- Staff can handle the situation and cant be noisy inside capsule too sensitive .. guest alway dont like be disturb

+ Just because of the price cheaper

- First on that day I rushing for an event and during check in time payment, I asked the staff can use TnG for payment than the staff replied yes can just need to scan , I opened my TnG qr for scan to pay , also received notification from my side that already successful transaction to the Space Hotel , but the staff told me that payment didn’t go through because the machine cannot print receipt, than I feel weird because from my phone checked the payment already successfully pay and I also show all the proof and tell the staff that maybe machine got system problems than the staff still don’t believe that the payment already made although I show the payment proof, from my view : I am a customer and my job is pay the money then I already did my job but happened machine cannot print receipt is highly the machine system got problem and need to solve and the responsibility is by the hotel , then the staff still delay my time and tell me that she just a worker if payment didn’t receive then she need to pay , than I show her my phone all the proof of payment already done and she still cannot believe me , at the end I missed my event task because of this case of the staff keep delaying my time while solving this issue with me , Last I really hope that the hotel manager should tell the staff that if the machine cannot print receipt then by checking with the customer of payment proof then can straight process not at there keep blaming and hold on the check in time. No point keep blaming the machine cannot print the receipt then blame me like I didn't pay for it , pls take note that somethings this issue may related with the machine system , as long as customer can show the proof of transaction had been made then keep proceed to check in . Hopefully the Hotel Management can take this issue as a note so that didn't affect the customer check in time if not rather use cash in the further for payment method.

- The interior was good, but the guests were very noisy. They were yelling, complaining at 2 a.m., and slamming doors. I felt unsafe, especially when I feared someone might try to open my door. The neighborhood also felt unclean. I couldn’t finish my stay because I felt unsafe in that place. I had to leave earlier than planned, and unfortunately, I wasn’t given any reimbursement for the unused nights.

+ Super claustrophobic , room was absolutely freezing . It literally should say: if you are claustrophobic and are okay with not swing the sun light during your stay DO NOT come here . Horrible

- That it’s close to the airport , that’s it .

- Took photocopy of my Identity Card. Flatly refused to stamped the photocopy of the Identify Card to state that it is for hotel check-in for that date. This opened the possibilities for staff to fraudulently misused my identity as has happened to me before

- Staff are rude specially the counter manager mohamed who was rude and aggressive when i objected on adding 15 MYR to the price of room as no other hotel in the 5 i stayed in malasia took and tax or service charges No orientation about anything was given nor where is my room how to open bed Aircondition was 30 so it was too hot and noisy in capsule as door makes a hell of sound when opening and closing Eventually i had to leave at 2.30 am as I couldn’t sleep

+ Booking.com is asking "What did you like?" Whatever I may have liked was cancelled out and ruined by the reckless hyper teenager staff boy.

- Regular front desk staff Maha and Siddiq were very helpful and professional. BUT, the owner's horrible business decision almost cost my 2 fingers. As I was picking up my luggages, the teenager boy cluelessly recklessly attempting to move the luggages towards me squeezed my index and middle finger in between the hard metal handles crushing them. WTF is wrong with the owner employing 16 year olds who are mentally unhealthy causing injury to the guests. There was another bizarre experience where these 2 boys asked me whether I am checking out or not, 1 hour after extending making payments in front of their eyes. I was speaking perfect English and made a payment for extension with the regular front desk staff. Imagine getting an orthopedic injury to your dominant hand right before going to the airport where you need to carry your luggages. Shame on these owners!! Nobody has the right to cause damage and inquiry on another person.

+ Good location if you want to continue by train on the next day

- Loud, incredibly cold, bad mattress (you basically lay on the floor) unwelcoming appearance, could have made much more of the epic theme. Too expensive for what you get. I don't understand the good reviews. Maybe they are there, because the hotel promises you a small gift if you leave a rating.

- Leider nicht ganz so sauber, die USB anschlüsse und die Klima haben nicht funktioniert, dem entsprechend war es unerträglich warm in der Box. Dazu kamen noch Feueralarm und Stromausfall in nur 2 Nächten. Schade

+ Decoracion tematica sobre el Espacio y las cabinas, muy bien logrado.

- La cocina existe con todo lo necesario, bastante pequeña para la cantidad de clientes.

+ Chaque couchette est bien équipée. Les douches sont grandes. La localisation à côté de sentral est idéale

- Les portes des couchettes peuvent paraître trop bruyantes pour certains

+ Очень удобное месторасположение, все необходимые транспортные развязки и станции в шаговой доступности. В самом отеле было чисто, убираются постоянно, на кухне есть всё необходимое, за исключением плиты для самостоятельной готовки, много туалетов и душевых, персональные камеры хранения вещей, в самих капсулах есть маленький сейф, есть фены и утюг с гладильной доской.Мне повезло с соседями и в комнате было тихо. Сами капсулы прикольные, интересный опыт, но я бы доработал. На 2-3 дня хорошее место, рекомендую.

- Самый большой минус для меня, это время заезда, check in с 15,00 и если вы приехали ночью или рано утром, то придётся ждать, а это мучение, если вы уставшие и невыспавшиеся, можно конечно спать сидя за столиком в лобби но это дико неудобно. Администрация отеля, пожалуйста сделайте отдельную комнату для таких случаев, пусть там не будет кроватей, постелите на пол коврики, чтобы можно было просто принять горизонтальное положение и выспаться, сон это святое! В отеле есть комната для моления (практически всегда пустая) а комнаты для ожидания нет. . Даже если вы приехали ночью и полны сил и у вас уже есть разменянные деньги, куда вы пойдёте в 3 часа ночи? Правильно, никуда, город спит. Это очень большой минус заведения. Будь там комната ожидания, было бы просто идеально. Еще читал о жалобах, на то что при открытии двери капсулы, двери ударяются и издают громкий шум, да это так, но двери можно придерживать и они не будут ударяться с грохотом, конечно же не у всех на это хватает смекалки. Администрация отеля, вы или поменяйте систему открывания или хотя бы просто напишите инструкцию для гостей, чтобы они придерживали двери, не у всех хватает ума до этого додуматься. И ещё, в капсулах не выключается подача воздуха, если вы закрываете воздуховод (он как в автомобиле) то через щели будет исходить свист, это тоже недоработка. В целом мне понравилось, но эти минусы, особенно дневной заезд несколько омрачили моё пребывание в отеле. Надеюсь администрация отеля исправит эти недостатки и будет просто замечательно, спасибо.

+ Брал отель специально чтобы ночью доехать до самолета на автобусе - автобусы ходят раз в полчаса совсем рядом. Также рядом большой торговый центр где можно поменять деньги. В непосредственной округе правда гулять не очень понравилось. Сама капсула - удобно, просторно (мой рост 192см - мне было ок). Душ туалет - тоже ок.

- Звукоизоляция могла бы быть получше, некоторые звуки слышны, но не слишком громко. Спал нормально.

+ It's super private for you to stay as all of the stuff you need is available inside the capsule. Its worry free with card to get in and out. Bathroom and other rooms are clean. Not to mention the space theme is so cozy

- Bathroom in the 2nd floor so its not comfortable if you stay in the first floor for example

+ Centrally located, close to metro line, accommodating for last minute booking, really cool design, clean!

- The pods are a bit small but they were perfect for what I needed!
