+ La ubicación no está mal

- La habitación compartida de mujeres es horrible. El suelo es de reja y está muy sucio, sin ventanas, huele muy mal, los techos son bajos, y como queda en un tercer piso, hace mucho calor (a pesar del aire acondicionado). Apenas la vi super que no podía dormir allí. En las fotos no aparece esta habitación. Hable con el chico de recepción y no tenía la experiencia ni las habialidades para cambiarme de habitación. El manager no atendía el telefono, solo contestaba mensaje de texto por whatsapp. Le tuve que enviar audios yo misma explicandole la situación y el nunca dio la cara. Finalmente despues de una hora y media (llegué muy tarde y cansada, sobre las 23:30) me cambiaron a una hbiatación y al otro día me fui. Es la primera vez en años viajando que me tengo que cambiar porque no podía dormia allí.

- EL PEOR HOSTEL EN EL QUE HE ESTADO, HAY ROBOS Y SE DESENTIENDEN A unas chicas les robaron ropa, estuvimos intentando solucionarlo o hablarlo con el jefe para ver las cámaras y quién era el responsable, ese día se negaron a ayudarlas, les hicieron ampliar una noche más para hablar con el jefe y al día siguiente no se presentó ni por la mañana, ni por la tarde de nuevo, dijo que tenía cosas que hacer y que como ya habían pagado no iba a venir. Luego, las habitaciones son una perrera, separados por una mata igual que en una cárcel, huele que da asco, no se ventila nunca y se limpia poco, los colchones y almohadas dan grima, incómodos y de muelles que saltan en mitad de la noche, 30 personas abajo y 30 arriba, no hay espacio para nada, no puedes ni entrar en tu jaula sin morir en el intento, está muy cutre todo, las escaleras es otra, como lleves algo de equipaje estás jodido. NO HAY TAQUILLAS Y HAY ROBOS, cuidado Lo peor de todo el trato del personal desentendiéndose de los robos es su local, no había visto nunca nada tan pasota e inútil como la recepcionista de por la mañana, solo sabe decir que no es su problema que roben en su hostel y que pagues la habitación que te ha hecho extender para hablar con el jefe

- Ha sido una experiencia HORRIBLE, a mi amiga y a mí nos ROBARON los bañadores y ningún trabajador nos ayudó a absolutamente nada. Pedimos hablar con el dueño y no nos daban su contacto, nos decían que vendría mañana y nos tuvimos que quedar una noche más para poder hablar con él. Al día siguiente no se presentó y nos dijeron que no iba a venir en dos semanas, que como ya habíamos pagado, ya no iba a venir a hablar con nosotras. Conseguimos hablar con el supuesto jefe por WhatsApp y solo nos decía que no era su problema y no cogía el teléfono. La chica de recepción solo nos decía: no es mi problema, págame la noche. Además de esto, las habitaciones eran celdas malolientes, con todo el mundo en muy poco espacio. Muchas escaleras, si llevas equipaje es muy incómodo y muy pocos baños.

- I booked a single room. It looks like a prison cell. Very small. I felt claustrophobic. When I first walked in, I thought they had given me a key to the storage room! (The room is so small I couldn't get a good photo of it.) If you book a single room, you don't get a towel. You have to pay extra. The shared bathroom is a very small toilet and shower - you have to shower in a 45cm squared space. The jacuzzi and swimming pool was dirty and needed a good clean. I had to wait 2 hours to check in. Once it got to check in time, I had to wait another 20 minutes before I could go to the room. At 12:05, I was told I could not buy a small breakfast as it was past 12, but I could buy a big breakfast. That's just moronic! All prices are not including tax (the only place that does this). On a seperate occasion I had to ask 3 times for an orange juice and man behind me had to ask 3 times for his coffee. He was given my juice instead of coffee. There is nowhere to store your bags. Drinks in the fridge are almost double the price of shops. For me, it was the worst experience of a hostel/hotel in the 15 months I was travelling! I'd recommend avoiding this place!

- It's extremely dirty with insects and it's too noisy. I could not stay more than two hours inside the room after a very long flight. When you want to use the bed you have to go up with very tight stairs and too low ceiling. The drainage from the room above comes in my room. Het is heel erg vies en lawaaierig, heel veel insecten en ongedierten, ik adviseer niemand daar te blijven. Ik kon letterlijk niet meer dan twee uur daar blijven. أسوأ و أقذر مكان أراه في حياتي . مليء بالحشرات و السحالي و العناكب . الاستقبال سيء جداً و المكان مزعج و لا توجد فيه اي خصوصية، و رائحته كريهة. مجاري الغرفة التي فوقي تنزل على غرفتي . لا انصح أي أحد بدخول هذا المكان لأنه أقذر من أن يكون لبشر.

+ المبنى تاريخي وجميل والموقع لا باس به ليس بعيد عن السنتر كثير

- المكان جميل ينقصه الاهتمام وكذلك تدريب الموظفين على الاحترام وكذلك احترم الخصوصية النور في مكان الكبسولات لا ينطفي 24 ساعه وابواب الكبسولات ليست محكمة يعني انك لن تستطيع النوم إذا كنت من النوع الذي ينزعج من الضوء الاحذاية وسط غرفة الكبسولة بأعداد كبيره تسبب ريحة وامراض كذلك المسبح بحاجة هو والجاكوزي إلى نظافة كثير من الأشياء تحتاج صيانة للأسف يهتمون بأخذ المال ولا يهتمون بتجديد والمشكلة الأكبر اغلب المكان عمال ساكنين لا اعرف موظفين تبع المكان او في اماكن اخرى يعني ستشعر انك في سكن عمل وليس هوستيل مسافرين

+ Really enjoyed our stay here in KL. Great value for money. Comfy beds. Nice staff. Good chill out areas. Clean bathrooms and showers. Good location.

+ The manager (owner?) was very friendly and helpful and assisted with bookings. The location is great. Nice shared jacuzzi. Ac works well.

- Unfortunately the place was very unclean. I arrived to a room with a big relatively fresh chewing gum stuck on the floor. The chair had large stains on it. The sink in the bathroom had lots of nasty hair in it. I went back to reception and told the receptionist. He led me to another room for the option to switch to that. This room had even bigger stains on the chair. I decided to keep the first room and asked if someone could come to clean those issues. He said yes but only tomorrow. Nobody ever came. I asked again, and again nobody came. I kept stepping on that nasty gum with bare feet throughout my stay. Disgusting. The place looks beautiful in pictures and went viral on social media but unfortunately in person the rooms are very disappointing.
