- The staff and the fact it is facing the north so very cold even the pool was freezing
Would not recommend! We booked our stay yesterday morning and sent an email at 6pm with our estimated check-in time for 10-11pm. We arrived at 10:30pm and nobody was at the desk, despite 24hr desk service and check-in until 11pm advertised. The door was locked and we could not get in. No reply to the email sent earlier in the day. Phone number on the door rang through to an automated reply, and we had no reply on Facebook. Knocked for 15 minutes. Shocking service. Ended up staying in Lani hotel.
+ The breakfast staff were very kind and attentive.
- Room stunk of mould. Electrical fault with the hot water system causing it to cut out every 1 to 2 minutes, when i reported it to staff and the staff member laughed and said that had been happening with the last guest to. Breakfast was cold every morning as they only had heating elements on some of the serving dishes. There were fruit flies all over the salad every morning.

+ Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat bei Problemen sehr schnell reagiert. Dies ist auch das einigst positive in diesem Hotel gewesen.
- Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht, was in den einem okay war, war in dem anderen eine Katastrophe. In einem der Zimmer hat es stark nach Schimmel gerochen. Man konnte auch diverse Stockflecken an den Wänden erkennen, der Safe im Schrank musste von einem Mitarbeiter geöffnet werden da dieser defekt war. In dem anderen Zimmer ging anfangs die Toilettenspülung nicht. Dies wurde aber direkt repariert bis wir ca. 2 Stunden später wieder da waren. Wenn man geduscht hat war danach das halbe Badezimmer Unterwasser, da das Wasser seitlich aus der Duschwanne rausgelaufen ist. Was beide Zimmer gemeinsam hatten waren Ameisen. Die Bilder auf diversen Websites entsprechen überhaupt nicht dem Zeitwert des aktuellen Zustandes. Die Zimmer gehören alle generalüberholt.
It was a pretty nice room. But it was a little bit dirty on the floor and the main problem was that the toilet smelled in the whole room. Something with the drain was probably wrong, so it was a disgusting smell in the whole room coming from the bathroom.
- Micul dejun este rece și foarte puțin, locația este într-o zonă foarte retrasă, piscina nu poate fi folosită, nu oferă produse de baie, slab, nu merită!

- 我們住的房型跟隔壁房互通 也沒有提前告知我們 晚上睡覺都聽到隔壁鄰居說話的聲音 很吵 根本無法睡覺
