- Todo no me gusto nada, no me dejaron entrar pase más de media hora llamando y tratando de comunicarme con el establecimiento y el número sonaba apagado y en la puerta no había nadie
- Al llegar al hotel en la noche , no me abrieron la puerta y tuve que hospedarme en otro. Al otro día fui y me paso igual, nunca me abrieron la puerta
- It should be prohibited by law to rent rooms without any window or ventilation system. It is impossible to sleep even with opened door, since there is a significant lack of oxygen and the smell is like in cave. The room they gave to me was not at all the one they show on the picture when I booked. The rooms with view are on long term rent for locals, some of them look like and act like drog addicts and are very noisy. The room was the worst room I ever stayed.

- We arrived at 1:30 PM on Christmas Eve and nobody was there to let us in. Staff were not responsive on booking.com or provided number. We waited outside with our bags on the curb till 3:15 (3:00 was our estimated arrival time that we provided day before). All nearby restaurants and bars were closed. We gave up and started walking towards a different hotel. 3 blocks away we encountered staff. They took us back and let us in. The two upper floors and advertised terraces are undergoing renovation. The terraces/patios they advertise look like they got hit by bombs with massive piles of rubble on them and no chairs. This is where we got to watch fireworks from making sure we didn’t step on any nails or rusty metal. My girlfriend was able to shower for a minute, then the water cut out, as if someone had shut it off. We were the only people staying there despite the property saying it was full. The window was shutters of glass, meaning the massive amount of pollution created by the fireworks was able to seep into the room. The nighttime inversion did not help. We cut off our 2 night stay the next morning and went to hotel ideal at 10am and they were extremely accommodating and had much better facilities and terrace.

- It was outdated and had an odd smell. There was only an internal window, it didn't feel at all cosy or homely.

- Estaba en construcción, en uno de los cuartos que fue en la planta alta el agua no llegaba y en un cuarto que si tenía agua el calentador no sirvió. La ubicación está algo lejos del parque y no digamos de la estación de los buses de viajes. En verdad nada que ver con lo que se ve en las fotos cuando uno hace la reservación. Con el problema del agua si hubo incoveniencia pues se tenía que ir a los banos del primer piso y era casi compartidos especialmente a media noche o durante la noche. De otra manera todo hubiera sido excelente.

- No insulation between rooms . Staff worker snoring in next room kept me awake all night. He may as well have been sleeping in the same room with the lack of insulation on the walls. Wouldn't stay again because of this

+ Das Personal, sofern mal jemand da ist, ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt einen günstigen Wäscheservice. Von einer Terrasse aus lässt sich über die Stadt gucken. Es gibt auch eine Küche und gratis Trinkwasser. Günstiger Preis.
- Das Personal ist nur selten da. Ich habe fast eine Stunde gewartet, bis jemand aufgetaucht und mich hereingelassen hat. Das Wasser ist ausgefallen (wohl nicht die Schuld des Hotels) und es hat gedauert, bis ich mit jemandem sprechen konnte. Die Zimmer könnten auch ein bisschen mehr Einrichtung vertragen, aber das ist schon ok.

+ The location was within walking distance to the centre. It was super quiet at night time (except one person came in very late and decided to do their washing and put music on in an area which made alot of noise for the downstairs rooms). The room was very spacious. The bed was comfortable. The shower was hot (once I'd asked the lady to show me how to make it hot, because I couldn't make it hot! Technique!). I didn't see the staff around alot but if I needed something then I just sent a text and they responded in a good timeframe. I needed an extra blanket and it was provided quickly. They provided me with information I needed, and kindly took care of my backpack while I went trekking with QuetzalTrekkers for 5 days which was very helpful for me!
- It would have been nice to have a small wardrobe or somewhere to put clothes and things. There was a desk which I used but I would have like to use it as a desk. It would be good to have the use of a kitchen to be able to at least make a cup of tea or make my own breakfast as there is no restaurant on site (but it is in walking distance of great cafes!)

+ La posizione è leggermente defilata dal centro,ma comunque sicura e tranquilla. Cucina ben attrezzata e pulita. Il ragazzo della reception ha risposto con precisione,gentilezza e professionalità ad ogni mia singola domanda.Consiglio di salvare il numero di cellulare e contattarlo tramite whatsapp perché in reception spesso non lo si trova.
