The website says that you can pay with card here but we were’nt allowed even though we asked upon arrival as the first thing. The staff said that we should pay with cash, so we pay with our last cash, and thought we would get some more in an atm. Afterwords we try 5 different atm’s and none of them work (didn’t work for other people either). This property charges wayyy too much for what’s provided. We asked the staff several questions, like how to get a bike, how to get to certain beaches, and we were met with little to no assistance. This place is pretty unkept, likely due to it becoming run down. We fought two cockroaches one found on the bed the other in the bathroom. It was so gross. I was eager to leave, but when I got my next place, when I opened my bag a cockroach crawled out. I cannot describe how disturbing this was.

Double room was fine (if you are okay with bathroom that is open to the elements/insects), but what let this property down was the incompetence of the staff. Upon arrival I was asked to pay circa 470k despite the total booking being 310k and having already paid a deposit. It took around 15 minutes for this to straightened out. There was further confusion in every other interaction including renting bikes, booking taxis and checking out. The service was awful. The pool area and loungers were not ...

The door couldn’t lock, the pool was a bit dirty and there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling. The staff was very helpful and kind. There were also a little store adjacent to the reception.

Beautiful place but not really a hostel, more an area of little villas. Mostly couples on getaways and not many people around in the daytime but nice if you want a quiet place to relax. The girls working reception couldn’t have been more friendly

The rooms are very nice, big and clean. Also there is a nice pool area. The stuff is friendly but the breakfast is not the best..

Amazingly beautiful rooms and hostel and so helpful and kind staff! Never had better included breakfast at any other hostel in Bali!

Lovely hotel! Private rooms are spacious and the pool it’s lovely. The area is not the best as not much going on so you would have to rent a bike to get to everything. The staff are very helpful and sorted us a bike for the entire stay.

Nice and simple bungalows and pool area. The receptionist is very friendly and let us check in early!

We’ve come to this location in the low season and it was absolutely worth the money paid, lovely staff and unreal quality of rooms. Pool area was very scenic. It’s been the highlight of our trip! Definitely coming again

Lovely hotel! Private rooms are spacious and the pool it’s lovely. The area is not the best as not much going on so you would have to rent a bike to get to everything. The staff are very helpful and sorted us a bike for the entire stay.

Very pleasant stay here! The entire facility including pool is very clean and tidy. There is a small shop connected right to the hotel. Staff always sunshine and good english! Ready to help with anything we needed.

Nice and clean accommodation (huge and very comfortable beds), very friendly and helpful staff. They dropped us off at the harbour for free. Breakfast was good, only thing to complain would be the condition of the cushions from the deck chairs at the pool. Otherwise a great stay!

Everything was perfect! The staff was really nice and did their best to keep everything clean and be there for us. Big rooms and great breakfast. 1000% recommend!

Ein schöner Bungalo nahe am Hafen, mit Klimaanlage, süssem Pool, aber ohne Safe im Zimmer. Täglich gibt es lecker Frühstück. Aber am meisten vorzuheben ist das Personal, freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit zur Stelle wenn man etwas braucht. Auch praktisch ist der kleine Laden der direkt an das Hotel grenzt.
