White Garden Pansion

+ Awful experience with this hotel. There was a cockroach in the room, and the bathroom was shabby, tiny with no place for soap. Only cold water in a shower. The pillow could only be used if you slept in a sitting position. The design of the hotel is pretty, though. Nice swimming pool and terrific view from a terrace. But I cannot help thinking that I overpaid a lot.

+ I appreciated the hospitality and Esraa Hanem so much , she took care of me and my mom. Location is perfect , as the hotel is in the heart of old town Antalya , which a great time to walk around. Breakfast is personally served and I really appreciated the simplicity and homey vibes.

- I was super disappointed by how the hotel handled a simple request of an iron?! That never happened to me anywhere. They told me they couldn’t provide me an iron and iron board in the room and I had to iron in the reception hall of the hotel. The night shift manager saw me suffering through this, in the heat trying to iron and did absolutely nothing. I spoke to the owners the next day about it and they shown absolutely no flexibility whatsoever regarding this. They offered me to go for an external service and pay for my clothes to be ironed while I was stating only 2 nights. Before I check in the hotel, I messaged them that I need a ground floor room and they said ok. But upon check in they said the ground floor room is occupied and my 67 years of age mom had to go up the stairs for the room. I wished toilet amenities were of a better quality. There are no tissue boxes in the room, and when asked for a tissue box .. the owner said how come you don’t have a tissue box in your room and she went up the stairs to check that my room really didn’t have a tissue box .. and then she went down and got back up with handful of individual tissues in here hand. Overall , it seems like the hotel management is scrappy and not really genuine. I was honest and expressed my dissatisfaction, and rather than trying to change my experience for the better .. I received an email from booking.com that I didn’t check-in the hotel and when I discussed this with the hotel manager, he mentioned that the night manager marked me by “mistake” as a no-show while I was already checked in. I have a great feeling that they did that so I don’t get to review them on booking.

+ Breakfast was extraordinary

- I arrived a day late and had sent a note to the property, although I was unclear about how that was received through Booking.com. My app indicated a different arrival time than what was noted in my calendar. Regardless, I showed up at 11 PM, exhausted from two days of travel, and encountered a truly upsetting experience. The owner blamed me for the situation, insisted that my entire trip was canceled, and repeatedly said it was my fault. It wasn’t until I started crying that he agreed to let me stay another night and found a room for me down the street. The next day, when I brought my bag over, they placed me in a very unsatisfactory room until I complained. I found their behavior exceptionally unkind, though their son was very polite and helpful. On a positive note, the breakfast and atmosphere were excellent. I just can't believe how strange, challenging, rude, and overall unaccommodating they were. This experience did not reflect my general feelings toward Turkish people.

+ Останавливались в отеле на одну ночь, так как вылет из аэропорта Анталии был в 9.00, а основной отдых проходил в Текирова. Поэтому выбрали этот отель, чтобы 1. было недалеко от аэропорта; 2. находиться в старом городе; 3. провести ночь в аутентичном месте. По п.1 - отлично, дорога от отеля до аэропорта 30 минут, хозяйка заказала нам такси; по п. 2 - не очень (это исключительно по моей вине). Конец сентября на улице жарко и душно, высокая влажность, на улочки Калеичи не проходит ветер с моря. Прогулка в дневное время не принесла удовольствие, а вечером, когда заходит солнце, эти улочки превращаются в сплошной ресторан.

- п. 3 отель выбрала исключительно по отзывам. Переночевать одну ночь - неплохо, жить там долго по-моему неудобно, так как номер очень небольшой. Не понравилось, что в номере картонные стаканчики для чая, воды, на рецепшене нет кофемашины. Завтрак попробовать не удалось из-за раннего выезда, ланч-боксы отель не предоставляет.

+ 房间大，淋浴水挺热，吹风机给力，不过床有点太软。

- 酒店在老城里面，没法停车，自驾的慎选。酒店旁边是酒吧一条街，晚上和早上很吵，甚至凌晨三点被散场的酒鬼吵醒…默认没有客房清扫，所以客房服务无法评价。

+ The property was in the old town which was a wonderful location.

- The property was comfortable however I didn’t realise that the rooms don’t get serviced daily. When you can’t flush toilet paper in Turkey the bin should be emptied daily. I agree with many peoples comments it was noisy but I knew that when booking. I think the property needs updating of their room security. The key slot didn’t work well so I thought I had a power outage for 4 hours in the night and had to get reception to manoeuvre the key so that it was registered which took some effort. Also the doors have keys so after you remove the key from the slot you loose power and have to find the key hole with a key in the dark to leave the room. There was only only PowerPoint in the bathroom at the sink that I could charge all my electrical items. which was a little tricky.

