Teleurstellend. In de dorms ontbreken gordijnen en leeslampjes. Niet elke locker had een slot. De douches/WC's zijn buiten en aan de bovenkant open waardoor alles en iedereen je hoort en de muggen in de douche zwermen. Daarnaast is het toiletgebouw een stukje lopen langs de ingang en het zwembad, dus lekker veel bekijks en in de regen wordt je telkens nat. Daarnaast is het hostel ook erg afgelegen, was er geen sfeer, en doet 1 baliemannetje alles waardoor service ontbreekt. Geen aanrader.
Disappointing. In the dormitories there are no curtains and reading lamps. Not every locker had a slot. The showers/WC's are open outside and on top so everything and everyone you hear and the people in the shower swarm. In addition the toilet building is a short walk along the entrance and the pool, so nice lots of peek-a-boo and in the rain you get to bathe every time. In addition the hostel is very remote, there was no atmosphere, and 1 person does everything making service uninterrupted.
Great rice fields surroundings, brand new dorms but no possibility to lock the door for the night. 2 shower and toilet available to share for all dorms. Food quality was really so and so and over priced for the quality really Very far away from the city and no food options by foot so you need to rent a scooter. Scooter rental available but mine didn’t have miroirs and very bad lights for the night. Didn’t start very well didn’t look maintained at all.
The location is very far from everything so depend on scooters or taxi, there was no atmosphere in the hotel no music/ games activities. Dorm room was okay we slept ok but there was droppings from mouse or roach everywhere in the room. Food was not good. Over priced drinks compared to stores and restaurants. The staff were lovely but wouldn’t stay again
Not safe! The dorms have tinted windows that are completely see through and there are no locks on dorms room doors. This wouldn’t have been so bad had we not dealt with a drunk and inappropriate man. The hostel is nice looking and relaxing with a good pool and free bikes to explore the rice fields. The staff (1 man) was nice but had no solution for our situation. The lack of safety measures at this hostel needs to be addressed immediately. Location is tranquil but isolating and you need taxis...
We had a nice relaxing stay here. It is pretty far from everything, so you need to rent motorbikes (which we did through the hostel) or get a taxi ordered through the hostel as grab doesn’t typically come there. The pool was relaxing and the beds were comfortable. There were 2 somewhat outdoor bathrooms/showers that were fairly well maintained. Not a social scene as not many people hanging around, but a nice stay overall to relax and explore Ninh Binh. The staff were super helpful!
staff are friendly, one speaks good english, 24hr reception. secluded location, quiet atmosphere. rooms were clean, but only 1 fan for an 8 bed form was inadequate. two showers located on the other side of the property, one was broken. floors were often wet. basic services were available, but overpriced for what you get. laundry for 50k/kilo came back unfolded. motorbike i rented for 150k per day was falling apart. food was nothing like the picture shown in this listing. overall okay but not gr8
Pool is beautiful, beds were big and clean with curtains. The bathrooms were on the other side of the property, which was a bit odd. There is no air con or bins etc in the dorm. Great storage for bags that lock. Little dogs that run around and smell gross, they also pop everywhere which doesn’t get cleaned up, and if it does the p** is smeared into the floor, and I noticed multiple puddles of dog urine on the floors around the reception area. The hosts here were very lovely and helped me with anything I needed. It was just very cold in the accomodation and the blankets weren’t really warm enough. Although there was aircon, it didn’t do a lot to help ease the cold. The location is also quite far out, I struggled to get a grab out of the accomodation into the city so if you don’t ride a motorbike keep that in mind. The place was nice cause of the person taking care of the place, the staff which is like 1 small family. Hygiene wise was a little iffy. The hostel is definitely not recommended, doors that don't lock, AC that didn't work. Had to upgrade rooms and there were 2 pillows 1 of which was mouldy while the other had an insect that left a mark when I tried to removing it. Just felt like there was a layer of dust all around. The room beside mine had nobody however the bed was a mess and the door was open
This hostel is ok but not great. The pool is great and it really has some potential. But during my stay it still seemd in construction. (we had Drilling noise at 8 AM). The hostel seems to be ran by 1 man who is super friendly, but has to manage everything at the same time. Which results in long waiting times for breakfast etc. Also the showers were cold. The hostel does have super cute dogs. It's not social, very few people stayed there during my stay. Location is also in the middle of nowhere.

Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Anlage, etwas weit von Zentrum aber sehr idyllisch! Die einzig negative Sache war, dass man die dorms nicht abschließen konnte, aber die Zimmer an sich waren sehr sauber.
Overall a very nice Anlage, a little far from the center but very idyllic! the only negative thing was that you could not close the dorms, but the rooms themselves were very clean.

Absolutely gorgeous hostel. The facilities were great and the staff were lovely - especially Tim. He gave us free crisps for the road! Complementary bikes for the day as well. It is a little far out and taxis are quite expensive, however the staff and facilities more than make up for this. Thankyou!

I loved my stay ☺️!! I was supposed to stay only 1 week but I loved this place too much so I booked for another week ✌🏼!! It's quiet, it's beautiful, surrounded by nature what better to ask for ☺️!! And the people who work there are really nice :) !!Thank you for everything :)
Nice place, just far away from everywhere, and grabs out here are expensive. Would recommend if you’re in a big group/couple and just want to spend a few days in your own bubble. Went with a friend expecting to meet others but not many ppl were there/they weren’t social.
Lovely hostel outside of the city with private rooms and dorms. The staff is really helpful and the restaurant is really nice. The pool is clean and we had the possibility to rent a scooter. I recommend this place in Ninh Binh !
Un endroit magique et paisible au milieu de la nature. Les infrastructures sont neuves et entretenues. Tim et sa famille sont des personnes accueillantes et qui dégagent une bienveillance continue. A magical and peaceful place in the middle of nature. The infrastructure is new and maintained. Tim and his family are welcoming people and exude a continuous benevolence. Thank you to them for the hospitality. To date, my best experience on hostelword ! Thank you again for these good moments :)

the best getaway! tim (i hope that’s how you spell it) was so helpful and his friend sunday gave us the best tips. the breakky was good and the pool was clean. absolutely loved it
quiet spot. was far awaaway from tam coc but was lovely and peacful which we wanted. had an 8 bed dorm to ourselves. rented bike from reception and got nice handy breakfast
Nice place but nothing more. you have nothing around (not even minimarket to buy water) so you have to buy water here which is expensive and rent a motorbike which is in a really bad shape. If you want to stay at a place far from eveverything to relax and just stay to enjoy ththe swimming pool then it is a good place otherwise i do not recommend it.
Had the best time staying here!! Great and helpful staff, fresh rooms with a good air condition. The pool was fresh and the overall calmness was much appreciated:)) Really good food aswell!!
I absolutely loved my stay at Trang An Four Seasons Bungalow! The bungalows where so charmig, modern, clean and equipped with great AC! Bathroom and showers where really clean aswell! They also had a nice pool right next to their restaurant with tasty food and drinks. The staff and the service where beyond great! That also includes their adorable little fluffy dog ”Coffee” who made sure to greet everyone with his daily cuddles. Would love to come back one day! Thank you!!🤩
Trang A Four Season Bungalow in Vietnam surpassed my expectations! The air-conditioned rooms were a welcome escape from the heat, spacious and impeccably clean. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was definitely the stunning pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. And the location, nestled amidst Vietnam's natural beauty, was simply breathtaking. I could not be more happy with my stay at Trang An!
