- In camera molte volte gli asciugamani erano sfilacciati e macchiati. Il locale dove viene servita la colazione non e’ adeguato per il numero di persone ospiti dell’Hotel. Ambiente molto sporco: preferisco non descrivere com’era lo straccio usato per pulire i tavoli. I pasti sono orientati per gli ospiti asiatici , di continentale c’e’ ben poco. Per avere delle uova bisogna ordinarne la cottura.Un solo tosta pane, una sola macchina per il caffe’, quindi ,”sempre in attesa del proprio turno”.Nei momenti di maggiore presenze i piatti sono sempre bagnati. Molti di questi hanno il fondo opaco e rigato dovuto principalmente alla vetusta’o scarsa qualità. I bicchieri sono di plastica,simil vetro,opachi, rigati e,di conseguenza, poco igienici. A seguito della mia attività’ lavorativa ho speso gran parte della mia vita in hotel. Questa struttura mi ha deluso.

- A breakfast was not tasty and every day the same food. And the main point of my dissatisfaction is an approach to pulling out extra money from the clients. They asked for deposit, and after it they try to find cause don't return it - in our case cause was that our child wet himself and they charged us a fine for this 1000 bath. They enplaned us, that it need to wash, but bed linen need to wash in any cases, no? I would have given it a higher rating, but this incident ruined our stay.
+ Оплатам только на месте! Отель в свои времена был супер, сейчас немного уставший, но в целом норм, если особо не придираться. Неплохой завтрак, с плохим кофе из машины. Арендовали случайно два номера, так как система букинга ребенка до 2х лет засчитало за отдельного полноценного постояльца, деньги оплачивали на месте, попросили сделать скидку на второй номер, на секунду два двухкомнатных номера на троих взрослых и годовалого ребенка и 4 летнего, от которого хотели отказаться, и просили скидку, не полный возврат средств, на уступки не идут. Здесь больше наша невнимательность , поэтому это не минус, но показывает лояльность.
- Таракан в номере, в одном из двух номеров пахло плесенью от влажности. На сайте букинга, было написано оплата сейчас стоимость не возвращается, но на месте оказалось, что оплата возможна только в момент заселения физической картой или наличными, но хорошо что есть возможность оплатить наличкой, но предварительно были не осведомлены об этом. Не знаю ошибка в описании букинга или оплошности отеля не знаю.

+ Die Unterkunft ist ganz Ok. Das Hotel aber sehr hellhörig. Bis 4-5 morgens ist an schlafen eher weniger zu denken, solange die Nachbarn Spaß haben. Man kann aber auch auf die nahegelegenen Partymeilen… dann passt es gut
- Ich muss hier die Unterkunft nur etwas kritisieren, weil ich anscheinend bei Booking.com ein „Partnerangebot“ gebucht habe. Was das auch genau ist, oder wie man den Unterschied rausfindet…. Keine Ahnung. Fakt ist, ich habe ein anderes Zimmer über den Partner gebucht bekommen, als auf booking.com angeklickt!! Booking nimmt sich als „Plattform“ aus der Pflicht! Also ist es halt Glücksspiel. Leider was das Hotel nicht bereit mein Zimmer zu tauschen, obwohl ich meine Booking.com Reservierung (Deluxe Studio mit Kingsize Bed) vorzeigen konnte. Die haben mir dann achselzuckend ihr Print-out der Bestellung des Booking.com Partners gezeigt.. die hatten halt was anderes bestellt .. zum vollen Preis natürlich :) Schwamm drüber.. bei mir waren es jetzt nur 2 Nächte.. aber über Booking werde ich jetzt mal nicht mehr buchen. Meine Angebote als „Level3“ unterscheiden sich null von einer Buchung ohne Anmeldung… also gibts keinen Vorteil. Dann kann man gleich direkt bei den Hotels anfragen .. die offerieren dann meistens nochmal -10% für direct booking.

+ Nach anfänglichen Problemen mit dem Zimmer haben die netten Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption alles noch gut geregelt und ich habe ein upgrade bekommen! War noch ein sehr schöner ruhiger Aufenthalt, ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt!
After initial problems with the room, the nice staff at the reception still managed everything well and I got an upgrade!

+ Very comfortable beds, pillows and all the amenities of a kitchen. The hotel kindly arranged a wonderful cake for our daughter's birthday and the housekeeping staff did a great job.
- We needed somewhere quiet for 18 nights as our daughter prepared to start university. While the neighbourhood is quiet, the noise from the floor above and adjoining rooms - you can hear conversations and any loud noises - means that if you're a light sleeper, it's better to stay elsewhere.

+ 立地の良さと部屋の設備、キッチン、洗濯機があり 部屋も大変広く日差しが入り快適に滞在生活を送ることができました。
The location is good and the room has facilities, kitchen, washing machine, and the room is very spacious and sunny so we could enjoy a comfortable stay.

+ the location of the hotel is very near to sukhumvit main road, terminal 21, and it is 30 minutes walking distance to queen sirikit conference center. the room comes with a kitchen and kitchen tools which makes it possible to cook your own food. front desk works fast and the hotel staff is always positive.
- the breakfast is not that fine. eggs are cold, and food is based on local taste. Furthermore, there is no knife or cutting board in kitchen tools.
