Hostel Sv.Lovre

A good hostel, not very social but a brilliant location if you just wanna see the city. the staff aren’t really around much but when they are, they’re helpful and chatty. The nearby monetary garden is a must see and if you say you’re from the hostel you get 10% off. Overall a good hostel but nothing special. Does the job for backpacking

Das Hostel als solches ist super, nettes Personal und Mitbewohner, eine tolle Lage, bequeme Betten und eine wirklich tolle Dachterrasse sind die Highlights. Leider wurde während meines dreitägigen Aufenthalts die Badezimmer nicht bzw. nur unzureichend gereinigt und waren dementsprechend dreckig. Auch die Küche ist nicht sauber. Für ein kleines Frühstück reicht es aber.

A nice hostel but with room for improvement! On a good note, it’s a great location (once you find it🤣), and it has the most beautiful roof terrace and I highly recommend you watch the sunset there during your stay. The rooms are spacious and have air good conditioning. The owner is friendly, he will show you around and he also kindly showed us to the restaurant which is part of the Sv Lovre complex and made sure we got our 15% discount 🤣. You will get lost finding this place as the go...

L'hostel est idéalement situé et a pour points forts sa terrasse avec vue sur mer et sa proximité avec la vieille ville. Les chambres sont spacieuses et tous les espaces sont très propres. Les casiers situés dans les chambres ont l'avantage d'être assez grands pour y mettre beaucoup d'affaires. La pièce commune est agréable mais l'hostel manque trop d'équipements à mon avis. La cuisine ne compte qu'une seule assiette. La connexion wifi est inutilisable. Convient pour 2 nuits maximum

The dorm was so spacious and nice. I stayed in the lavender room on the main floor. The other rooms were right next to the kitchen/common area which would be too loud I think. The terrace was lovely and amazing location right in the old town. The kitchen could use some common items like oil and salt for cooking and our bathroom never had toilet paper and smelt like damp dirty towels all the time.

IMO, this hostel has a lot to work on, and you should go to Hostel Splendido instead (they're lovely!). I have stayed at many hostels before, and this has been my least favorite. It's hard to find, which is no big deal, but there is very rarely reception at the desk, and you have to follow vague directions to restaurant to check in, inconvenient in bad weather. The restaurant staff wasn't trained to check us in, and the bathroom curtain had a lot of mold. Kitchen is too small&not enough cookware

Lugar limpio, cómodo, con gran ubicación. Lo único que tiene pocas duchas. Pero muy bien.

I would say the thing that really bothered me is that I traveled at the end of March, which is the off season, so the weather can still get cold, especially at night. The room was freezing. There is only one heater for the whole dorm and I ended up taking bedding from other beds to keep warm. Other than that, there is a kitchen that is usable and clean, it is quiet, and it has hot water. I would stay here again.

Brilliant place to stay

I really treasured my stay here! Was a beautiful property with wonderful rooftop views, super convenient location. It was clean and quiet. I felt relaxed throughout my stay and extended. ✨Thanks for everything. I’d recommend to anyone who wants to visit Šibenik!

It’s the perfect place to enjoy Šibenik! The hostel is right in the city centre, super easy to get around. The rooftop view is marvellous. 10/10, would totally stay here again :)

Beautiful place in an old stone house in the old town of Šibenik. The views from the rooftop terrace are stunning and worth visiting on its own.

Perfect location - situated in the middle of the old town, 5 min to beach, harbor and night life, nice & friendly staff, always clean & safe, top kitchen and roof-top terrasse - easy to make new friends :-)

Meilleur hostel pour s’imprégner de l’ambiance de Sibenik !! Juste au coeur de la ville avec une terrasse vue sur la cathédrale et le canal et la vielle ville!! Que une douche pour femme et une pour homme mais je n’ai jamais eu d’attente.

This hostel was really great. The location was perfect. Near everything. It was really pretty clean. I did have a lot of trouble locking the bathroom, but honestly I am nitpicking. This was a great hostel. I would really reccomend.

Loved this place. Location is unbeatable in the heart of the old city and the hostel has a gorgeous rooftop space where you can see the water, watch the sunset and see the swallows rush about at dusk. There is a kitchen with a hot plate and a large common room, and the rooms were clean, comfortable and air conditioned. The owners very kindly even lent me office space to make a Zoom call once. Peaceful and well kept.

Hostel situé en plein coeur de la vieille ville, avec une atmosphère assez typique. Le toit-terrasse est un vrai plus, surtout pour voir le coucher du soleil ! La cuisine est cependant assez petite et peu équipée…

Such a nice hostel with nice spirit and amazing view on the city centre from the roof top.

Es war alles top, ich war nur eine Nacht dort, aber für den Preis war es das auf jeden Fall wert. Das einzige Manko war, dass es für Frauen und Männer jeweils nur ein Bad mit Dusche und Toilette zusammen gab und teilweise lange Wartezeiten entstanden sind.

I had a fantastic stay at Hostel Sv. Lovre in Šibenik! The location is perfect, right in the heart of the old town, making it easy to explore the city’s historic sites and beautiful coastline. The hostel itself is clean, cozy, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Beautiful place smack in the middle of Šiberniks old town. Big lockers, bedside lights and nice bathrooms. Only thing lacking is power outlets, but we made it work. The rooftop terrace is stunning - views of the cathedral and sunsets included. Highly recommended!

Rooftop patio was lovely, but wish there were more places to sit and furniture beside the benches! As other reviews said, it was a bit hard to find and the employees were almost never at reception. Takes a lot of stairs to get up there originally, but it’s in a nice location, easy walk to anywhere you want to go to. Nearest grocery store is 8 min walk away. Beds and common areas were nice. Just a few bathrooms and on the first floor, whereas the rooms were on the second, which was a bit weird ...

Un des meilleurs hostels que j’ai pu voir ! Le dortoir était très spacieux, climatisé, et confortable, avec sa salle de bain. Le rooftop, meme si pas très aménagé, est un vrai plus. L’auberge est idéalement placée dans la vieille ville. Le seul petit défaut : il n’y pas souvent quelqu’un à la réception. Mais sinon un des meilleurs rapport qualité prix !!
