+ Nothing

- I was charged full price despite having had a reservation for a total of one hour before a very early arrival and not being able to stay due to poor indoor air quality.

+ Nice decor in the hallways. Nice layout in rooms

- Light shining in through window directly on to bed. Only one window had a curtain and it still let a lot of light in. It was very noisy, you can hear people talking in other rooms.

+ Not much

- We had an early tour and asked for some fruit to take as we were told breakfast bags couldn't be prepared but that wasn't provided either. It was really noisy as we could hear the cars and people passing by, the shower didn't have enough pressure to wash our hair and to top it all we had to pay an extra fee for late check out even though we were there for just 5 hours with no breakfast or anything so an expensive not well rested night.

- We booked a room for 2 adults and 1 kid, the room was tiny, it was difficult to even open the suitcases; bathroom was tiny too. The condition of the room was just acceptable. Moreover, it was very noisy (car traffic, trains, noise upstairs, noise from communal area).

+ Das Frühstück, Personal freundlich aber leider nicht entgegenkommend.

- Hatte 2 Monate vorher ein Bett gebucht.!!!!!!! im Dorm. Das Bett das mir dann zugewiesen wurde dann ,genau neben dem WC und dem Badezimmer. Ich reklamierte doch die Antwort.... nur dieses Bett , die anderen Betten sind für die Mädchen Gruppe die gerade gekommen sind. Die ganze Nacht!!!!!!!!! wie ich befürchtet habe ging die WC Tür ...... auf und zu. Zum Glück hatte ich nur eine Nacht gebucht , denn es war die schlimmste in meiner 5 wöchigen Reise.

+ O atendimento na recepção.

- O Hostel possui recepção até as 22:00 horas (10pm). Após esse horário a entrada é feita por um código de fechadura eletrônica, porém caso o hóspede tenha que sair novamente após entrar, não há um botão que ele possa acionar para abrir a porta. Ou seja, o hóspede fica trancado dentro do imóvel. Isso é grave e deveria ser informado aos hóspedes no momento do check in! Tive um problema de gastrite durante a madrugada e fiquei alguns minutos procurando o botão para sair e não achei.

+ Zentral gelegenes Hostel. Unser DZ mit Bad war klein, etwas Schimmel im Bad, aber ok für 1-2 Nächte. Garten dabei. David ist sehr hilfsbereit und kundig. Gutes Frühstück

- DZ schon winzig mit Verkehrslärm. 1l Wasserflasche 3,90$!! Kafeeerwartungen niedrig halten!

+ Quiet neighborhood and friendly staff.

- Not many places to eat nearby.

+ Kind staff, comfy beds, great breakfast, super clean, nice garden

+ The service was excellent.Marta is the star of the show . Anticipating everybody’s needs , all the time helping out .food was delicious. Marta along with her husband and staff. Muchas gracias

+ Realmente destaco la buena onda del personal de recepción . Siempre sugiriendo buenos lugares e intentando ayudar . Muy buena predisposición!

+ The airport transfer was good value and comms great. The staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the location was better than expected - walking distance to many things; safe and secure. Comfy bed, clean room. Nice little garden.

- We liked everything. Our room was basic and a little small for 3 people but otherwise it was perfect for what we needed.

- El drenaje de la ducha estaba parcialmente obstruido y el agua se acumuló más de la cuenta. La ducha no dio agua caliente, solamente templada.

+ Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Besitzer ist sehr bemüht und hilfreich für den Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer und Bad war sauber und wurde jeden Tag gereinigt.
