+ The location was good, rooms are big

- Loud air conditioning, hard bed, everything is very old and rooms were likely never maintained. Mold in bathroom silicon, broken doors, much darker than on the advertised pictures, poor breakfast, we wanted a full refund before the first night, but it wasn’t possible. The only room that seems to be maintained in this hotel is the lobby.

+ L’hôtel était minable et l’accueil encore pire juste point positif au portier qui sont agréable.

+ 位置很好

- 冷氣非常吵，塞了耳塞還是無法入睡，連住3天非常後悔，最後只能關閉冷氣睡覺，床墊是加床式的行軍床。非常不穩，我先生只要輕輕一動就會晃動，無法入睡。服務人員很冷漠，只有在面對白人才看到他們的笑容，感受很差。

+ 住宿位置方便，離佩塔門、星期日夜市步行5分鐘左右

- 房間設備！冷氣有異音、忽冷忽熱，關空調會連帶關到廁所燈、洗澡洗到一半燈就關了（發生兩次，家人覺得沒有誤觸）、門口的燈又亮了！見鬼喔莫名其秒

- 2人で同じ部屋を 連泊しましたが、料金は同じ日に2部屋 使ったことになっており Booking.comが 悪いと受け付けてもらえませんでした。どちらが悪いのか分かりませんが 言葉の通じないところでこういう事故は残念です。返金して欲しいと 掛け合いましたが まるでダメでした。皆様はどう思われますか

+ จริงๆแล้วทุกอย่างดีหมดเลยนะ แต่มาตายเอาตอนจบก่อนเช็คเอ้าท์ ทุกอย่างพังทลายกลายเป็นติดลบ

- ก่อนวันเช็คเอ้าท์มีประกาศติดหน้าลิฟท์ว่าวันที่25-26จะมีการตรวจเช็คระบบไฟประจำปี 12:00-14:00 ซึ่งลิฟท์จะใช้ไม่ได้ และระบบไฟจะถูกตัด (พนักงานใจดีให้เลทเช็คเอ้าท์ถึงบ่ายโมงด้วยนะ ใครจะอยู่ก็อยู่เถอะ555) ตัวเองคือพร้อมออกจากห้องแล้ว แต่11:40 ระบบไฟตัดแล้ว มืดทั้งฟลอร์ ลิฟต์ก็ใช้ไม่ได้แล้ว แอร์ไม่ต้องพูดถึง คำถามคือทำไมตัดระบบไฟก่อนเวลาตั้ง20นาที คำตอบจากFOMก็ได้แต่ขอโทษ (ดีสุดได้เท่านั้น) ทั้งๆที่บอกว่าเป็นการจ้างช่างนอกมาจัดการ แล้วทำไมรร.ซึ่งเป็นผู้ว่าจ้างกำหนดเวลาเองไม่ได้ ทั้งๆที่ไม่ได้เกี่ยวข้องกับผู้ใช้ไฟรายอื่นเลย ทำไมประสานงานห่วย สงสารผู้สูงอายุมากที่ต้องเดินบันไดลงมา ผมอยู่ชั้น7 แต่ก็มีสูงกว่านั้นอีก ส่วนพนง.ก็ต้องหอบกระเป๋าเดินลงบันไดกันมา มันดูแล้วก็อดเวทนาไม่ได้จริงๆ กับการบริหารจัดการง่ายๆ แค่ตัดระบบตามเวลาที่ประกาศไว้ แล้วนี่ถ้ามีคนที่ใช้ไม้เท้า หรือไม่สะดวกเดินขึ้นลงบันได จะทำกันยังไง หรือบางคนอาบน้ำอยู่ ผู้หญิงสระผมแล้วต้องไดร์ก่อน จะทำกันยังไง คือปัญหามันมาเป็นร้อยข้อเลย เพียงแค่คุณจำกัดการจัดการตามประกาศไม่ได้!!!!!!!!!!!!

