+ I was denied the unit at the last moment, even though I have the booking confirmation number. I travelled 320km from Johor Bahru, with a special need Kid, just to be denied a room at the entrance. I tried calling booking. Com customer service line, but not getting through, even call more than 20time. Not going to book with booking.com ever again.

+ The bed was broken, the toilet could not be locked, and there were no brooms available. The cups were dirty. The room was advertised as 1 room with 2 beds, but only 1 bed was in the room, while the other bed was in the living area, which was misleading.

- After confirmation with all the details. I had to msg the owner several times before he told us at 3am the day of our arrival that there was no room. Totally unprofessional. And they cancelled the reservation after. We had to scramble and book another location.

- - enttäuscht von Qualität der Wohnung - sehr schlechte Betreuung durch den Vermieter, schlecht erreichbar, unklare Antworten, leere Versprechungen - defekte Einrichtung, Matratze veraltet, Waschmaschine defekt (durch Versuch eines Wachgangs wurde die Wäsche verfärbt…) - kein TV Programm - nur 2 alte Badetücher - zu wenig WC Papier, WC defekt und nicht sauber - Nacht sehr laut wegen Lift - Wasserschaden an der Fassade und dadurch Wasser durch die Fenster eingedrungen mit permanenten Tropfgeräuschen
Vous arrivez dans un hotel mais il n'y a pas de personnel pour ces apparents on se demande même. On a du attendre plus d'une heure pour avoir la clé car il faut écrire à un numéro sur WhatsApp pour avoir la clé. L'appartement est moderne mais la propreté laisse à désirer. Ils me viennent pas changer les draps, ni nettoyer pendant le séjour, important ils ne changent pas les poubelles et le papier toilette doit être mis dans une poubelle. J'ai eu des soucis avec le personnel
You arrive at a hotel but there is no staff for these apparently you even wonder. you had to wait more than an hour to get the key because you have to write to a number on whatsapp to get the key. the apartment is modern but the cleanliness leaves much to be desired. they do not come to me to change the sheets, nor clean during the stay, important they do not change the trash and the toilet paper has to be put in a trash can. i had problems with the staff

- Hidden fees during booking. Rug in the room wasn't clean. Sponge in the kitchen still has rice. and when I mentioned to the sfaff he didn't look at me. No toilet paper on the toilet roll holder. Room isn't well insulated and therefore slept with the traffic noise all night.
