However, the following issues made my stay quite uncomfortable: 1. There were bed bugs in my bed, and I also killed a cockroach in the room. 2. The 8- bed room I stayed in had no windows. I was really surprised when I entered the room and realized there was no source of fresh air. All the photos on Booking.com show rooms with windows, so please be aware that you might be placed in a windowless room. I have allergies and it was hard for me to breathe, so I asked a staff member to move me to a room with a window. They told me they would do it the next day. However, when I came back the next day, they said I should’ve asked earlier and now it was too late. I was not informed about any specific time to come back, so I ended up spending two nights in a room without a window and with difficulty breathing.