+ The lobby is nice and the building looks good from the street. But the rooms aren’t properly cleaned. Very very dusty, the bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned either. Property is very old and some parts need renovations

- Very very old, gym and swimming pool not proper. Room was not clean, very dusty

+ The location was perfect, everything was walking distance. Lots of food nearby and if you would order a grab/bolt, most cars would be there in 1 minute! The restaurant in the front lobby is a gem, though it was empty most of the time, the food and drinks are to die for. It’s worth a try if you are limited on time and want a quick eat.

- Only the front lobby is renovated, everything and everywhere else is pretty outdated and in dire need of renovations. The lifts are too old, takes time to go up and down and looks dilapidated with worn out and torn carpets. Though the room was comfy, the bathroom was a bit disgusting not because of cleanliness but because of how old and in a worn out state it was.

- チェックアウトの日、午前10時頃からネットでフライトタイムやグラブ予約している大変な時間に、電気が止まり、クーラー無しで汗だく、Wi-Fiも使えず！！ 建物が古いんでしょうが、室内はもう少しきれいに塗ったり貼ったりできませんか? 洋服掛けの引き戸はとても固くセイフティボックス使えず！ ４つ星ホテルを選んで　３泊で4800Bの価値はない！ 土日には２階への階段で宴会の大勢の客がエレベーターへの通路を邪魔するし、良いのは立地条件だけ。 残念！

+ The staff, like most all Thai were gracious, kind, positive and helpful. The location was both great but also infrequently not great, see info next. The hotel had no control over this though. The room arrangement was exactly what we were looking for, a sitting room, bedroom, pool and breakfast.

- Referenced above, please be aware that at the gate there are many events often on Sunday night involving loud music and lots of traffic making it hard to get a Grab easily. Walk around to the street behind for pick up. Our room was on the same side as the gate so the music was super loud even with windows closed. The 5K run event which started at 3:30AM had laser lights and loud music, woke us up. But keep in mind the hotel has no control over this. On the same side as the gate is a children’s school, the lady with the microphone was talking for long amounts of time. Delightful to watch the kids, but the loud talking was not enjoyable. With respects to the hotel proper, sadly it is not maintained. The lobby is not representative of the condition of the rooms or hallways. Do wear your shoes at all times, do be mindful of surfaces and fabrics as in our experience they were not cleaned frequently enough. Dents in walls, holes, mismatched paint, old fabrics coming apart, sad condition all ways around. The pool….it was over 90 degrees daily for weeks, but only pigeons used it for drinking. It was freezing cold the sun never reaches it. The buffet offered a wide selection of foods but in general the buffet dishes were cold, lots of pork and seafood as well. The fresh cooked egg station, toaster and peanut butter were what saved us.

- Swimming pool water was a bit cold. I guess because it's not hit directly by the sun.

+ O serviço do hotel é excepcional, desde o porteiro, recepção, café da manhã. Chegamos cedo no hotel, então só fizemos o check-in, deixamos as malas guardadas na recepção, e saímos pra almoçar. Quando voltamos, o quarto já estava prontos. O quarto é bem espaçoso. A cama king eu achei muito dura, mas nada que tenha estragado minhas noites de sono. No banheiro, o chuveiro é dentro da banheira, o que eu detesto. Tive que tirar a tampa do ralo, porque ficava enchendo o tempo todo. O café da manhã é bem variado. Tem as estações de ovo (escolhe como quer o ovo e com que recheios/temperos), de noddle, várias opções de comida salgada (tradicionais thai), pães, frutas. No último dia, como saímos cedo, pedimos uma caixa de café da manhã. Eles preparam algumas coisas numa sacola (ovo cozido, sanduiche, fruta, suco) pra pegar na recepção. Meia boca, mas melhor que nada.

- A tomada do lado da cama não funcionou, o ar condicionado joga ar gelado direto sobre a cama.
