I booked to stay at this hotel after my 11 hour journey from Hue which arrives at 4am. We double checked office hours of the hotel to make sure that someone would be there to receive us… but that was the least of our worries. We arrived at 4am. Called the number and a confused receptionist greeted us downstairs claiming that our booking was for the following night (it wasn’t) and that a 3 person room (which we had booked) does not exist. Les + : 1 dame du staff aimable et agréable (elle parle pas anglais) Les - : accueil oppressant, vous croulez sous les propositions ´d’excursions qu’il faut réserver vite , pas de chauffage disponible (très froid dans les chambres), un banh mi en guise de petit dej ou 1 pancake point, le staff sans cesse en train d’hurler, les murs sont du papiers, vous êtes dans une maison d’hôte pas un Hostel,. Ces gens pour sûr aiment l’argent, mais n’aiment pas travailler avec des touris...
Les: 1 lady of the staff kind and pleasant (she does not speak English) Les -: oppressive welcome, you crumble under the proposals of excursions that must be booked quickly, no heating available (very cold in the rooms), a bath mi as a breakfast or 1 pancake point, the staff constantly whirring, the walls are papers, you are in a guest house not a hostel.
It says breakfast is included. But it’s not! Be carefull! Most of the buses leave you in Tam Coc, so this is a good option if you take the train

Breakfast is NOT included even though website says it is. We even showed the owners our booking reference that clearly says breakfast is included and they still wouldn’t give us any

Near the train station of ninh binh,comfortable because the sleeping bus stop in front of the hotel,but in the city of ninh binh ther is not many things to do.The structure is clean and if you want you can eat inside the hostel
Helpful lady let us in very early in the morn (5am). Location about 15min walk from where bus dropped us off so very convenient. No other backpackers around.
Liegt etwas im Zentrum, nicht da, wo die anderen Backpacker sind. schließt über Nacht die Türen. ansonsten sehr nett und zuvorkommend
Nice and helpfull staff! Easy to book tour, bikes or bus. Good beds with curtain. The hostel also have a restaurant with good food for good price.

A very relaxing and comfortable stay! I stayed in a private room and the bed was super comfortable, the shower was warm and the hostel was nice and quiet. Zund, one of the owners, was amazing with helping us out, figuring out bus schedules, renting scooters & told us where to go in town. 100% would stay here again!
Perfect! Would definitely stay again! The hotel was a 2 minute walk to the station, room was comfortable and super clean, shower was lovely especially after a long day travelling! Breakfast was included and was super yum, I would recommend! Thank you
Room was clean and spacious, had an AC and a fan. The owner is very nice, she recommended us some places to go visit in Ninh Binh. Drinks are very reasonably priced, Banh Mi for breakfast was very good. It is also very close to the trainstation, which was perfect for us.

The staff were absolutely amazing, they ensured we had a great time in Ninh Binh. There wasn’t much socialising here but we still had a great time. Free breakfast was lovely and the whole hotel is great value. Would recommend.

She is so so nice!! Always helping and can speak English really well:) you can also rent motorcycles there and book buses.
Die Besitzerin war super, hat uns die besten Ausflugsziele genannt und uns Scooter vermietet. Auch hat sie uns die vietnamesischen Kaffeebrüher besorgt für einen guten Preis. Rundum zufrieden.
The owner was great, she gave us the best destinations and rented us a scooter, she also got us the Vietnamese coffee maker for a good price, all satisfied.

Such a nice owner, there was a big group of us that turned up at 4am and she gave us a private room for free even though we had paid for dorm as we turned up so late. Such a nice vibe more like a home stay and room we’re great with curtains in dorms
We had a rough start with the lady from the hostel, because we arrived really early with the night bus. Even though they have 24h reception, we were not allowed to stay on the property. But to kill some time until 7am, her brother took us on a sunrise tour, so it wasn't that bad. And after that, we had a great time at the hostel. The food was really good and the lady from the hostel always tried to help us and gave some great recommendations.
This may be the best place we’ve stayed at so far. The owner was a Wonder Woman of a lady who was really friendly and willing to help but also knew exactly when to leave us to our devises. The room was the cleanest we’ve stayed at so far and she even let us have a shower and dry our clothes free of charge after checking out. P.s: We got our laundry done here and it came out whiter and cleaner than it was prior to me coming to Vietnam. 10/10
