- Unfortunately, we stayed with our little ones and new born 4 days without water in the bathroom, no one was bothered about repairing the faults and at the top of this everything they were finding out a new lie to cover it up. Complete waste of money and time and huge struggle for me and my kids staying 4 days without shower and not able to use the toilet, shame on you all ..

- Es war un hygienisch, hat nach Schimmel gerochen, Der Ausblick war ebenfalls katastrophal, Das Frühstück ist nicht zu empfehlen. Nach 3 Tagen wieder abgereist, so schlimm war es. Ich denke die Rezensionen sind gekauft oder die leute waren noch nie in einem richtigen Hotel. Leider kann ich nicht alle Bilder hochladen. Ich rate jedem ab von diesem Hotel.

- Die größte Katastrophe, so dreckig die Betten sehr ungemütlich und die Bettwäsche war dreckig und nass einfach nur wiederlich..

+ I didn't like anything

- The staff were very rude there was no breakfast. I had stayed here before and it was fine. Its beenbtakennover by new people and they are rude and not helpful at all. I tried to pay and my card wouldn't be accepted 10 times I tries and the money was in my bank account they threatened me with violence. I am a disabled man I had new heart valves and a stroke 2 years ago and the stress of the staff caused me to go home early and I had another stroke absolutely stressful and horrible place I've ever stayed.

+ Расположение близко к трамваю,в номере были необходимые принадлежности, постель чистая,завтрак ее входил в стоимость номера но был недорогой и вкусный,нам понравилось

- Полы не мытые,номер прокуренный,окно маленькое

+ Чисто, приветливый радушный персонал. Комнаты маленькие, но уютные. Кровати удобные, белье пастельное чистое и свежее.

- Очень маленькая комната

- Yan odadan sürekli sesler geliyor. Sag odadaki tuvaletin süfon sesi direk bizim odaya geliyor. Sol odadaki tüm sohbetleri duya.biliyorum ister istemez. Ve odalar fotoğrafdakinden çok küçük. Fiyata göre değmiyor. Izalizasyon sistemi gerekiyor, ve odalar arasına kardon değil duvar örelmesi lazım.

+ Внимательный персонал, удобное месторасположение, чистота в номере и в отеле вцелом.

+ Posizione fantastica, proprio nel cuore della città! Comodissimo il tram dall'aeroporto. Camera un po' piccola ma funzionale, tanto per quello che serve va più che bene. Location perfetta per godersi la città. Personale super gentile, grazie di tutto!

+ La ubicación es muy bonita. Muchas gracias a la señora que nos ayudó por la mañana por su ayuda.
