみなクローズで外に行かざるを得ず、夜遅くまでライトと音楽と歓声が部屋の中まで入って来て、めちゃくちゃでした。金返せと言う気分です。あんなことが許されるのか、やるなら事前に知らせて割引するとかすべきです。もう多分行かないと思います。
