Filthy, not as advertised. Just a mattress on the floor with dirty walls and towels.

Bathroom haven’t been cleaned for 3 days!! A lot of dirt, dust and aunts in the damaged facilities. Hot water wasn’t working, 1 day no water at all and no toilet paper for 3 days. The mattress at least in the double room is hard and just on some pallets - so If you have back problems and don’t want to use super dirty shared bathrooms I would recommend you to go somewhere else.

nothing good to say. it was very dirty, you could hear everything the neighbors said, cold shower, bad beds and very small rooms.

Lage war sehr gut (dicht an der Altstadt). Allerdings war das Badezimmer nicht sehr sauber und auch die Zimmer waren nur in Ordnung. Das Personal war nett, allerdings konnten sie so gut wie kein Englisch. Alles in einem kann man aber ein paar Nächte dort verbringen, wenn man nicht all zu pingelig ist.

For a budget hostel, this is OK. The staff are friendly and the hostel is in a good location, walking distance to lots of temples. We booked a private room which ended up being a mattress on the floor of a box room with no windows or ventilation. The room was filled with mosquitoes and walls looked like they had mould damp on. The air con also spat water out. There was also no toilet roll in the hostel so make sure to bring your own!! This was bearable for one night, but i wouldn’t recommend

I stayed in a private room and was resting mostly so cant comment on atmosphere. staff were super nice! the place though was really dirty and run down, and my room looked condemned! (although cheap) A new coat of paint and an actual bed instead of a dirty mattress on the floor would of been nice. I also booked thru the website on a 35% discount but was charged full price when i arrived.

The staff were nice enough and the toilet and shower facilities were good. The room was just a mattress on the floor though.

Staff in this hostel were amazing and went over the line to help us! We paid for the private room but unfortunately it wasn’t private and there was a gap on the wall window end between us and the dorm next door, we could even hear them Breathe at night when they were sleeping! Showers had been cleaned but probably need a general make over, the biggest disappointment was the lack of hot water throughout the whole hostel. Would probably stay here again as the staff were amazing but it is es...

Room was a box with no windows decor or furniture. two old mattresses pushed together with stained old and ripped bedding - showers didn't drain and were ontop of the toilet so not the cleanest shower experience! In the end we did stay as I didn't feel safe. As code for the entrance door is written on the door. It's cheap so if you want cheap it's not the worst but I wouldn't recommend.

Very helpful staff and good location, clean rooms.

Staff were so lovely. Food was really good and very reasonably priced. They did my all my laundry for me in 1 day. No air con in the dorm room but they had lots of fans

Really disappointed with this hostel! I arrived early to Chiang Mai, so I left my bags at the front desk with the owner she said everything was fine. When I later returned to check in. She told me that she had no room. Even though I booked months in advance and paid. She kept telling us that she had no space. She said she called another hostel so got a taxi and when arrived the new hostel had no call from her to say we were coming. So bad! Poor management, unreliable. Book a hotel!!

Cheap price nice staff very clean room the best location I would like to come back again :)

They gave the doorms beds we booked to other people so they placed us in a private room. The doorms are much better than the private. The beds are rock hard at the privet room.
