Thai Thai Hostel

Not good. Felt unsafe. Got locked in my room. Bathrooms felt nasty. Don't stay here.

Hostel hatte geschlossen, Kaffee welches dazu gehörte meinte hostel gibt's nicht mehr. Personal konnte kaum bis gar nicht englisch. Als wir mit dem Chef oder einem Verantwortlichen reden wollten, meinte sie sie hätte keine Nummer. Anzahlung für die Reservierung bekamen wir auch nicht zurück.

When I walked into the room it was very dark, had no windows, and the AC also wasn’t working properly. In the room, the sheets and pillow were located in the locker and not on the bed. As soon as I arrived I did not feel good about staying there and checked out. I asked if anyone else was staying here and the receptionist said no. I knew as soon as I entered the room that I was not comfortable especially with no other people. I asked for a refund and the receptionist said no. Do not go there.

Really nice staff and hostel in general, but not in the best of locations. Also not very social at all!!!

L'hostel est très excentré,pas accueillant et vieillot. En revanche le personnel est tout à fait charmant et sait répondre aux besoins/attentes!En revanche,les douches sont propres. Ok pr nuit mais pas plus.

Bad location, not social and overall not that great. Wouldn’t stay again

It was fine for a night

a cute small hostel, located right outside the old town. About 15 mins walk to the square where most things are happening. The hostel cleanliness could use more attention. Our bed linen did not seem that clean, and crumbs were left on the shelf. Free breakfast is okay, toast, spreads and fruit.

Honestly don’t know if it was the people staying there because I did see workers cleaning the property but everything was so gross. My bed had what looked like pubes on it, there was gum by my plug in my bed. The toliets were always clogged and disgusting. I’ve seen worse but it definitely was not clean

Hostel was good! The curtain on my bed didn’t fully close which was really annoying, and there was also a desk blocking my ladder up to the top bunk, so had to squeeze past it every time I tried to get up. Laundry is very cheap! Good places to hang out with friends, but not a very social hostel if you’re solo traveling. It is a little far from the main city center, but that’s why it’s cheaper. Close enough to a lot of the markets though!

Incredible staff, very kind. Bathrooms are a little dirty and dont work properly. We slept pretty good. Beds have a table to put your things and were kinda private.

overall very good! the breakfast is not as pictured though. toast and watermelon were the only options! water filter was good and it was close to a 7 eleven which was awesome!

It was fine for a night

Just stayed there for on night. Everything was perfect. Also you can get free breakfast. The Hostel and the dorms are clean.

super chill hostel, lovely staff! not super social but a great relaxing atmosphere.

I loved my stay, for this price it’s even more then you could expect, staff is also helpfull, comfy beds, quiet and chill vibe, i recommend!!

The location was good close to everything and the airport. We only had one bathroom in our floor, the towels aren’t included but overall it was clean and quiet. We liked the common room and the cafe downstairs. The breakfast is free but you only get some bread and watermelon. The staff is helpful and friendly.

friendly staff

Staff here were brilliant, so smiley and they helped us with everything. Breakfast was basic - toast and watermelon - but we loved it. Not social at all, we were in an 8bed dorm and it was only the 2 of us. But far from the centre aswell. However, we loved our stay and for the price you can’t complain! If we go back to chiang mai we would come back here.

The people who are working are very kind and loving. They helped me a lot with everything and asked me about my date so they were amazing. On the downside the beds are quite hard and i would like add tea at breakfast.

Nice small hostel on the outskirts of the old town, easy to walk there. Staff were friendly and helpful. Nice rooftop area to sit in the evenings. The breakfast is decent, toast with various spreads and watermelon, instant coffee is available free throughout the day with a kettle and drinking water! The drinks and food in the cafe is very reasonable priced, and the cheapest beer we’ve found yet! Not a very sociable hostel but everyone that stayed there was friendly!

I like this hostel, rooms are okey. They give breakfast too. Staff is so nice. Showers can be more clean

Zo blij dat ik hier ben verbleven in Chiang mai!!! Tops: het is schoon, goed beveiligd, hele leuke sfeer, mega fijne staff die je overal mee willen helpen en goeie aanraders hebben wat betreft activiteiten in Chiang mai, fijne chillrooms, privacy gordijnen Tips: ligging is opzich prima maar wel wat verder van de binnenstad (maar het is gemakkelijk om een motorbike te huren in de buurt), harde bedden maar was er wel aan gewend na 1 nachtje

Hostel très bien situé, malheureusement du bruit la nuit dû à la route juste à côté. On sent les ressorts dans le matelas, ce qui n'est pas top. Hostel propre rien à redire là dessus, personnel au top.