+ Zeer goed ontbijt. Een van de twee kamers was wel zeer mooi.

- Matrassen van de bedden waren te zacht om te slapen. Eén van de twee kamers was zeer klein (te klein voor de prijs).

+ The hotel is located right in the heart of Antalya old town. It couldn’t be much better located and has a nice pool area. The owners are kind and interested in their guests. The breakfast was rich and tasty.

- The first room we got, smelled really bad. After some discussion we got another room which was better from the smell. After 10min in use, water started dripping out of the air conditioner. All in all, the interior gets old.

+ Tesisin konumu çok güzel. Odadaki mobilyalar göz alıcı, yatak çok rahat, konforlu. Serpme kahvaltısı da genel olarak hoşumuza gitti.

- Kahvaltıda sıcak çeşitleri daha fazla olabilirdi. Bir de check in yaptığımda hemen ödeme istendi. Sonra öderim dediğimde itiraz etmediler elbette ama yeni gelen misafire direkt ödeme muhabbeti açılması açıkçası ilk kez karşılaştığımız ve eşimle beni rahatsız eden bir durum oldu. Bir de otelin fotoğraflarda havuz görselleri vardı. Gelmeden önce havuz başında dinleniriz demiştik. Keşke havuzun bu mevsimde boş olduğu rezervasyondan daha önce bilgi olarak verilseydi.

- Alldeles för dålig allmänbelysning i rummen och toaletten. Pappmuggar istället för glas!

+ The room was spacious, very neat, had a Turkish vibe to the whole place. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. Couldn't have asked for a better accommodation to experience the Turkish old town feel. The best part was the breakfast, the food felt better than turkish breakfast we tried in restaurants outside.

- Wifi was not working properly due to network and electricity issues in the whole old town. So wasnt their fault.

+ Perfect location, interior of the room, breakfast as promised - 10 from 10 points, served with love. We didn’t see even in restaurants such a traditional and big breakfast. Nice and quiet inner garden (plants, pool) and rooftop terrace with the sea view. Really helpful staff. 2 really good fish restaurants in 2 mins walk (Ayar was great). Highly recommend.

- Just small notes to improve: it would be great to add another one trash bin in the room, we had only one in the bathroom. And some not only paper glasses. The rest is super good

+ 自驾车需停在老城外的公共停车场，带少量行李步行到酒店大概8-10分钟，经过一段从下午开始就坐满人的餐厅就到了，再往前走3分钟到海边的码头。房间精致温馨，虽然楼下商铺很旺但到晚上就安静了，床铺枕头很舒适，当晚iwatch睡眠评分100。店内庭院精致，早餐在一楼大厅，对着篝火吃着精致丰盛的早餐很惬意。

+ Es un hotel con una escelente atención y confort. El dueño es una persona muy amable que cuida todos los detalles para hacer tu estadía inolvidable. Todo el personal fue muy amable con nosotros. Nos sirvieron un desayuno muy abundante y delicioso. La cocinera estuvo pendiente en cada momento de satisfacer nuestros gustos, cosa que no fue necesario ya que todo fue perfecto. Nos sugirieron excursiones y todas las que nos recomendaron salieron perfectas, con empresas muy serias. Los recomendaremos a todos aquellos que puedan viajar a Antalya. Gracias por todo y ojalá podamos regresar. Abrazo grande desde Argentina

+ 一家非常赞的民宿，特色老房子，早餐非常棒、位置优越，出行方便，周围非常多的好吃的，距离哈德良们大概就10分钟的步行时间

+ Amazing location at the center of old city, the traditional Anatolian breakfast is sumptuous, varied and served at the table by the owner himself, we couldn’t finish it in any of the days, spotless comfortable rooms, good internet speed. The property also features a nice pool & outdoor sitting though we didn’t use it as it was peak winter.

+ Прекрасное отношение сотрудников отеля. Потрясающие турецкие завтраки с апельсиновым фрешем и вкусной выпечкой. Очень красиво обставленные номера, просторные в хорошем состоянии с интересной мебелью и декором. Кондиционер работает. В номере чисто, нет посторонних запахов и прочих проблем. Красивый внутренний дворик. Атмосферный камин в зале. Были в декабре, очень комфортно. Очень удачное место, так как улица близко к барам и ресторанам, но при этом ночью тихо. Большое спасибо за прием и чудесные впечатления!

+ Excellent Turkish breakfast. Hot çay, delicious menemen and a full table of other delights that is typical of a Türk kahvaltısı.

+ Amazing Hotel for adults only, the location is perfect for walking around the old city. The staff were very friendly and helpful all the time during the stay. The breakfast was the highlight of the morning and its one of the best we have tried in Turkey
