Check in was confusing, the place is overcrowded and dirty. The facilities were not clean or kept well. Would have rather stayed at a different hostel.

I would give it a rating under 2.9 if i could! I've never had an experience like this in a hostel before. First of all, as a came to check in, I have never experienced receptionists being so rude before. As that wasn't bad enough, the bed linen as well as the pillow case was completely dirty. I tried switching it for other pillows, but that was dirty as well. Can't believe they would charge 16 Euroa per night, disgusting!

Unfortunately this just wasn’t what it was said to be. The facility smelt bad and was dirty, the rooms were expensive and offered no impressive facilities, and the showers were a nightmare. Was not worth the price.

Die Badezimmer sind extrem dreckig. Es gibt keine Möglichkeit sich die Hände abzutrocknen und das Zimmer an der Straße ist so hellhörig, dass man nachts nicht schlafen kann. Außerdem spricht die Tür jedesmal, wenn man sie aufmacht, was extrem nervig ist.

Morning coffee time not so good quality product to cheap. Batter don't serve Staff helpful ☺️ good Lobby seats 💺 areas and seats places to bad and dirty seats... floor good 👍 clean Toilet area always missing head washer and many think broken 😞 like door etc...

Très sale, aucun nettoyage dans les communes ou les chambres. Les douches sont très sale, aucun entretien Pourtant bcp de potentiel

filthy, the floors sticky through out every hallway, stair case and the room we stayed. The beds squeeked constantly all night. No privacy screens on the beds either. No option to turn the AC down or the fan off as the sign said BOTH had to be on. Top bunk freezing! Advertised Towel hire, didn't have towels at all. No toilet paper, no hot water, Bathrooms had literal s*** on the floor 😑. Never again.

Cheap option in Singapore but for that price you get a very hard bed, dirty pillow, no towel and a cold shower. There is way better options, cleaner and closer to the main attractions

Im a solo female traveller and they put me in a 6 per. dorm with 5 guys from the same country, who all knew each other. I did book the mix dorm, so it’s my own responsibility, but I still think hostels should be considered of solo female travellers. The guys were loud all night and I did not get to sleep, luckily I only stayed 1 night. I booked last minute, and the hostel where not fully booked by then, so they did have the opportunity to put me in another dorm. Would not stay again.

As a solo traveller it wasn't really a good place to meet fellow travellers. I think my room only had guests that were actually working in the city and not fellow travellers, which is fine. The facilities were clean. I checked in on a computer, no staff were in the lobby in the afternoon. Could be great for certain people, just sharing my experience.

totally acceptable hostel, my only issue was that there wasn’t really a kitchen to use, and the staff were not very present. otherwise, great location and very clean!

Good just for sleeping whilst out during the day. Strange if you’re a solo female traveller. I was put in a dorm with only older men which was uncomfortable (no curtains) who asked about my dating life and I believed lived at the hostel. Decent location but women’s bathrooms cleaned infrequently. Better hostels available for slightly more per night.

Good beds, nice rooms, aircondition works fine, but just not a very social hostel, i wish there was a room for people to hangout. The bathrooms are always soaking wet because the shower is in the same room.

Really nice and convenient. I stayed in my room so much, because the cooling was so relaxing, it a real luxury! And the staff was great too! The rating is way too low, I had a blast staying here!

I really enjoyed staying here: staffs are so friendly, room is clean, and we have hot water shower! Price and location are also good!

Definitely good value for money as most other places in Singapore cost way more. Sufficient shared facilities and good aircon in the room.

Quite an expensive hostel but facilities not great. No hot water in showers and no curtains on beds. Not much of a social area to meet people

SO ein tolles Hostel! Sehr schöner vibe dort, liebe Mitarbeiter und die Zimmer sind sauber und sicher. Am meisten hat uns der Gemeinschaftsraum gefallen. Sehr gemütlich!

It’s good if you need somewhere to stay for cheap. The receptionists are kind and helpful. It’s not good for meeting people to go party or anything like that, but it’s still alright.

Positives: Nette Empfangsdame, wir durften sogar früher einchecken. Gute Anbindung zum Flughafen. Nicht weit vom Zentrum. Funktionierende Klimaanlagen. Negatives: Laut, aufgrund dünner Fenster und Leuten die die Nachtruhe nicht einhalten. Ohne Ohrstöpsel kann man nicht schlafen. Keine Seife auf den Toiletten, und generell keine gute Ausstattung. Die Bettwäsche ist sehr sehr dreckig, so wie die Duschen und Toiletten. Kam nur kaltes Wasser raus. Nur für Leute die nur das absolut nötig...

very close to the mrt and comfortable beds but need improvement for repairing the showers in the female toilets and better cleaning. It also can be very helpful leave open the reception for more hours in the evening.

Good Location Disappointed I requested a low bed by email some 2 weeks before my visit but allocated a high bed - Requested a change after first night but again refused

Don’t even bother if you’re going to check in after hours (18:00). I tried to check in as midnight. There is a machine that checks your passport and gives you a receipt and key. It mafunxtioned and I had to contact an employee and wait for them to arrive. The same thing happened to someone else the next night, I saw on the group chat. It’s a pain in the ass. Other than than, the hostel is average. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Everything is great. The bathrooms need a little love tho, as they are not so clean and also need some maintenance... all of them. Small things like broken shower head, door knobs, walls, loose toilet seat, shower doors. I would also put some hand soap and do something about the wet floor, which is always wet everywhere due to the drains location. Besides that, everything was great!

Is quite far from anything but is good for the price. There’s cheap places to eat around the hostel and is easy to get the train anywhere
