+ Hôtel et chambre magnifiques, le personnel est adorable
- Le bruit de la rue est absolument inacceptable pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, nous aurions dormi sur le bord de la rue que ça n’aurait pas été différent. D’ailleurs nous n’avons pas dormi de la nuit …
+ Sehr grußzügige Suite mit toller Ausstattung, kostenlose einmal Benutzung der Minibar und Snacks, fantastisches Frühstück. nettes und gut geschultes Personal
- - Lautstärke und Lage: Unser Zimmer war im oberen Stockwerk, über diesem donnerten Flugzeuge, unten befand sich eine laute Straße mit viel Verkehr und schräg gegenüber eine offene Hotelterrasse mit Lifemusik und gröllenden Gästen bis um Mitternacht. Wir haben keine Nacht richtig geschlafen. - Balkon: erst auf Nachfrage gab es Sitzmöbel. ansonsten nicht nutzbar, aufgrund des Lärms war es auch nicht sehr gemütlich dort länger zu sitzen. - Service: Am Geburtstag meiner Frau vergaß man einen zugesagten Kuchen aufs Zimmer bringen zu lassen oder beim Essen zu überreichen. Erst am nächsten Tag zum Frühstück geschah dies. - Checkout: Beim Ausschecken mussten wir bereits eingepackte Einmalpuschen des Hotels wieder abgeben...für ein 5 Sterne Hotel eher peinlich. Die gibt es in jedem Hotel dieser Preisklasse immer kostenlos zum Mitnehmen dazu.

Aufenthalt war gut. Zimmer ok, Mitarbeiter super freundlich. Leider ist die Straße sehr laut.

+ 입구에 안전 요원께서 택시 승하차를 항상 도와주셔서 좋았습니다. 룸 TV에서 유트브가 연결되어 편리했습니다.
- 아침 식사가 맛이 없고, 큰길가쪽 방이라 새벽 오토바이 소음이 컸습니다. 그리고 오픈한지 얼마 안된 호텔이어서인지 직원들의 서비스가 어색하고, 다정하지 않았습니다.

- 水壓很小 熱水非常不穩 洗澡體驗不好 冷氣不冷 但後來長輩不喜歡太冷就接受了 早餐看起來精緻漂亮 實際上並不好吃 或許是種類太多小份量準備困難 甚至連水果都給的很小氣 沒有值得這個飯店金額
+ The hotel has a very nice ambience and a charming boutique feel. The room itself is well designed and comfortable, and the staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful throughout the stay. The overall atmosphere is calm and pleasant.
- For a five-star boutique hotel in Thailand, the facilities are quite limited. The main issue was the lack of proper bathroom privacy. There is no solid bathroom door—only a curtain separating the bathroom from the room, which does not close properly. This was uncomfortable, especially as we were three brothers sharing the room. Even for adults, proper bathroom privacy is essential. The swimming pool is also quite small and looks much larger in photos. In terms of value for money, there are better hotels available at a similar price point in Chiang Mai.

- 1.房間空調會定時關閉,無論工作人員如何維修,直至退房都無法解決這個問題 2.淋浴間的水會忽冷忽熱,洗個澡會很像強迫洗三溫暖 3.街道上的聲響,在半夜時段,會有非常明顯的干擾!
- ci è stata assegnata una stanza al quarto piano fronte strada. La stanza molto grande, bella e pulita ma ha un grande problema: la porta di legno è montata male e non è insonorizzata, di conseguenza si sente troppo il rumore della strada. Non è accettabile per un 5 stelle

- Unfortunately the issue is the noise. The hotel is on a main road with a lot of traffic noise & to one side is a very noisy bar. Opposite the Makro car park attendants blow loud whistles to direct cars from about 7am. As this was the second time we have stayed we bought ear plugs to sleep in and that certainly helped

+ I was welcomed very warmly by the staff, with a lovely welcome drink. I was early for check in, but they allowed me to drop my bad whilst I went out to explore. The pool area and rooms were beautiful and it had a very calm environment. The bed was huge and so comfortable, I had a great night sleep and in the morning the breakfast was fantastic. Lots of options and a you could order as much as you wanted. I loved getting a cup of tea.

+ 所有的工作人员都很热情。环境很好，虽然离机场不远，但是并不觉得影响睡眠。而且入住不收押金，每晚还都会送个小礼物。定了酒店的送机服务，300泰铢送到机场。
- 一楼房间有的时候有点异味。但还不是厕所味道但不影响。

+ Petit hôtel bien placé dans chiang maï. Plein de commerces et restaurants autour, pas très loin du centre historique. La chambre était extraordinaire, immense , avec douche et baignoire extraordinaire. Rarement vu un personnel aussi gentil . Les massages en chambre sont vraiment bien organisé . Tout était parfait

Mooi hostel waarbij je elke dag een schone handdoek krijgt en je bed opgemaakt word. Het ligt net buiten het centrum, maar voor 1€+- ben je er zo met een grab scooter.
Nice hostel where you get a clean towel every day and your bed is made. it's just outside the center, but for €1+ - you're there with a grab scooter.

Really enjoyed the stay at this hostel, I met people in my dorm even though it’s not the most social of hostels. It is a bit further out also but getting a grab is no probs- staff are really lovely and welcoming, really recommend the 4 person dorm as you have a bit more room!
Owner was super friendly and more than happy to help out with any queries. Facilities were good only issue was that the place is a fair walk being on the quieter side if the old town.
Sehr freundliches Personal, ist etwas abgelegen vom Zentrum aber in Flughafennähe. Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber alles sehr sauber und sicher.
Very friendly staff, is a little out of the center but near the airport. the beds were a little hard, but everything was very clean and safe.

They’re great! Friendly, clean, good communication. Great location as well close to many good restaurants, shopping, and the university. Would definitely book again!
+ 잠자리도 편했고 직원들도 매우 친절했으며 특히 아침 식사는 정말 좋았습니다..아침에 일찍나가니 미리 도시락을 챙겨주는 세심함도 감사할 부분입니다
