- El trato de la recepcionista fue terrible, incluso me sacó del hotel. No me trató con respeto. Defi se equivocó de oficio, no le gusta lidiar con personas.
+ Nada, desde el principio fué una mala experiencia.

- Paid for two nights, stayed for one, that says it all. Rude host, terrible service, dark rooms, - some good review here but our experience completely contrasts with these. We moved after one night.

- Wir haben uns dort nicht wohl gefühlt, da die Zimmer gestunken haben und dreckig waren.
+ The couple who run it are very nice and helpful.
- The room smelled very damp and it didn’t feel very clean.
+ It was reasonably priced for a large private room with a bathroom. Short walk to the Central Park area and cathedral.
- The staff were not very friendly. My friend was leaving his bags in my room for a couple hours before he headed to the airport and they would not even let him go in the room. When we came back we went in for about 1 second and they pounded at the door saying we’d have to pay $15 extra. (Double the price). It was ridiculous as he wasn’t planning on staying and it just felt very hostile and unwelcoming.

- Keine Klima im Zimmer; nichts zum Aufhängen und Verstauen; WC und Dusche ohne Türe, somit keine Privatsphäre; kein Duschvorlegeteppich; alles sehr spartanisch
+ The older lady I'm thinking is the owner was very rude at first and we didn't like that. She didn't have change for 50 dollars. She was rude about it, trying to argue with me about it. She ask me to many personal questions I didn't think that was appropriate.The young lady in the morning was very nice. It was not bad but I'm not going there again.
+ Dusche und Klo im Zimmer.
- Gastgeber vermitteln kein Willkommensgefühl. Ausstattung des Zimmers hat Luft nach oben.

La señora me ayudó mucho, le pedí ayuda para llegar a Granada y como él shuttle salía 9am, me consiguió un taxi que pasara por mi y me llevara 4:30am a la central pues necesitaba llegar temprano, (muy barato llegar a Granada en transporte público) La habitación estaba perfecta, me sentí muy feliz de poder tener mi propio espacio después de semanas compartiendo cuarto, la propiedad es muy linda, como una casa colonial, no hay cocina :( No hay AC pero el ventilador hace lo que puede.

+ Me encantó mi estadía. La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso a todo lo necesario en León, lo cual hace que moverse sea muy cómodo. El lugar es acogedor, tranquilo y bien cuidado. Además, los dueños fueron sumamente amables y atentos en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. Un gran punto a favor es que aceptan pagos con tarjeta, algo que definitivamente facilita mucho la estadía.
- Realmente no tengo aspectos negativos que destacar. Todo cumplió e incluso superó mis expectativas.

+ A great location close to restaurants and central park. It has a really nice outdoor area with tables and chairs. The owners very welcoming and nice.
+ Nette kamers. Vriendelijke,hulpvaardige mensen en een heel goede centrale ligging. Er is parkeerplaats voor de huurauto op eigen terrein.
+ Fijne ligging, basic kamer. Op een enkele minuut van de kathedraal van Leon. Vriendelijke mensen. Nachtje bijboeken was geen probleem.
- Een handdoek net wat zuinig. Bij bijboeken wellicht vragen of er een schoonmaak nodig is. Vond zelf het bed wat hard en ventilator was echt noodzaak (maar daardoor ook geluid in de nacht). Ze hebben de deur vol geplakt met "regels". Kan wat onvriendelijk/streng overkomen.
+ La amabilidad y disposición es un 1000%, muchas gracias porque nos hcieron sentir como en casa. La limpieza de la habitación muy nítida.

- Ventilation in my room was not great, the room was hotter all night then outside my room. Fan helped a little bit. There was a bright light outside the room so I had to keep the shade over the window which affected ventilation and kept the room hotter. I think this is probably specific to my room. I think in general, they should not keep you from staying here.
